Когда планируете отправиться в Париж, Вам понадобится хорошее расположение, (весьма) уютное место и удобство. В отеле "Paris Est" Вы найдете все перечисленное. Большинство туристов прилетают в аэропорт Шарля де Голля, оттуда садятся на городскую электричку в город, приезжают на Северный вокзал (с багажом). С воказала до отеля "Paris Est" идти 10 минут […] пешком. Номера маленькие, но в Париже все меньше, чем в США, так что тут неудивительно. Самое главное, персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый, атмосфера в отеле "семейная". Вестибюль, столовая, номера - везде безукоризненная чистота, а цена весьма разумные. Устраивайтесь в номере, немного поспите, чтобы привыкнуть к разнце во времени, потом душ - и можно отправлиться на знакомство с городом на электричке/метро с Северного вокзала в качестве отправной точки. Рядом с отелем есть отличный продовольственный и два круглосуточных магазина. Мне нужен был отель для своей семьи из 4 человек, за ночлег в котором не пришлось бы платить слишком много, и мой выбор пал на "Paris Est Lafayette". Прямо рядом с вокзалом есть станция метро, где удобно сесть на поезд и отправиться на знакомство с достопримечательностями города. Я был просто в восторге от отеля "Paris Est Lafayette". С Северного вокзала до отеля можно дойти за 10 минут с багажом. До Восточного вокзала примерно 15 минут ходьбы. Если только Вы не путешествуете большой с семьей с кучей багажа, не тратьте деньги на такси. Близость к отеля к Северному вокзалу меня приятно удивила. Через 3-4 дома по той же улице стоит чудный продуктовый магазин, рядом также есть множество ресторанов (многие из них ближе к Северному вокзалу). В отеле есть бесплатный Wi-Fi, что было чрезвычайно удобно: я мог заказывать различные экскурсионные туры по Париже прямо со своего компьютера, а персонал отеля помогал мне распечатать все нужные бумаги. Номера небольшие, но не стоит забывать, что это Париж! К тому же, номер Вы, вероятно, будете использовать только для сна, а с утра уходить на экскурсии по красивому, чудесному Парижу. В номере был кондиционер. Сами номера очень чистые, убираются там каждый день. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Я с удовольствием общался с сотрудниками на франзцуском; даже если Вы не владеете франзцуским, почти члены персонала хорошо разговаривают по-английски. Место играет важную роль, а отель "Paris Est" находится близко к центру города, плюс от него легко попасть в метро, рядом есть хорошие рестораны и продуктовые магазины. Отель не очень гостеприимный. Нам был обещан бесплатный Wi-Fi, но его не оказалось. К Wi-Fi из номера подключиться было нельзя. Персонал в этом плане оказывать помощь не стал. Сотрудники недружелюбные и резкие. Район тоже не из лучших, но отель находится в 5-7 минутах ходьбы от Северного вокзала. Номер был просторный и чистый.

Отель находится близко к метро и ж/д вокзалу. Персонал приятный. Завтрак хороший и с богатым меню. Единственный недочет - ночью было страшновато идти возвращаться с метро через 3 квартала, но после того, как увидел район в дневном свете, весь страх рассеялся. Из окон была видна Эйфелева башня - так романтично вечером..

Номер был довольно просторный и очень чистый. Внутри оказалось все, что нам было нужно. Тишина. Персонал дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Мы чудесно провели время в этом отеле. Расположение оказалось удобным, так как в Париж мы прибыли на Северный вокзал, который находится лишь в 2 кварталах от отеля. The carpet was dirty, room was very small, walls were thin, you can hear the people going up and down on stairs and knok the door of next room. Booked a quadruple room but turn out a triple was provided. The staff were ok and helpful. Breakfast is good.

This hotel was hard to find. We walked past it twice. The staff were helpful enough but not overly friendly. The room wasn't a bad size but there was an unrequested single mattress in the floor which took up lots of space. The shower curtain was dirty and the decor not very attractive. It wasn't an awful place but I wouldn't stay there again.

I booked this hotel because being close to gare du nord was my highest concern. It takes 4 min to walk to the train station. Very convenient for the eurostar. 5 minutes walk from Gare Du Nord, and about 20 minutes walk into the centre (Les Halles). We asked for one of the refurbished rooms at the back of the building - which did us very well. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was very helpful. The location was a short walking distance between two metro stations, which allowed easy accessibility throughout central Paris. The matresses were old, the rooms were small and dingy, but clean (which is most important to me). Paris Est Lafayette is well located for arrival on train from CDG, near Gare du Nord. Also just a few minutes from a metro station that got me wherever I needed to go. Travel was made easy by helpful and pleasant woman at front desk. Room was fine for one person, though two would be crowded, but that is to be expected for such a reasonable price. Good experience here on a mother/daughter visit to Paris. Location worked well for us: metro was not too far, we parked the car in the lot very close to the hotel, and the breakfast was fairly good. I would definitely go back!

