отель на окраине города, но останавливаться в нём можно. Отель соответствует заявленному классу. В номере отеля чисто, обслуживающий персонал вежлив. Недалеко станция метро, откуда можно без проблем добраться до центра, рядом с отелем множество ресторанов, кафе, где можете в любое время отведать местную кухню.

Уютное место, прекрасный сервис, чистота, близость от пляжа и развлечений Сентозы. Очень понравился бассейн на крыше. Отель вполне соответствует заявленной категории, рекомендуем!

Отель Shangri-La's Rasa Sentosa Resort это воистину рай на земле. Очень впечатляет и завораживает. Настоящая сказка. Очень все советую и рекомендую. Правда стоит опасаться обезьян которые могут залезть к вам на балкон и украсть что-нибудь или даже в номер залезть с балкона. Надо быть более бдительным.

Мы проживали в данном отеле в марте в двоем с сыном 7 лет. Сам отель на 4 балла. Но соотношение цены качества на 5. Завтраки действительно однообразный, но 4 дня потерпеть можно, на острове полно кафе и ресторанов. В торговом центре на конечной монорельса есть фудкорт фуд репаблик. Глаза разбегаються можно каждый день, есть новое блюдо, все вкусно и не дорого. В казино около юниверсала готовит Мишленовский повар. Так что от голодание умрете. Номера средних размеров, но не такие крошечные как в городе. Единственный недостаток для меня, не открывались окно. Поскольку панорамное остекление от пола до потолка. Но те кто любит спать с кондиционером этого не заметят. Уборка тоже была не на уровне, но все меняли каждый день. Хороший бассеин с соленой водой и водопадом, есть пара детских водных горок. Территория не большая, но зеленая. Учитывая, что весь остров утопает в зелени это не проблемам. Особого желания на Сентозе находиться в отеле нет. Нашей основной целью были парки и атракционы. Удобство отеля в том, что через дорогу находиться общественный пляж. Тем не менее, чистый и ухоженный. Вода в море чистая, но не достаточно прозрачная. Живности в воде не видно, как и мусора. Лежаков на пляже нет, только несколько стационарных зонтиков. Рядом целый комплекс с искусственной волной, и учебной зоной, можно купить билет и целый день обучаться на доске. Если желание посидеть в баре и посмотреть вход бесплатный, в вывходные проводились соревнования. При желании на острове не соскучишься. На конечной станции монорельсовой дороги стоит комплекс iFly с имитацией сводного падения в трубе с 10000м. Можно даже детям с 7 лет. Мы попробовали, были в полном восторге. Основная цель посещение Сингапура был остров Сентоза. Этот этот отель я применил в декабре когда отдыхали вместе с супругой, тогда жили в центре. В следующий раз только на Сентозе. Если бюджет большой то в Шангри ла, если нет то снова в этом отеле.

Хороший, новый, стильный и качественный отель! Буду советовать его всем кто хочет остановиться на Сентозе, т.к. он в шаговой доступности до всех главных развлечений острова. Вид из номера на море. Завтрак хороший, есть все. рекомендую))

Отель не разочаровал. Заселили нас очень быстро, возвращаемый залог оказался гораздо меньше ожидаемого. Жили мы на 28 этаже, номер чистый, все в идеальном состоянии, […] ну а вид из панорамного окна -просто восторг.В номере есть все, что предполагается в отелях такого уровня. Персонал очень вежлив и внимателен, обратный рейс был ночью, свой номер нам пришлось освободить в 12:00,поэтому вещи , пока мы гуляли по городу, находились в камере хранения отеля. Перед тем , как ехать в аэропорт (по предварительному запросу) нам предоставили гостевой номер, где можно было отдохнуть и привести себя в порядок. Все это без какой-либо дополнительной оплаты. В отеле мы практически не кушали, хотелось как можно больше успеть посмотреть, но то, что видели и пробовали понравилось, кухня на любой вкус. Теперь о месторасположении. На мой взгляд, оно практически идеально. Все символические места буквально в шаговой доступности, ну а если необходимо ехать - метро рядом. Для любителей шопинга тоже идеальное место.Три дня, которые мы провели Сингапуре, это очень мало. Я надеюсь, что мне еще не раз придется там побывать и останавливаться я буду именно в "Pan Pacific Singapore". Подробнее

Нас быстро обслужили, и сервис был хороший. Нам предложили номер на более верхних этажах, так как оттуда открывался более живописный вид. Номер был просторный и чистый. В номере было многих современных гаджетов, и было бы лучше, чтобы коридорный сразу объяснял, как этим всем пользоваться, а не спрашивать его, как они работают. "Приятное времяпровождение"
Милый отель с очень удобным расположением в этой части города с прекрасными видами, открывающимися во все стороны. Остановилась бы здесь вновь и рекомендовала бы другим. Единственная четверка – за состояние отеля: у нас протекал душ. Но я уверена, что после того, как мы об этом сообщили персоналу, эта неполадка будет устранена.

