Моя семья буквально влюбилась в этот отель. Отличный бассейн с музыкой и баром. Мой сын наслаждался тренажерным залом, а мы с мужем - прогулками по прекрасным садам!

Отель был чудесным. В выходные у нас был девичник и днем мы зависали в бассейне, а потом вечером направлялись в центр города. Очень понравилось!

Изнутри отель очень красивый, никаких претензий. Номера были очень-очень дорогими и устаревшими, не очень чисто, настолько не очень, что в номере даже стояла открытая бутылка воды, оставленная предыдущим гостем. Весь персонал отеля был совершенно не услужливым и не приветливым: когда к ним обращаешься с вопросом, они выглядят утомленными и раздраженными. […] Континентального завтрака нет. Цена парковки возмутительно высока, и, учитывая то, сколько ты платишь за номер в отеле, парковка должна быть бесплатной. Думаю, что отель через дорогу был бы ничуть не хуже, если не лучше. В отеле есть безумно красивые дворики. Очень хорошие номера, фитнес-центр и бассейны. Нам здесь понравилось. Впрочем, была и пара минусов. Очередь перед стойкой регистрации была очень длинной; 45 минут мы потратили на то, чтобы просто попасть в отель и потом отстоять в очереди на регистрацию. В номерах убирались поздно вечером. Отель в целом красивый. Сам номер разочаровал. Номер не представлял из себя ничего особенного, как номер в любой другой сети отелей. За такую цену мы ожидали больше роскоши и современной мебели. Обои, ковер и номер в целом были достаточно старыми. Чтобы добраться до лифта, нам пришлось очень долго идти. Тем, кто останавливается в стандартных номерах, […] должны быть доступны тележки для багажа, но без услуг носильщика. Кажется, что номера должны со стороны выглядеть шикарно, но изнутри они абсолютно стандартные. Мы заплатили за этот номер слишком много. Кто угодно может зайти в отель и наслаждаться красотой, магазинами, ресторанами, спа и т.д. Так что отель не может сказать, что клиент платит за эти удобства, когда живет в одном из номеров. Слишком дорого. Мы больше никогда не остановимся в отеле Gaylord. Мы лучше сэкономим деньги и остановимся в отеле Хилтон. Подробнее

Отель неудобно расположен относительно Нэшвилля. Имейте в виду, кроме того, что вы платите на hotels.com, при заезде вам придется оплатить курортный налог и за парковку. Дополнительные услуги достаточно хороши, но цены, кажется, завышены из-за отсутствия конкуренции. В следующий раз, когда будем здесь, мы остановимся где-нибудь в центре города.

Hotel is very nice. Only issue is the $20 a day parking fee. The hotel is not in a downtown location and the fee should be included in the room rate.

Very beautiful hotel with gorgeous atriums . Wonderfully convenient being able to take the Gaylord bus at the canopy to various venues and to downtown Nashville. The hotel staff and everyone there was courteous and helpful.

The hotel was extremely well maintained. We enjoyed the indoor pool which was so beautiful. Everything was clean and lovely.

Overall it was nice, however I was disappointed in the ammenities you get with the resort fee. They are ammenities that would be complimentary at any other nice hotel. I know this because I work in a hotel in the area. Ammenities included two bottles of water and a newspaper.

We were stopping on our way to St Louis. The resort is BIG. We explored the grounds and they were beautiful. We were going to go out and explore Nashville but there was so much to do at the resort that we didn't need to leave. This Resort Hotel has the most unbelievable garden full of plants including orchards, waterfalls etc. Just a beautiful and relaxing place to stay.

hotel was nice but they fail greatly with check in and valet parking (20$ self 26$ valet) waiting 20 min to pull up to hotel them stood in line for 30 min to check in . Overall it's a wonderful place to stay. I was disappointed in the hair dryer in our room. Blew cold air & not very strong. Room was very clean & quiet. I do think the parking should be included if you're staying there. I find it a little ridiculous that you have to pay $20 a day to park. There is also an additional $18 a day charged for the services […] such as bottled water in your room & shuttle service, spa service. Huge hotel so you may get lost, but it's a beautiful place to get lost! Amazing landscaping, waterfalls and shopping. You really don't need to leave the resort if you don't want to.

We had a great time the hotel is very nice and we were given a room upgrade. My wife enjoyed the hotel immensely that alone made it worth it. I think the parking charge is a bit over the top.

