Персонал отеля был не слишком приветлив. Мы позвонили за несколько дней, чтобы уточнить схему проезда от метро, но правильную схему они нам не послали. Мы ехали из аэропорта, и со всеми нашими сумками это очень раздражало. Рекомендую взять такси. В Мадриде есть несколько лучших такси западной зоны, одно из которых находятся прямо за углом. Отель находится близко к станции метро, только не к той, на которой они посоветовали нам выходить. Когда первый раз заходишь в отель, там нет лифта, и нам пришлось нести вещи по нескольким лестницам. В отеле еще есть wifi, но в нашем номере практически не было сигнала. Отличный wifi есть в Макдональдсе за углом. Несмотря на хорошее расположение, в следующий раз я, пожалуй, выберу другой отель. Берите номер, выходящий на внутреннюю сторону, т.к., если происходит что-то интересное, персонал и все остальные шумно собираются перед отелем и игнорируют просьбы вести себя потише. Испанцы очень гостеприимны, но никогда не против вечеринок

Это двухзвёздочный отель, который позиционируется как трёхзвёздочный, а стоит как четырёхзвёздочный. Больше здесь не остановлюсь.

Удобно расположен, близко к остановке открытых автобусов (8 остановка на историческом маршруте) и двум линиям метро. В округе большой выбор хороших закусочных или полноценных кафе, но номер был очень маленьким и, если отрыть окно, очень шумным (особенно по выходным), а если закрыть - душным.

Отель стоит в двух шагах от магазинов, театра и шума Гран-Виа. Тем не менее, отель находится на очень тихой улице и сам по себе очень тихий.

Hotel is right off Gran Via but the street the hotel is on looks a little rough. Bed was comfortable and TV was HD. The breakfast was quite sad.

We stayed for three nights. The hotel is near the heart of Madrid. The room was very nice - clean and well provisioned. Windows opened to the street providing fresh air. Nice hotel down an alleyway from the Avenida de Liberdade. Wonderful staff. Did not try the breakfast buffet. Walked to the Prado and many other places of interest. Would love to be back at this hotel now as Madrid is great!!

We wanted a cheap central hotel for the evening prior to travelling to Toledo and that is what we got. The hotel is in a good location 2 secs from Gran Via and theatres and 10 mins from Puerto del Sol. The room was comfortable and clean, had everything needed for a good nights sleep.

Clean, relatively well located and super nice staff! The only thing I didn't like was the street fights at 2 in the morning lol it definetly get a bit too crazy at night specially if your coming to the hotel late. Other than that good, nice hotel that is affordable.

Pros: good location close to city attractions, shuttle to the airport available, clean hotel room, friendly receptionist service. Cons: Not so good room service, our room was noisy close to elevator and at night you could hear street noise. Wi-fi internet worked in the hotel lobby but not in the room as advertised. Average morning breakfast.

The bad point was definetely the size of the room. It was in fact very small. And there is also only one elevator, which can cause you to wait a little sometimes (it is in good conditions, though). But there are lots of good aspects: the localization, very near subway stations, the Puerta del Sol and the Gran Vìa, for example. It is very easy to reach […] the major tourist attractions from there, such as the Museo del Prado and the Reina Sofia, and the Atocha train station. And you can easily walk to the Plaza Mayor too. It is also easy to find food and restaurants all around, and you can also find the major stores if you want to go shopping. The street is very convenient, silent and calm. We did not have problem with noise, except for Saturday night, when there was a little bit of shouting due to a party nearby. Good value for money. Breakfast is good with a large selection. I stayed here alone and I would not recommend it for other single travellers. The location of Best Western Los Cabos was excellent. Close to shops and restaurants at Gran Via. However, the room itself was less impressive. The single room I had was very small and old. There was hardly much space to do work on the study table. The electricity also short circuited on the first day of arrival. The hotel is ok. The room has a good size, it was clean and with comfortable bed. I have not used any service besides the breakfast, but the staff seemed gentle. Its location is very good (about 100 from the Gran Via, 150 m from the Callao metro station, 5 minute walking from Plaza de Espana).

Situatated just off the main street in Madrid you are within walking distance from any of the main attractions . 5 mins walk from the main shopping area and 15 mins from the old part of the city . The location was excellent for exploring. The main downside was the noise from the pipes when people turn on the shower or use the toilet. The windows where not glazed either, so you could hear a lot of noise from outside.

We stayed at the Hotel Los Condes for 5 nights in order to see Madrid and attend the Madrid Masters tennis. The hotel is extremely well situated for both tourism and transport to La Caja Magica (where the tennis is held), being very close to several well-connected stations on Madrid's efficient Metro system. It's set back from the traffic noise of Gran […] Via, so noise wasn't too much of an issue at night, other than the odd loud clunk, which I presume was from people on the fire escape. The rooms are small (don't stay here if you expect a vast and glamorous room) and quite 70s looking but are spotlessly clean and well-maintained. They don't have the advertised tea and coffee makers in the rooms, but will bring you tea and coffee 24hrs a day for free if you call reception, and the service is incredibly quick. Everything else in the room worked fine, though you have to remind them to switch the air-con on if it's under 30 degrees outside (the Spanish are used to the heat!!). The reception staff were incredibly polite, very helpful and spoke good English. The breakfast was pleasant and plentiful. All in all, a good budget hotel in a very convenient location in the centre of Madrid. Подробнее
