Замечательный отель, который стоит своих денег! Все аккуратненько, уютно и на своем месте! Есть даже русскоговорящий администратор-девушка) Удобно расположен рядом со станцией метро! Но есть два минуса - очень мало английских каналов по телевизору, а русских и подавно нету, а также очень хорошая слышимость! Хороший отель - хорошая цена за хороший номер в хорошем месте.

Расположен отель очень плохо: чтобы добраться до центра, нужно 45 минут. В номере плохо пахло, за 3 дня, пока мы там жили, у нас ни разу не убирались, лифт очень маленький, конструкция здания заставляет меня думать, что раньше здесь был публичный дом. Позитивные моменты: милый и предупредительный персонал, то, что отель находится в одной минуте от метро, […] и бесплатный wifi. Когда я бронировала номер, я возлагала на тот отель большие надежды, но, мне кажется, что он не оправдал моих ожиданий. Ковры были потертыми, дверь в ванную не закрывалась полностью, а на входной двери внизу была ободрана краска. Горничная забыла поменять полотенца в одном из забронированных мной номеров, и в них не было кондиционера. Душ маленький, […] и в нем вместо жесткой ширмы висит пластиковая занавеска. В маленьком душе эта занавеска постоянно прилипает к телу. В целом, все не так плохо: цены приемлемые и место чудесное. Хостел был чистым, с удобными кроватями, но слишком далеко от центра города. Около 13 остановок на метро или примерно полчаса каждый день, чтобы добраться до достопримечательностей.

Чисто, удобно, дешево, отличный душ и ванная. Отлично, что рядом с вокзалом. Забронировал четырехместный номер, но в на одну ночь пришлось разделиться на два двухместных. Немного неприятно, но большое им спасибо, что помогли перетащить весь наш багаж. Очень сложно найти, если ехать на машине, и звонок им оказался довольно бесполезным, но в другое время […] другие сотрудники на ресепшене очень помогли с маршрутами и прочим. Хорошее расположение перед входом в метро и остановками трамвая и автобуса. Легко добраться до и из аэропорта Шарля де Голля. Поблизости есть рестораны, кафе, банк, супермаркет, кондитерская и пекарня. Номер, в котором я остановился, очень простой, в нём даже нет кондиционера, что в жаркую ночь может стать проблемой.

Найти этот отель легко, если идти по указателям к правильному выходу из метро - он будет прямо там! Сотрудники на регистрации были приветливыми и работали профессионально, как и практически весь персонал. Номера были простыми без чая и кофе, но с (неработающим) минибаром. К бесплатному wifi было легко подключиться, но уровень сигнала варьировался в […] зависимости от номера. Поскольку мы забронировали три номера, это не было проблемой - я выбрал номер с лучшим сигналом! Размеры номеров тоже различались, но для Парижа они все были нормальными. Отель находится на станции Porte D'Orleans, в южном конце четвертой линии метро в оживленном пригородном районе, но в самом отеле хорошая звукоизоляция, так что это не проблема. Вокруг множество местных магазинов, супермаркетов, кафе, ресторанов и баров. На поездку в центр Парижа нужно оставлять 30-40 минут, в зависимости от времени поездки (поезда ездят с разной частотой). Плюсы: чистота, забавный дизайн, разный на каждом этаже, общее гостеприимство. Минусы: нет дополнительных услуг (бара, ресторана и т.д.), грубый и высокомерный сотрудник на ресепшене (мужчина, возможно, менеджер), который снизил общую оценку отеля с 5 до 4, поскольку он нам действительно подпортил поездку. We stayed at this hotel for a week in April. The good thing about the hotel was the location (the subway entrance is literally right outside the door). Unfortunately, there were numerous problems we encountered during our stay. First, our room (107) was *so* dark! I mean, two tiny lights above the bed, and a desk lamp in the corner. It's hard to comment on the cleanliness of the room, because we honestly couldn't see anything! I commented to the front desk but all they could say was "isn't the room beautiful?". Second, our room should be avoided if you want to have a peaceful night's sleep. The problem is that on one side of the room is the stairwell going down and the other side is the breakfast room. So each morning around 6:00am you start hearing hotel workers (and other guests) walking around and people getting the breakfast ready. It's extremely loud and will definitely wake you up. Also, even though we had a non-smoking room, it seems like smoke smell seeps into the room somehow. We ended up stuffing a towel at the bottom of our door to help reduce the smell. The hotel staff mostly seemed nice, although the guy who helped check us in was rather rude. The others seemed pretty friendly. The elevator was broke during my trip (5 nights). I ask hotel staff to help me carry baggage, they said no one can help and just say sorry without do anything! So I need to carry 3 heavy baggage(60KG) by myself and walk to the 7th floor when check in & check out, it`s so TIRED! The hotel is located a bit far from the city but it is conveniently located directly next to a Metro endstation. The room we got was NOT one of the ones they show on the webpage because it has not been refurbished. Excellent location. Metro station is at doorstep. Rooms are small but clean. Very tiny elevator so a room issued on the first floor is a bonus. Hotel staff are very helpful and are bilingual. Front desk staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the elevator was broken. 7 floors was quite a hike. The room was clean. Bed very comfortable!

the problem we had with the hotel was that it was noisy. the other guests were noisy and also in the morning there would be lots of banging against the wall. Perfect Location just a foot step from Metro and Tram. Friendly people and clean rooms. The only negative the small elevator that was used only twice.

Perfect location to visit the trade fairs and thanks to miss Tatev at the front desk for a pleasant stay.

The hotel was very close to the tunnel trains and the buses. So, you can easily get to where you want to go even though it was farther away from the touristy locations. There was some very good restaurants in the area. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was good.

I was unlucky since the furnace broke down the day I came, meaning there was no heat in the room and no hot water. That was not the hotel's fault, but they may have done more to ensure that clients had a nicer stay, by offering extra blankets, advise/warning about cold water perhaps even suggestions to where you could have a warm bath or even in an […] extreme case a discount. The hotel is located in the southern part of the city and does not seem very touristy. The elevator was out of order during my visit so I had to use the stairs instead. This disadvantage (not a big problem for me) was balanced by the very helpful and nice personell and a optimized high quality breakfast.

The hotel was clean and confortable. Unfortunately, only people next door were a bit noisy. However, it was a good experience.

If you're looking for a boutique hotel, this is not one. The lobby is nice, but the rooms quite outdated for the label. When I arrived, before check in time, I asked if I could check my luggage until check in. They pointed to the 2nd floor , 1st floor in Paris, and told me that I could put me bags in the firts room on the left.The room was not looked nor attended.