As soon as we walked through the lobby doors we were in awe...and it continued through the entire stay. Beautiful surroundings throughout and the rooms were spotless. Staff very friendly and so many food and entertainment choices.

I loved all of the landscaping and waterfalls throughout the hotel. Lots of restaurant options and the proximity to the Opry was of course important. Front desk staff was very helpful in assisting me with a wheelchair rental for my Aunt. Overall it was a very memorable stay and if I get back to Nashville again I would definitely choose this resort.

Had a great time, Johnny the Bartender of Jack Daniels was a funny guy, made you feel very welcomed. The Valet parking needs help waited for our car for 40 minutes, they never got the message, the next day we waited 25 min. so park the car yourself. Over all, its quite a AMAZING place.

Very disapointed about the hidden cost of parking 20 a day and resort fee 18 dollars for 2 hot waters and a wifi that didnt work very well.had to walk long ways from car to room.

The hotel itself is beautiful. You'll see lush gardens and fountains, and all sorts of sights within the hotel. That said, be prepared to pay for every little tiny thing that the hotel can think of. $20 per day to park (with a parking lot that much have been designed by Escher). Free internet access... that you need to pay $7 extra to "upgrade" to a […] decent speed. Room service that is so expensive that you'll cry for not walking down to the local Cracker Barrel. The bell hops would not allow me to carry up my own luggage on a luggage cart, and one even started flashing a wad of cash to indicate that I needed to tip him for something I didn't want him to do. Checking in was a nightmare as there was a huge crowd of people standing in line. If the luxurious hotel scene is your thing, it is a lovely hotel to stay at... but if you get stressed out by people who want to "help" you (for pay) at every turn, you might want to stay elsewhere and then visit the gardens themselves for free. I surprised my wife with a stay here for our 1 year wedding anniversary. Neither of us had been to Gaylord Opryland before, but we certainly had high expectations going in. The hotel staff were friendly, the hotel was beautiful and very clean! We originally had planned to take a shuttle to downtown for the night, but there was so much to see and do […] on the resort grounds, that we just decided to stay put! Glad we did, because we LOVED our dinner and our walk around the gardens afterwards. ..One thing I will mention, you can expect a $18 a night resort fee (access to pools, water bottles in the room, shuttle service, etc..) which you can't decline. So expect $18 a night on top of room rate. Also, expect a $20 a day self parking fee. In other words, $20 a day to park. Since we were just staying the one night, and it was our anniversary, we didn't give that much thought. However, if you were staying several nights, those fees could add up rather quickly ;-) .. Something the staff did that really impressed us.. We received a hand written card under our door, congratulating us on our 1 year wedding anniversary, and lettings us know they had added a $50 credit to our account to use on anything during our stay at the hotel, as a gift for our anniversary! We were really appreciative, impressed, and thankful! The room was very clean and the beds sleep well! Overall, we had a BLAST. We will be back! Подробнее

We were pleasantly surprised when the Gaylord Opryland lived up to its hype. The gardens are amazing and the fountains are a great background for what would otherwise be the sound of hundreds of screaming children. Ravello Restaurant was super! We'll stay here again.

Just be careful because there are a lot of hidden fees. $20 dollars a day to park. You pay for wifi and it was terrible in our room. The atmosphere is amazing but be prepared to walk a long way.

I can only rate teh opryland as an average hotel, especialy for its grandeur. The indoor forest is awe inspiring but that it where the fascination ends. The room was small and dated. For a hotel trying to compete in the "Vegas" style opulent hotel arena, the room is too cramped. The check-in was long and laborious. Valeting my car was an absolute nightmare. […] I would call down to have the car valeted 15 minutes prior to needing it and I would stand for 30-45 minutes waiting for a young boy to appproach me and ask me what I needed! They need to fix their valet system quickly! The restaurants and amenity shops were convenient but grossly overpriced. The next time I'm in Nashville, i will be staying elsewhere. This was our first time in Nashville staying at the Gaylord. The resort was fabulous. The gardens and waterfalls were just breathtaking . The food was great. Can't wait to plan another trip here. The staff was great also even gave us a upgrade for free.

Very nice hotel and the staff was excellent. The only problem was i sleep with a cpap machine and there was only one plug accessible to plug the machine into and it was behind the bed a very difficult to get to. More thought should have been put into the placement of the electrical outlets. There where several in the bathroom area but only one close […] enough to the beds. The only other outlet was on a lamp on the desk all the way across the room. But bedsides this it was a great stay at a great hotel and the staff was excellent.
