Отель расположен в примерно в 3-х км. от торговых центров, магазинов и немного выше от линии прохождения автобусов, что не очень удобно. При этом сам отель достаточно хороший (отличные номера-апартаменты, очень чисто, внутри есть бассейн. Также здесь есть неудобстово в том, что здесь номера бронируются с субботы по пятницу. И если ты приедешь сюда по середине недели, то тебя в субботу заставят переселиться в другой номер, что не очень удобно. При этом про это нигде не озвучивается на сайте. И сотрудник не очень были корректны, когда нам про это объясняли. Также есть еще одно неудобство - на территории отеля есть рестораны и бары, при этом расплачиваться ты можешь только через ключ от номера, на который ты вносишь депозит в размере не менее 800 долларов США. Т.е. если ты приехал всего на 2 дня, то ты все равно должен внести депозит 800 долл. - это через чур. При этом ключ от номера - это обычная пластиковая карта (а не браслет на руку). Т.е. если ты хочешь за что-то заплатить в баре в самом бассейне, то придется с этим ключом плыть в зубах. Исключая все это отель очень хороший. Сами номера замечательные.

Live Aqua имеет действительно хорошее месторасположение. Рядом находятся 2 крупных торговых центра с ресторанами и развлечениями. Отель новый. Номера хорошо оборудованы. Пляж супер! Волны, конечно, есть, но купаться вполне возможно. Немного не дотягивает до общей планки обслуживание. Отель работает по системе все включено. И иногда на пляже или у бассейна нужно вылавливать официантов! Сами они не особо торопятся вас обслужить.

The Dreams Cancun Resort & Spa - All Inclusive is located in Cancun, Mexico, sheltered by a pastoral bay. Offshore ocean breezes cool the tip Punta Cancun. This resort is 400 meters away from the Cancun Convention Center. Plaza Forum is located 600 meters from the property. Dreams Cancún Resort's main beach extends 200 meters (219 yards) along a bay west of Cancún Island's northernmost point called Punta Cancún. Here the water remains calm in most weather, offers snorkeling opportunities, and features a large offshore trampoline raft. Overlooking the beach is a 15-person spa tub.
Another beach, measuring 68.5 meters (75 yards), faces the open sea east of the point. Beaches are furnished with padded lounge chairs and thatched-roof palapas. Swimming is also available in the resort's placid saltwater lagoon, which measures roughly 68.5-by-68.5 meters (75-by-75 yards) and laps against the resort's pyramid wing on one side and a beach with lounge chairs on the other.
Fresh-water swimming options comprise an irregularly shaped 30.5-meter-long (100-ft) heated pool adjacent to the lagoon and a 16.5-meter-long (18-yard) freeform pool outside the resort's tower near the open-sea beach. Both pools are bordered by umbrellas and thickly cushioned teak lounge chairs.
As part of the All-Inclusive Plan, guests are permitted to use kayaks, snorkeling gear, and Hobie Cat sailboats off the calm-water beach and AquaTrikes in the lagoon. For surcharges, an independent operator at the resort offers personal watercraft, water skiing, banana-boating, snorkeling excursions, and scuba diving instruction and excursions.
A paved jogging/strolling path extends through a green lawn along the pyramid wing's sea-facing side, offering panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea rolling against Punta Cancún. Along the path is a ruin of a Mayan shrine that is 500-800 years old. The path also passes a rocky point on whose tip rises a red-and-white-striped column topped by a marine-navigation light. A suspended rope aids guests walking to the light.
Other complimentary recreational facilities include a bungee-cord trampoline and a lighted tennis court. Yoga classes are offered on the lagoon beach. The 18-hole Pok-Ta-Pok Golf Club is two km (1.25 miles) from the resort, and the 18-hole Hilton golf course is 7.5 km (4.75 miles).

