"Standard and clean hotel for short stay"
Hotel was quite basic. However my room was very clean with a nicely made up and comfortable bed and a flat screen T.V. Perfect for one person staying one or two nights. I checked in very late about 1am and there was no problem with this. The staff were very helpful and they had a happy hour from 5pm-7pm while i was there. My rating of this hotel would have been higher except that we were three people staying and the room was set up for two. I asked for this to be corrected and it was for one day, then back to two. We had booked in advance so I thought it reasonable to expect that the room would accommodate the three of us. ie three towels, three cups, three glasses. […] Added to this we were told we had a room with a view. Not so, we looked out onto apartments across the road, reception forecourt and a large green metal bar in front of the window. "Get value"
The Mercure hotel had very good size rooms, we had a room with 2 double beds for the 3 in our family. The pool and sauna werenice to use in the morning or for relaxing in evening. Would stay here again.

Our phone handset was so dirty it was stuck to the reciever, when I notified reception they were polite and noted it, but no one came and cleaned it. The next morning I pointed it out to the cleaner who cleaned it, but on returning to the room later I discovered a hair ball and hair clip that had not been there previously. The light bulb that was fault […] and aslo pointed out to the cleaner was not fixed. Подробнее
