In August 2012, we booked our January 2013 honeymoon reservation at the Four Seasona Manele Bay, Lanai. When we made our reservation, it was immediately confirmed and we checked in October and everything still looked good. The morning we were to arrive at the hotel, we received an email and call at 7AM saying they could not accommodate our reservation […] due to capacity. After multiple hours, they were able to get us one room with two double beds, though we had booked a King bed originally. The hotel did apologize, but did nothing to rectify the situation or soften the mistake. Definitely left a bad taste in our mouths and have no want to return. No one wants to share a double bed on a honeymoon. Подробнее

This is not what you would expect from a Four Seasons hotel especially for the price you pay not only for the hotel but what you pay to get to this island. Beautiful location, beautiful hotel and great service in general. Beach was fabulous, and surrounding hikes wonderful. Good restaurants, although service at Fresco seems to be a bit erratic.

We stayed at Koele and Manele during our stay and both were outstanding. Staff and service are really first class - always helpful and smiling and learned our names. Rooms are beautiful and we had great views, though we had to preview and change the Koele room. Beach at Manele is one of the most beautiful in the world with great surfing. Food at the Manele upscale restaurant was excellent as was the Lanai City Grille in Lanai, a Bev Gannon restaurant. the hotel and staff are very accomodating. the only real issue was the food availability. Lanai City has only one comparable restuarant outside of the Four Seasons resorts. The Four Seasons resorts food choices and items are very expensive and not spectacular. we enjoyed our stay and would go back but must rethink the food choices.

This place is amazing, complete amenities, incredible staff, the entire place is just completely well done from the library to the food excellent. It is pricey but if you want to be pampered and taken care of this is the place.

This hotel is beautiful and the pool is sublime. I would suggest playing the Experience course so you can visit the other Four Season's location on Lanai, as well. Can't go wrong with Four Seasons Hotels. Beautiful location and grounds. We upgraded our room and it was amazing. The beach is lovely and relaxing. Magnificant ocean view over the lobby lanai would sweep away your stress and take you to a PARADISE! Attentive and friendly stuff at the front desk did all the effort for my need. I'd definately go back there soon.

The rates might not even be so high, but everything else in the hotel is quite expensive... so bring enough cash or go to Lanai City for cheaper eats and drinks

The resort is nicely quiet without being funereal, ideally placed on the bay where there is great beach/snorkelling/swimming and couldn't fault the food or drink and the staff had a great atttude. If you want to have no hassles and put your feet up, this is it.

Great place to get away. There are only two real downsides. The service in the restaurants was not what you would expect at a Four Seasons, and of course because the hotel is on a somewhat remote island, the food was rather pricey - $60 for breakfast. Having said that, we loved everything else about the hotel. It was very quiet and had great facilities. […] The tennis courts were great and the golf course is one of the prettiest I have ever played and was in great shape. I would highly recommend this for a hotel to "get away from it all." It truly feels that way. My wife and I were surprised as the number of families with children at the hotel. ISLANDAIRで入りましたが、事前にどのように島に入るのか問い合わせのメールを戴き、空港迄迎えに来てもらえました。本当に何も無い環境で、ホテルとゴルフ場とビーチだけ。何もしない休日をゆっくり過ごしたい時の最高の環境です。サービスもコンシェルジュもレストランもプールも行き届いています。さすがFOURSEASONです。

ワイキキで4日過ごしたあとの特別な3日間（3泊）。本当にのんびりできました。残念ながらジープ・レンタルは出払っており（前もって予約がよかったか？）、雨後の道路事情が悪いとのことで、アイランド・ツアーも出来ませんでしたが、リゾートで何もせず、リフレッシュするという本来の目的を果たすには十分でした。コンシェルジェのサービス、親密さも適度なものでした。行動派には、ホテル前のビーチでのスタンドアップパドルサーフィン、スヌーバ、シュノーケルのほか、テニス、ゴルフに、ヨガやウクレレのレッスンもあるようでした。ホテル前から崖沿いの小道を行くハイキング・コースは素晴らしい景観を満喫できる、それなりにタフな道のりでした。レストランは館内のノブ（日本料理のアレンジ）とステーキ・シーフードのOne Fortyのほか、シャトルを使って、コエレ・ロッジのDining […] Roomを利用しましたが、どれも満足のいく内容でした。とくにDining Roomでは暖炉前のテーブルで、ワインつきのコースを楽しむことができました。日本人旅行者はワイキキとは打って変わって少なく、滞在中に出会うことはありませんでした。ルーム・サービスでウイスキーとセブン・アップを注文したところ、両者を混ぜたカクテルが届いたのは、こちらの英語力の問題だったのでしょう。 Подробнее

　想像していたより、とても素敵なお部屋でした。すぐ目の前が海でした。　　　　　　今回は下見の予定で行きましたが次回は泊数を増やし、のんびり過ごしたいと思っています。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　ワイキキの喧騒とは異なり、限られた人だけの癒しの空間と感じました。

時間がなく、たった一泊だけの宿泊でしたが、日本的なきめ細かい対応がすごく良かったです。 まずチェックインの時にガーデンビューからオーシャンフロントにまでランクアップしてもらえ、 日本人のスタッフに至れりつくせりして頂きました。食事をするにも移動をするにも、それぞれのスタッフが感じ良く親切で、日本語も通じることが多く、年老いた母と叔母を連れていったのですが、すごく喜んでいて私も楽しかったです。ホテルの部屋も清潔で、食事の最中に再び部屋を整えてくれたり、ロクシタンのアメニティーも充実してたり、広い敷地の手入れも行き届いていました。 山の方のホテルにも行ったのですが、今回私は海の方のホテルで良かったと思います。 できるなら次回はゆっくりしたいと思います。

Un endroit paradisiaque. L'hôtel a parfaitement respecté l'environnement de cette île très peu peuplée. Le service est à la hauteur du niveau d'étoile et 'les chambres sont grandes, belles et très bien équipées. Seul petit bémol sur l'île pas vraiment le,choix de restaurant il vous faut donc manger à l'hôtel et c'est loin d'être donné!

Most of guests would stay for 7 nights (or more) but The Four Seasons Resort Lanai at Manele Bay has only 2 restaurant. And quality of food was neither poor.

フォーシーズンズアットマネレに、2泊しました。 お部屋は、オーシャンガーデンを予約してあったのですが、オーシャンフロントにアップグレードしていただき、とてもありがたかったです。 　朝早起きして沖を見ていたら、大きな魚 （たぶんイルカではないかと思いますが、）ジャンプしながら泳いでいくのが見えました。 　ワイキキのように日本人も少なくのんびりしたよい旅ができました。 　タイドプールのシュノーケリングもよかったです。 　お食事はそれなりのお値段でしたが、ワインもおいしくてご機嫌でした。 　それから、ラナイ島へのアイランドエアーで早い便に乗り換えましたが、確認したにもかかわらず荷物だけ遅れて届いた際、私たちは早めにチェックインさせてくれて、荷物はシャトルの方があとから運んでくれました。さすがフォー […] シーズンズだと思いました。 ちなみにホノルルに帰る際も、主人の荷物が出てこず、アイランドエアーのいい加減さはちょっとびっくりでした。 Подробнее
