В ванной одни волосы. Бассейн грязный - тоже полон волос и каких-то насекомых. Выглядит вроде нормально, но на деле он ужасен. Никогда не вернусь!

Уверен, это отель был великолепен, когда его только открыли, но теперь в нм даже нет нормального стационарного телефона в номере. Из первого номера я переехал, поскольку он оказался для курящих, и телефон в нем постоянно шипел, когда я звонил на стойку. Если Вам понадобится какая-либо помощь от этого отеля - не найдетесь. Администратор вешает Вас на телефоне, потом Вы перезваниваете, администратор видит номер и вешает вас вновь, даже не снимая трубку. Может быть, им надо повысить зарплату. Сам отель все же был чистый. В номерах не помешало бы сделать небольшую модернизацию, учитывая их стоимость. Избегайте […] полулюксов. Они не стоит своих денег. Лучше остановиться в обычном отеле с видом на океан, потому что в этом отеле номера не намного крупнее и оборудованы почти так же (мой друг останавливался в одном из "простых" отелей). Отель неплохой, но если Вы хотите провести время в модном отеле на пляже, он просто не подойдет. Добавьте 20-30 долларов и остановитесь в современном заведении. Можно даже выбрать "Days Inn" или один из независимых отелей в районе, где цены разумнее + такая же устаревшая инфраструктура, как в этом отеле. Отель находится прямо на пляже и имеет свой собственный участок! Понравился бассейн и смежный бар. Питание в ресторане было великолепным, и официанты были на высоте. Смутило лишь то, что отель находится далековато от торговых точек (пешком не дойдешь, но можно быстро добраться на автобусе!).

Отель старый и разваливается. В номере пахло какой-то комбинацией плесени и отбеливателя. Персонал грубый. Обслуживания никакого. Даже европейский завтрак был ужасен. Никогда бы не порекомендовала этот отель. Пыталась выселиться раньше срока, и мне даже не дали компенсацию. Единственный плюс в том, что отель находится на пляже Miami Beach.

Заплатили за номер через телефон. Специально уточнили, что нам нужен номер с видом на океан. Приехали в отель - выяснилось, что мы, оказывается, "заказали" стандартный номер. Я был так зол, что мне дали не то, за что я заплатил. В целом, отель нормальный.

Хороший отель, где можно отдохнуть несколько дней с семьей. Очень тихое заведение. Над номерами надо поработать в плане комфорта, в особенности над подушками и матрасами. Полы и бассейн нужно модернизировать. Также было бы неплохо заново установить мини-поле для гольфа, которое раньше было рядом с бассейном - было бы плюсом для гостей.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel and room were clean. Two issues we had were the bed, although comfortable, made a terrible sound when moving around even slightly. I wanted a "cheaper" hotel for the three days before our recent cruise. Although I did not seem to take into account the amount of cheap this hotel provided. Although the view from our room was great, the glass was dirty, which was just plain disappointing. The resturant in the lobby was old and dated, and old fifties theme, but the cars were rusty and the presentation was terrible. The pool was very cold and full of sand, and the hours of the bar by the pool were random to say the least, we tried to go to a happy hour and found the bar closed, on a friday night, during spring break. We stayed one night prior to boarding a cruise and wouldn't reccommend this hotel for any longer. The highlight was the park next to it and a wonderful Venezuelan restaurant within walking distance. It helped us forget about the hair clogged shower that would back up with yellow water.

Bad experience. Outdated and needs major improvement as to facility maintenance and services. The room stinks! Has to change because of unbearable smell. Ordered food in the bar and when the food came, we smelled the rice is spoiled and the amount of food is way expensive with the quality of food. Great beach location. Free shuttle bus to South Beach and local tours. Hotel does need updated. Very cost effective and exactly what I needed, but not in the centre of the action ... long beautiful beach without the huge crowds. Great decor with veteran cars and '60's art. The room was 'basic' but spacious and comfortable. Very helpful staff

While on Miami Beach this hotel is at least 16 blocks from any restuarants or shops. Some of the staff were wonderful but several were almost surly. We arrived off a cruise ship at 10:30 Am adn were advised that early check in was not available-we would have to wait until 3PM. At 3 pm about 25 peaople in the lobby jumped up to register. I was first […] in line but was advised that my room would not be available for another 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I checked back and was told it would not be ready for another 10 minutes. Finally at 4 PM when I checked back again and it was still not ready another staff member found us another room. The door to this room looked to havebeen breached with a crowbar and they had left the battered door on and only added new locks - a litle disconcerting. The restuarant that you are more or less forced to use unless you came be car and want to take a taxi is styled like a 50's dinner with the seats looking likethe back end of a 1956 Chev. Belair. Food was okay but nothing to write home about and we were a little disconcerted to note that an 18% gratuity had been added to our party of two.. The pictures are blatant lies or at least exaggerations and the service was horrendous. They wouldn't do dry cleaning for us and every time we spoke with an employee they were just trying to get you away from them as quickly as possible (if they even spoke English). The beach nearby is terrible and the location was way out of the way of anything cool. […] The ONLY positive was that the HoJo has now become big joke sarcastically saying "Well this place is nice but it is no Howard Johnson". Was in Miami for the BCS National Championship game. The hotel reviews weren't good but I thought how bad could this hotel really be? Hotel parking lot always full, had to park in the road, and the hotel charged a hideen fee of $11.00 per day. Total ripoff. Coffee machine broken in room, hairdryer broken, burned up in room. Girl at desk unfriendly, Hotel old and dirty.

Front Desk staff inept at confirming a pre-booked reservation at the time of checkin. In general all staff members less than friendly. Service in restaurant pitiful - waited an hour to have order served. Given the excuse they were buzy which was not true !

The hotel was in decent shape. Hotel has appeared as if it hadn't been renovated in quite some time. The check-in and check-out process was very easy, but this may be due to the impersonalization of the staff. The one staff member that we did find helpful was the staff in charge of calling us a cab. The restaurant is about as run down as the hotel, […] which was to be expected. The continental breakfast is nothing more than bread and water. The buffet food was okay but is overpriced for what you get. Keep in mind that gratuity is included in the bill for the buffet, although you do all of the work. All I can say, the price was almost right. But then again may be too much. It is extremely noisy. No carpets in rooms or hall ways. Its an ok hotel. The beach is really nice and right outside the back of the hotel. It has a nice pool. The rooms are clean enough to stay a night or two. I never saw the restaurant open there. It is a 30 minute walk to Surfside where the nearest restaurants are. It is pretty quiet in the rooms and all the rooms have different names.