Мы приехали в 6 после полудня, и наши номера не были готовы, так как предыдущий постоялец выехал поздно, однако, это не стало проблемой, так как нам повысили категорию номеров до сообщающихся между собой номеров с балконами, а также преподнесли напитки, пока мы ждали. Из отеля открывался чудесный вид на залив, отель «Марина Бэй», и Вы также можете […] видеть Мерлайон и Парящий Сингапур. Номера были хорошо оборудованы, в них были замечательные ванные. Нас было пятеро, и нам было вполне просторно. Отель удобно расположен между двух станций метро и в шаговой доступности от залива и Набережной Кларка. До отеля «Раффлз» тоже рукой подать, как и до других достопримечательностей. Также, отель соединен с двумя торговыми центрами. В целом, хороший, удобно расположенный отель. Мы не ели в отеле, поэтому ничего не можем сказать про еду, и не пользовались бассейном, но он выглядел хорошим. Мы пользовались раздевалками в день отъезда, однако, нашли их немного тесными. "Not a 5 star hotel"
This is not a 5 star hotel. Although it is conveniently located by shopping and other hotels, I would not stay here again. The hotel is not well kept, my shower was leaking, bathrooms were old. View was right into another hotel, not a panoramic view of the city. Hotel food very expensive.
"Fantastic stay"
The right mix of comfort, attentive (but not intrusive) service and convenient, well-maintained facilities. As a frequent business traveller to Singapore, I will definitely stay here again.

"Close to everything great."
During travel, we splurged and stayed a night at the Pan Pacific. The staff was so helpful and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. It is close to all prime must-see sights and provides great views of the Marina Bay from the upper levels of the hotel. I would return for sure.

"Pan Pacific Singapore - excellent!"
We stayed here late in January 2012 and were extremely pleased with the hotel service, room and amenities. Check in was excellent and quick, concierge service was helpful in us finding our way around Singapore, the room was modern, clean and we were upgraded to a balcony room that offered spectacular views of the harbour area. Our stay was through Chinese […] New Year celebrations and we had front row seats for fireworks and within easy walking distance of many of the visitor sites in the area. Plenty of dining options in the adjacent malls as well as excellent shopping. Taxi fare to the bustling Nathan Road shopping area was very inexpensive. This hotel is conveniently located at the Marina area where the year-end fireworks and countdown is held. The hotel is near to shopping centres and many restuarants and attractions like Esplanade theatre, the Merlion,Marina Sands Casino and Resort,the Flyer etc. Hotel is nice and comfortable with quite spacious room and friendly and helpful staff […] at the reception and room service. "Fantastic hotel in a great location"
I can't criticise the Pan Pacific as they did pretty much everything right. Although it's a large hotel they manage to make you feel pretty special - taking you to your room (not sure if this is a room specific thing) and introducing you to the facilities. The view from our executive room on the 28th floor was incredible. We had mostly uninterrupted […] views of the marina all the way from the Singapore Flyer to the 'durian' styled building. The room includes a generous bathtub, separate shower, coffee and tea making and a really comfortable bed - I miss it already! Breakfast was included in our stay and the selection was impressive, with Chinese, Indian and European styled dishes. I would recommend a rate including breakfast as it's expensive to eat in the surrounding neighbourhood. Oh, the executive room includes access to the Bering Suite which we didn't have much opportunity to use but they do have complimentary snacks, (good) espresso, tea and soft drinks throughout the day and a cocktail hour as well (I think this is for beer and wine only but was never around to take advantage). "short but good stay"
I stayed for a short business trip and truly appreciate the service of the hotel staff. The room has impressive view of the surrounding Marina Bay area, unfortunately I did not get the one with king size bed. Breakfast buffet selection is excellent. The hotel is a short walk to the Promenade MRT station and other Marina Bay attractions.
"Great place to stay"
While a little on the pricey side, the Pan Pacific makes up for it with the cleanliness and the great customer service. They even sent us a little cake to say "Happy Anniversary!"

