The hotel was actually quite nice but definitely not a true 4 star. But for the price, which is actually quite affordable (if you book via hotels.com), well it suddenly becomes a good deal. Especially when you consider the neighbourhood: for instance Place de la Concorde is just around the corner, starred Hotel/Restaurant de Crillon is in the street […] next door. Rue St Honoré is a fashionable street in Paris, with shops like Yves Saint Laurent, Louis Vuitton, Hermes and Cartier surrounding the hotel. The only downside is that the building adjacent to the hotel (courtyard side) is currently being refurbished, which means you'll have to wake up at 8am sharp to the sound of the workmen (that's if you stay there on a weekday at least). All in all it was perfect for me as I needed a place close to Concorde where I had some business to attend to the next day. So for business it's good, for a romantic break I probably would choose another (more expensive, and more... romantic) hotel. Подробнее

The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to the Louvre. There is great shopping near the hotel ... a mix of high-end and mid-price, but mostly high-end such as Cartier, Hermes, Yves St. Laurent, etc, Staff was nice. Rooms were small, typical of France hotels and clean. However, one big draw back is no Wi-Fi access. The hotel says since it is […] near the Presidential Palace the Internet is blocked. For us, having access to the Internet was important and because we couldn't access it, we probably won't stay here again. There is a computer in the lobby which you can use for 10 minutes a day. The location of this hotel is wonderful---8th arrondisement. However we were greatly disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of our room and the overall condition of the hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance of most amenities, buses,metro, shops etc. However the room was very small with old furniture, carpet and tired drapes. The bar closed at 10.00pm and there was no area to sit in on returning to the hotel in the evening. The staff were all very pleasent and helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and have found it very adequate especially because the location is superb...however, this time the room had no A/C and the elevator was down for 2 days...the price is right...I would give it a try again

You get a great price but the condition is that there are no cancellations. Once you get there you find out that you lost your money because you can't stay. It's dirty, dark smaller then usual rooms and the visits of mice and insects. No point complaining there are no cancellations and the people there if they care to talk to you can't do anything about […] it not even get you a cab so you can go find another place to stay.Hotels.com should not carry this property. Ce fut sûremement un très bel hôtel mais les travaux en cours sont en effet indispensable et les prix proposés par Hotels.com justifiés. J'ai particulièrement aimé la superficie de la chambre, son orientation et son décor désuet et charmant .

Situation idéale au centre du Paris "shopping". Bâtiment en chantier actuellement - pas un problème le week-end, mais certainement bruyant en semaine. Chambres correctes, un peu fatiguées.

O hotel e ótimo. Já estivemos aqui há 2 anos. Mas, desta vez ficamos em um quarto recém reformado e mais amplo. A localização e muito boa, fica a cerca de 10 minutos de caminhada da avenida Champs Elisee. A rua do hotel tem lojas de grandes marcas, como Hermes, Cartie, entre outras. Fica próximo também da Galeria Lafaiette, aonde íamos todos os dias. […] Bem próximo vc pode encontrar pelo menos duas estações do metro, o que torna a locomoção muito fácil na cidade. Vc pode ainda encontrar pessoas do staff que falam português e são muito solícitos. Nos sentimos muito seguros de andar a noite pela região. Vc estará muito próximo da embaixada americana e existe bastante policiamento. Estará próximo tb do hotel crillon, belíssima construção onde vc pode conhecer o Budda bar. Подробнее

Zimmer war sauber und gross. Möbel abgenütz. Für 4 Sterne knapp ok. Fühlte mich aber wohl. Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Wifi vorhanden.

Hotellet ligger på en av Paris lyxigaste gator, mycket lugnt och trevligt område, kändes säkert att resa som ensam tjej och även gå hem själv sent på kvällen då det var väldigt mycket vakter och poliser i området pga av närheten till president palatset.

Hôtel pas entretenu. Réception et parties communes en mauvaise état. Chariot de linge trainant toute la journée danss le couloir. Mobilier ringard. Mais excellente situation dans Paris. bon rapport qualité-prix en passant par hotel.com.

Dårlig hotel på en super beliggenhet, rent og ok rom men slitt og gammelt, langt ifra noe 4 stjerners hotel. Helt greit for kun overnatting til ok pris.

Fantastiskt hotell med bästa läge. Vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Dessutom en höjdare för en barnfamilj med boende i lägenhetsalternativ. Kan varmt rekommenderas.

Fint hotel centralt beliggende i Paris. Venlig hotelpersonale, og flotte rengjorte værelser. Vi boede på et superior værelse, som jeg vil mene, var en anelse småt. Dog rigtigt rummeligt badeværelse med badekar. Hotellet ligger i et meget roligt kvarter.

Der er meget lydt på værelse

Slitent hotell, som bør miste minst en stjerne. Selve rommet var av middels standard. Det skulle være røkfritt, men stanket gammel tobakk og måtte luftes ut. Badet var helt nedslitt og burde vært totalrenovert. Dessuten preget av dårlig renhold.

予約を間違え、3泊する予定を2泊と申し込んでいたので、チェックインの際に話し処、問題ないといわれ3泊にしてもらったものが、3泊目に仕事からホテルに戻ったところ入室できず、フロントに行くとあなたは2泊になっているといるから超過料金を払えといい、頑として3泊を認めませんでした。書類上も確認しておくべきだったと思いますが、フロントも別人になっていてらちがあかず、高額の宿泊代金を払う羽目になりました。インターネット環境は最悪。ロビーにおいているパソコンさえ、故障中。

Hormis sa situation l'hôtel ne présente aucun intérêt et ressemble plus à un 3 étoiles à la décoration défraîchie. Le point positif est certainement la situation et la sécurité omni présente du Faubourg Saint Honoré. Une bonne adresse pour personne seule souhaitant marché le soir sans être importuné.

l'accueil est vraiment indigne d'un 4 etoiles. Les prestations sont depassees, le mobilier vieillot, l'agencement digne du temps des gaulois ou on faisais pas de plan pour construire une maison... bref, un 4 etoiles qui n'en merite que 2 ...

Bra hotell, pent og rent og sentral beliggenhet. Her har du gangavstand til Louvre, Madelaine, Champs de Elysees, mv. Det er også greit å ta metro herfra til det meste. Også sentralt for shopping og spisesteder.