After our Berlin hotel this one was a bit of let down, however having read most reviews on Paris accommodation it was pretty much as expected. At first look the room appeared 'dingy' - the decor could do with refreshing and up-dating but the bed was very comfortable; the bathroom was adequate plus there was a fridge and everthing was clean. Loved this hotel! After reading other reviews we were prepared for either nice or rude hotel staff but found all staff to be helpful & friendly or at least accommodating. WiFi worked great for us in lobby & in room. Bkfst was 6euros if booked the night before & was plentiful & tasty. We opened windows facing center (off street) & it was quiet enough in our neighborhood to sleep w/windows open. We were pleasantly surprised with the location & quality of the hotel & especially by the friendliness of the desk staff. After reading the reviews on Hotels.com & Trip Advisor we were prepared for rudeness but found both the day & evening clerks to be helpful & friendly (relatively - they are Parisians after all.) The only real complaint we had was the heat in the room - it was hot throughout our whole Dec weekend stay & when I asked at the desk, they said they would send someone to help but never did. The room was very small but we did not spend much time in it so that was only a minor issue. The location of the hotel to one of the main train stations was great and we were able to walk to every major site except the Eiffel Tower from our hotel. Hotel was situated near the train station (Nord) so it was convenient and easy to walk to. Room was spacious for out needs and not overly priced. The area was quiet. Shame about the rather rude woman at reception who checked us in. Apart from her the other staff were very helpful.

As most know you don't get american style value for money anywhere in europe., but this was a reasonably-priced, centrally located little hotel. Room was clean, bigger than any room I ever paid an equivalent price for in London. Friendly staff who were happy to speak English when needed.

It was very close to Gare d'Nord however the area offered very little in shops or restaurants. The clerks were bored and seemed upset to be bothered with us. The room was okay but was rather drab. Our TV never worked and they just said it was new and hadn't been programmed. Overall, there are too many hotels to bother with this one.

A very conveniently located hotel and with friendly staff. I've stayed at other of the hotels in this same street and I can tell this one was better in comparison in all aspects. I would recommend it if you are just stayimg for a couple of nights.

No bath but they do have good aircon. I think they own the Guinness World Record for tiniest elevator. For this prise tho everything seems overpriced.

This hotel was listed as a 3 star. I don't know how it could have gotten that. It was at best a 2 star. The room was old, the carpet was in bad condition. I will never stay there again.

This is a 3* hotel that does what it says... nothing special but great location to Gare du Nord and reasonably priced (for Paris). Do not expect any sort of luxuries, the hotel is old and carpets/furnishings worn but rooms were clean, quiet and a short 10min walk (with luggage) from Gare du Nord. The hotel is in a reasinably good area even though some corners smell of urine but it is the problem with Paris - it seems getting worse by the year. Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Air con in room was very welcome. Breakfast very nice and plenty of it. Location was ideal, very close to Gare du Nord. We stayed in a triple room which was very spacious.

i would like to say that i had the best time in paris and it was much better thanks to the staff of the hotel. People is very kind, the environment is familiar and it is a quite place. Thaks to all the people there who do their best for making their guests feel confortable. :D

This hotel in the 10th is straight out and down the street from Gare du Nord (it is around the corner from Gare de l'Est). An enclosed market anchors the Rue des Petits Hotels at the end of Rue St. Quentin. The hotel room is an acceptable space for a hotel in Paris and the hotel deserves its 3-stars. The breakfast is excellent and priced OK at 11 Euros/person. […] There is a flat screen TV, however, no English channels were evident. The neighborhood is OK although there appears to be more street people around than I remember. There are lots of restaurants in the are and it is worth going west to Rue St. Denis and the lower part of the 10th or even the eastern side of the 9th. The biggest issue was the staff at the desk. No one seemed to know what was going on. You would get a different answer from each clerk. The next issue was the computer in the lobby for guest use......useless! Couldn't even use it to print boarding passes. Close to Gare Du Nord (3mins), this hotel is ideally suited for travellers arriving from CDG airport, the Eurostar from London or trains from Brussels, Amsterdam and farther afield. It's only a short hop away to Stade De France on the RER. Good restaurants and bars locally and approx 10mins travel time on the Metro to Ille de la Cite.

We stayed for one night at the hotel, in transit from Paris to London. It is conveniently located. Rooms are small, but priced as one has to expect in Paris. What made our experience unpleasant was the failure to have any hot water in the morning. If the hotel fails to provide expected services an immediate discount is in order, and the customer should not have to waste time filing a compliant with hotels.com - which puts the paperwork/e-work burden on the customer, and makes them less likely to follow up on a legitimate complaint. I was looking for a hotel near the to Gare du Nord, as I was traveling on the Eurostar from London, with young kids. I was looking for a hotel that was clean, would accommodate a family of 4 in a single room. The hotel was rather hard to find initially, however once located, it was extremely convenient. We arrived in the morning and were staying only […] one night. We hoped to drop off our bags and go exploring for the day. It was a pleasant surprise to find that our room was already waiting for us at 10:30am. We were able to use the room to freshen after an early start in London. The neighbourhood seemed a little like a gheto, but many of the business were closed for the annual summer break. It would probably have been more lively. However, even walking back from the metro at night, I did not feel unsafe. The room was small but clean. The beds were comfortable. The shower had a good head of pressure. There was a small desk, chair and a closet and 3 beds; one double and 2 singles pushed together. There was also a tv and minibar, which we did not use. The few hotel employees that we met were friendly and understood both my bad french and english. Two doors down was a convenience store where we purchased water and soda. Breakfast was available, but at 10 Euros each, children half price, we decided that when in Paris, one should breakfast in a little cafe in the Latin Quarter. The metro station was about 10 mins walk. The following day, we checked out, and were able to leave our bags at the hotel for the day.