The pan pacific hotel is very clean and pristine throughout. The staff are very helpful and the rooms have a wonderful view and are modern inside.

My 2-day escapade at Pan Pacific was simply charming and enjoyable. The service was impeccable, as we were offered free drinks on the house and had a fruit basket sent to our room, because we only got to check in at 4pm instead of 3pm as stated. all thanks to Jonathan, the affable PR staff who gave us a wonderufl first impression of the hotel. We were given the highest floor available for the executive room, and the view from the balcony was spectacular, especially at night. As expected of a old-school luxury hotel, the decor was a tad dated but comfortable and adequate nevertheless. The bed was really comfy. As part of the executive room booking, we were allowed to go to the cosy Bering Suite for refreshments (high tea, evening drinks), which was lovely. The high-speed WIFI available throughout the entire hotel was a big bonus. Location-wise, the hotel itself is connected to Marina square shopping centre. One can easily explore the other sights around the Marina Bay area i.e. MBS, Esplanade. Downtown area is easily accessible via the subway. The Pan Pacific in Singapore leaves the impression that it used to be one of the best hotels in Singapore. I stayed here for one week in January. Service and rooms could add quite some value by being updated. Still it is one of the better hotels in Singapore. The pool and the Gym are in good condition. The rooms are very spacious. Internet is extremly […] slow. So if you are here for business you should check out how to connect to Internet via some other services. Cleaning could improve. Certainly mistakes can happen but it was quite annoying that my room was not cleaned at all on the last day. Also annoying was the fact that the door did not shut and I found the room twice with open door after the room service left the room and did not carefully close the door. In terms of service it was quite surprising that they did not even apologize at check out. In general, still a good hotel. "Pan Pacific Harbour View"
We were upgraded to Harbour View Room and it gave us an amazing sight of the Marina Bay Sands. The room was located on the 25th Floor and absolutely perfect for couples. Worth every penny of the amount we paid.

I booked a room at the Pan Pacific using a hotel deal website and was really happy with my stay - they placed my boyfriend and I on the 32nd floor. The staff were very friendly, easy to deal with and the room was a reasonable size. Room service was really good - lovely food and generous servings. They also accommodated us having a later check out time […] and offered for us to use the hotel facilities after check out if we wanted to shower. Great location, fine hotel beautiful. Unfortunaltly for us, it is a non smoking hotel, yet, our room had a Heavy smoke odor. they did bring up an air purifier. Fine customer service Would recommend to others

They approached our enquiries in a personalised and professional manner. "Perfect first night in Singapore"
We booked the Pan Pacific for the first night of our holiday and were delighted with the quality of the hotel and the service we received. We took a taxi from the airport and despite the fact that we arrived at 8am we were able to check into our room immediately. Rooms are of a decent size and the bathroom was excellent with both a shower and a bathtub. […] Our only problem was that the toilet hadn't been cleaned but we phoned down and someone came up within minutes to sort it out. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sun loungers, pleasant changing rooms and plenty of towels and water. We swam late in the afternoon as the sun went down and had the pool practically to ourselves. I would definitely stay at the Pan Pacific again and actually much preferred it to the night we spent at Marina Bay Sands! After arriving from Legends hotel in Ho Chi Min(the best club floor experience ever) this hotel was a bit of a dissapointment . At the 5.30 cocktail hour we were informed that the only cocktail available was a Singapore sling. My wife only drinks Margueritas. OK the lounge manager soon had a marguerita for us and plenty of French champagne for me,so […] I suppose we should not complain. As well as this we were not impressed with the food selection as it did not measure up to the other 5+star hotels in Singapore. "Excellent Trip to the Pan Pacific"
The Pan Pacific was a great hotel to stay in. I had never been to Singapore before so I wasnt sure if i was picking the right location or the right hotel. The location was great - right next to the SMRT 04 Promonade line - it was easy to catch a train to most places we wanted to go. It was really close to the Marina Bay Sands where we spent a fair bit […] of time and was only a $4 taxi there. The staff were very helpful at all times. Our room didnt come with breakfast and the cost was $30 plus taxes and services each which was really steep - but we just walked across to the connecting shopping centre every morning and had breakfast in a coffee shop for $25 (for 2 people).
