Excellent large room with amazing views of Singapore. Service was excellent with regards to the Club Level Lounge/Benefits. Only downside was that the concierge was difficult to reach on the house phone and was slow to respond.

Travelled through Singapore on the way home and splashed out with two wonderful nights in the Ritz-Carlton. A great location, lovely rooms and wonderful staff. Paying the extra to get a roomw ith access to the club was well worth it. A really fabulous hotel!

Ritz indeed lived up to its reputation for excellent services. I forgotten to bring my swimming goggles and I asked the staff at the poolside whether they have any extra goggles that they can loan. I wasn't expecting them to say yes as typically hotels would ask you to buy. However, the staff managed to get one for me which allowed me to enjoy my swim […] laps. One small disappointment, though. I'm a fussy sleeper with specific requirements for not too soft pillows. Sadly, the hotel was not able to locate alternative pillows that I preferred due to non availability. Ended up not having a great night sleep. However, the overall experience at the hotel made up for it- spacious room, good food and great service. Will definitely stay again. Подробнее

I am a hotelier and I appreciate seamless delivery of friendliness all over the hotel. All of the service staff wore a smile and nothing was impossible.Even senior staff were hands-on with offering customer delight,I am a Shangri-la patron but I am prepared to return to this property on my next visit.

Probably lacked a variety of restaurants, but as was in the Club Lounge not relevant to e. the pool was old and gloomy and in need of complete refurbishment

Superb hotel, well designed and very spacious rooms with breathtaking views. The most outstanding aspect of our stay at the Ritz Carlton Millennia was the overwhelming service and attention to detail. We stayed in a Club level room on the 27 th floor and had access to all Club facilities. We were met at the foyer of the hotel by a staff member and were taken directly to our room, completely bypassing the usual check-in formalities. Really lovely atmosphere, the staff was eager to help without being too overbearing. The rooms are so comfortable, and mine overlooked the Marina Bay - which was a fabulous sight, especially at night. The little touches just added to the pleasurable experience. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a little luxury.

Everything at the Ritz Calton was more than excellent. The only draw back was the noise of the traffic. The room was beyond our expectations and the staff were very professional and courteous in handling our requests and tours. Moreover, the Conciere Vimcent was more than helpful to us in showing us the best eateries in town.

My family and I stayed for 2 days at this fabulous hotel over the NYE and NY recently. It was a fabulous experience. When we were checking in, the hotel was very busy. There was a queue. The hotel has sent up a drink bar, serving apple, cranberry and ice lemon tea, as well as cold water. I have stayed in many many hotels for work and holidays, I have […] never stayed in one where they serve you drinks because there is a queue. When we were checked in, our rooms weren't ready. We were shown a big reception room where we could have complimentary sandwiches, wine, more cold drinks and cakes, while we were waiting. The rooms are a delight, esp the big bath with a great view. Breakfasts were very nice, with a big selection of food. The most memorable was of course the fireworks on NYE over the Marina Bay, all enjoyed from the comfort of our rooms. 15 minutes of beautiful fireworks display over a new S'pore skyline. We stayed for a period of 8 days, and were sad to leave at the end. In my experience one can become a bored with a venue. This was certainly NOT the case here. Waking up to that view every day was a wonderful way to start every day. From Boxing day through to the early New Year, we were delighted daily by the venue and its staff.

I had stayed in many hotels in Singapore. Then I had an opportunity to stay here. To my pleasant surprise I found this to be the best among all of the other hotels. 2泊滞在しました。アーリーチェックインの連絡をしていなかったのですが、部屋を探してくれました。男2人だったので部屋の眺望を気にしていなかったのですが、マリーナ側を薦められてアップグレードしたけどこれが正解！夜景もだけどマリーナベイを見ながらボーっするのはいい気分です。ホテルのスタッフも皆親切で素敵な笑顔と共にさりげないサービスをしてくれていい気分でした。いろいろ質問や相談をしましたが親身に聞いてくれます。朝ジョギングから帰ってくるとさりげなく水とタオルを提供してくれたのは感動しました。日本語のコンシェルジュは利用しませんでしたが直通のダイアルがあるようです。団体客もいず、客の人種も偏っていないので静かにホテルの雰囲気を楽しむには最高のホテルだと思います。

シンガポールで、かなり色々なホテルに泊まりましたが、さすがリッツ、という感じです。サービスは言うまでももなく、お部屋も広くて眺めもよく、浴槽からの8角形窓からの景色は最高でした。また是非泊まりたいです。

マリーナ側の部屋は景色がいいし、広さもゆったり、ベッドも寝心地がよかったです。朝食レストランの「グリーンハウス」は食事の種類が豊富で、そのどれもが美味しかった。夫婦とも最上階のクラブラウンジでの静かで上品な朝食よりも、賑やかでたくさん食べられるこちらの方が好きですね。そのかわりザワザワして落ち着きはありませんし、ジュース担当の女性は無愛想でした・・・でもオススメします。
