Во-первых, отель старый и нуждается в серьезном ремонте; номер был очень маленький, и мы были очень разочарованы качеством отеля за эти деньги. Льдогенератор не работал, и служащий ресепшн вечно ничего не знал или попросту не хотел помогать. Конечно, расположение превосходно – на Саус Бич, но за эти деньги можно подыскать отель получше.

Ох, вот так разочарование. Мы так ждали, что окажемся на Саус Бич и в его Историческом Районе, а в итоге оказались в грязном, недружелюбном отеле и таком же грязном пляже. Это было омерзительное пребывание. Я бы никогда не привезла детей в этот отель, в котором есть порнографический магазин :p.

К сожалению, конец недели я провела в отеле «Majestic» - у них идет ремонт внутри и снаружи помещения. Пробуждение под грохот молотков и шум падающего с третьего этажа мусора не было вполне идеальным. С другой стороны, в отеле был хороший сервис, и парковка при помощи парковщика позволяла избавиться от всей этой суеты с парковкой. Номера были маленькие, […] далеко не идеальные, но за деньги колледжа это было вполне приемлемое место. Самое лучшее в этом отеле – это расположение, непосредственно на Саус Бич, в двух кварталах от Вашингтон Авеню. Отель расположен в великолепном месте, персонал очень милый, наш самолет приземлился раньше времени заезда, и в отеле согласились хранить наш багаж. Отель расположен примерно в 40 шагах от пляжа, что для нас было идеально, потому что мы не хотели арендовать машину или идти пешком несколько кварталов, чтобы попасть на пляж. Оказалось, что это действительно лучший клуб из тех, где я когда-либо бывала. Я забронировала номер всего за две недели до путешествия через сайт hotels.com, где я нашла самую низкую цену – 45 долларов. Единственное, что могу сказать – меня не предупредили, что нужно будет заплатить депозит 45 долларов, но это было клево, потому что у нас была бутилированная вода в номере каждый день и столько пляжных полотенец и шезлонгов, сколько нас было нужно. Еще одна вещь, которую я не знала, - в отеле проходил ремонт , но он начинался не раньше одиннадцати, и к этому времени я уже вставала и уходила из номера. Я уже бывал в плохих отелях, но этот был ужасный. Сырые номера, клопы. Когда мы выселились ранее положенного времени, они не только взяли с нас плату за дополнительные ночи, но также и депозит! Обходите это место стороной – потратьте немного больше и остановитесь где-нибудь в чистом и милом месте.

Отелю «Majestic» похвастать нечем. Мне обещали вид на океан, а дали номер с видом на аллею. В лобби воняло так, будто где-то поблизости сдохла крыса. С меня взяли депозит, и при этом в отеле не было бассейна. Ванная была тесная. Остановился бы я здесь вновь? Вероятно, нет (только в случае, если больше свободных отелей не было). Это место – просто ДЫРА. […] Кое-что обо мне – я очень простой человек, мне довольно просто угодить. И если мне не понравилось, это значит, что дело в отеле. The location of the hotel was EXCELLENT! U just cross the st and the beach is there. However the hotel itself wAs nasty. You walked dlwn the hallway and is smelled like insect repellent and moldy. Our room reeked like marijuana. We left the windows open to air it out but even so it smelled the entire time we were there. It was old looking.

The hotel was very nice. Sometimes I had to switch Wi-Fi networks, but it was okay. Our room and bathroom were *extremely* small, but it was still a nice hotel.

Excellent location, you can walk everywhere and are across from the beach. Our room was clean and staff attentive but there was a lot of outside noise from the trash pickup and vendor deliveries on early Saturday morning. Inside the hotel it was very quiet. The hotel is located right on the South Beach strip in a great location. It is perfect if you are just using it as a place to sleep. The hotel also has a restaurant with numerous tables around the entrance and sidewalk with huge alcoholic beverages. If it wasn't for the restaurant and location though, I would never stay there. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Housekeeping is virtually nonexistent. We had to come down for our own towels and toilet paper! Wifi is virtually non existent. Toilet didn't flush. Bathroom drain wouldn't drain

Staff helpful and always willing to help with any information. They held our cases for us after booking out which is 12noon but our flights were not until 8pm, so we could enjoy the rest of the day in Miami. They even book and arranged our airport taxi for us from the hotel. Can't fault the hotel staff. The hotel could do with updating and a change […] of carpets. But other wise no problems. Подробнее

Nothing like the pictures shown on line. This hotel is very old and looks like nothing was ever updated. The carpet is ripped and torn and the lobby appears dirty. I will never sta at this rat hole again!

I stayed here with 3 girlfriends for a quickie girls getaway weekend in SoBe. This was ideal for that because we just needed a conveniently-located hotel that was affordable and close to the SoBe party action, and this definitely fits the bill. The room was the typical small size that you'd find with these old hotels, and they somehow managed to cram […] 2 double beds into there. The bathroom was a good enough size and actually quite clean. Thankfully, the room also had a good-enough sized closet with shelf-space so that we could place our luggage (4 women with lots of dress-changes makes for a lot of suitcases). The front desk staff were friendly and even helped us out with passes to clubs. We ate dinner one night at the downstairs restaurant which had okay food but excellent 2-4-1 jumbo drinks. Other than that, not much other amenities are included. All in all, Majestic is just right if you want someplace convenient and in the heart of the Ocean Drive action for a couple nights or weekend, but beyond that, I would recommend checking somewhere else with more amenities if you want more creature comforts included in your stay. Great value for the location on ocean drive, in the heart of the night life. Not where I would stay if I were in south beach for a week but great for overnight or weekend travel. Would be great for spring breakers yet I believe I saw a sign that their pool is at a sister boutique hotel.

I booked the hotel before I read the reviews. I then read the reviews and got a bit nervous. However I didn't cancel. Glad I did because the room was fine. The hotel is in the heart of South Beach. Parking is always crazy anywhere in south beach so not the hotels fault. The price of the room was fine...the size of the room was fine.. Had 2 double beds. […] The bathroom was fine, full shower! I compared it to a NYC hotel!!! The only issue I had was leaving the deposit at check it. Just thought deposit for the room was unfair. I was disappointed in the room. It was tiny and old! It should be classified as a motel not hotel! There were extra charges for valet as resort fees so be prepared for that. The location was ideal. Right on Ocean Drive!!!

The elevator doesn't work, had to carry our luggage up to the third floor!!! It's super small! You have to hunt down housekeeping for towels! The location is great but the small amount of time spent in the room was uncomfortable!! Never will we stay their again. Had to pay a 12.50 resort fee per night...with no elevator! Smh

The pictures on the web site look nothing like the REAL hotel room and the hotel in general. There is no "reception area", you have to walk through a very busy restaurant; hallways are very dirty and the hotel in general in not kept up. This is definitely not worth the money!!!

It was great being so close to the beach and all south beach has to offer, but the hotel itself was loud and dirty. Also, expect to pay an additional fee a non top of the original booking charge. The hotel charges a "convenience fee" for towels and bottled water.

Dont stay here service was horrible! We get there and out tv didnt work we get the guy at the counter he didn't know how to fix it and didn't have another room to put us in and told us we were out luck..after all this out towel had stains on it.

Noisy. Internet worked periodically. Valet parking was a scam. A/c would be cold when it ran, and warm when it shut off. Would not stay there again.

This is far and away the loudest hotel, and sidewalk restaurant, in South Beach. It is a great location and the rooms are not bad but the noise level of the restaurant is a real detractor. We ate at several other South Beach sidewalk restaurants where you could carry on a conversation and wished we had also stayed at their hotels.

Nice staff good location near the beach. No parking but they offer valet or just park in parking garage a few blocks away like we did and walk. We had no need for a vehicle anyway.

Overall, the hotel was O.K. The room was small, with no refrigerator or microwave and somewhat noisy. Halls and lobby were worn, but you must consider location and age. Location was right in the middle of South Beach action and across from the beach and coconut palms. Tons of restaurants adjacent, but all expensive -- again, location.

We expected a small boutique hotel and learned that all of the Ocean Dr Boutique hotels would be small as that was the style when they were originally popular. But my o my it was tiny, tiny! The worst part was checking in walking thru the restaurant that was on the porch and front sidewalk. To be fair most of the Ocean front hotels had sidewalk and […] porch restaurants in the front. But the same entrance as the hotel, walking thru the diners with your luggage? Come on. No one is that cheap. The hotel is on a corner and it would not have been that hard to add a hotel entrance. It was also very difficult to communicate with the "desk clerk" as the music was blaring so loud it was an impossible situation. The pictures are totally deceiving. Our room was located on the first floor and you can hear everything from people walking on the side walk right outside, cars driving by, people drunk, etc. Our bathroom window had no glass so all the noise from outside came into our room. A huge bee flew into our room and we had to call housekeeping to come kill the bee. The water pressure is AWFUL!!! […] There is also a $12.50 per night resort fee!!!! This includes 2 bottles of water, beach towels, coffee maker, hair dryer and some other ridiculous items that should be included anyways. Anyways, the plus side is the onsite restaurant, which is actually pretty delicious. Overall, this hotel has no pool, but the beach is right there. I would not stay here again. While being a great location this hotel was very disappointing. The hotel- or if I can call it that, is more like a Dorm or Hostel. Most rooms all lead off sideways and the walls are so thin that the nightlife - including as part of the hotels own restaurant is very noisy at night!