"Wonderful hotel for everyone"
Just spent 8 fun filled days at Dreams Cancun. Cannot say enough great things about the staff. Everyone was attentive and happy. My husband and I took our 5 year old daughter and she really enjoyed the kids club. The hours are 9:30am-9:30 pm ages 3-12 and they have a different activity every hour and it changes daily. There were never more than 10 kids […] at a time (at least when we were there) and there were always 2 to 3 girls to watch after them. They also would feed them lunch and dinner if you like but we preferred to take her out and spend our meals together as a family. I used the gym every morning. The hours are 6am-11pm. I always arrived at 6:05am and it was always open, clean, air conditioned, stocked with bottled water and fresh towels. It's kind of like a run down bally's. 2 treadmills, 1 bike, 1 elliptical and a whole array of weight machines. Honestly, the nicest workout facility i've seen at an all inclusive and I've been to 3 now. The bars are all really great serving middle of the road alcohols. Not top shelf but the nicest I've had at an all inclusive. AND they DON'T water anything down! The best thing for me was they had corona light cans. I think a couple of the days I depleted there stock! The breakfast buffet was amazing in the morning. They had an omelet station and the guy would make egg white omelets if you asked. There was always an assortment of fresh fruit, breads and cereals. Also they had sausages, bacon, french toast, pancakes etc. For lunch, no one talks about the amazing chips they make with a red salsa, green salsa and guacamole. This is available every day in the world cafe. Also, they make fresh tacos and empanadas. You could always find mexican food if you wanted it which I loved. If the buffet isn't for you, there are two options out side on there grounds no one talks about on the reviews. I know people who have been here on honeymoon, while it was fine for a short holiday I would be very disappointed if this were my honeymoon destination. Service was not great, often we were left standing at bars while waiters were chatting to each other. "A great family vacation"
We've stayed for 5 nights with 2 kids (7&4) and had the best time. the food and service are perfect. the entertainment team is more than great. the only thing I could say is that the room is a bit old fashion and the bed was not that comfort.

The only downside is very hard to get a king size bed as opposed to two queens. We had been upgraded but the room had a mold issue. So we were disappointed in the service once we had a problem. My wife and I normally go to Nassau, Bahamas but decided instead to try out Cancun, Mexico given the deals currently available and itch to try an 'all-inclusive' as we have two young children. Coupled with several resort restaurants (all are good but nothing to rave about)and the excellent service, it is definitely a place we will come back to as a family. The one area for improvement is with respect to the pool situation. The main pool has people reserving their seats before 6 am making it impossible to get a spot. It was OK for us as we prefer the beach, but the point is there are not enough seats to accomodate people, and we went at a time the resort was not full. Since we stayed at the 'Club', we had access to the small pool on the other side of the resort, but there were no 'umbrellas's' so we could not use that area for the day (i.e. just a short period). Overall: The beach is almost nonexistent, the pool is freezing (as most of it is in the shade - including the swim-up bar), cockroaches in the bathroom at night, some very poor service... We had a great time at Dreams in Cancun. We were 4, my husband and me and our two boys ages 18 and 16. We went the week before Christmas and it was a great kick off to the holiday. It lived up to most of the reviews I read in making my decision to go. we stayed for 4 days 5 nights, and did not leave the resort at all except to eat next door as I will […] describe later. We were impressed by a few things, the upkeep of the grounds, the kindness of the staff, the number and friendliness of waiters at all of the restaurants and on the beach, the ease of renting jet skis and scuba lessons without having to leave the resort. There is a nice hut and boat dock right on the beach that can arrange most of your water activities. While we brought lots of cash in order to leave tips, the waiters on the beach and in the restaurants did not seem to expect them. They did not hover or linger in anticipation of a tip, they seemed truly eager to help make your stay enjoyable. Dreams Cancun seemed to be unique among the hotels we walked by on the strip as it has both an ocean and bay side and each side is very different. The ocean side is quite and more adult oriented and the bay side more active and family oriented. This was nice because you could chose which mood you were in. Also there was no problem with "hawkers" on either beach. We did not hang around the pool much, this area is more hectic and noisy with families and club activities. But all the people in this area seemed to be enjoying themselves, just not our scene. My husband and eldest son did the "swim with the Dolphins" activity and my husband loved it. The presence of the dolphins is a nice bonus, We stayed in the Towers and really liked the added amenities. "Dreams Cancun Great for Kids"
We travelleed with our 3 year old son who had a great time. The sea is safe with a lifeguard on duty. The explorers club takes kids from 3 years and up and offers a variety of activities throughout the day. The staff are well trained and extremely friendly. Raphael and the entertainment team deserve a special mention.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Dreams Cancun. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff are the best. The only slight issue we had is that we thought the bed was very hard. Other than that, everything was perfect! We would definitely stay at Dreams again.

el hotel tiene muy buenos servicios, el trato de la gente que atiende fue muy amable y servicial. El espacio dedicado a las albercas es muy pequeño pero en la playa privada que tienen, el mar está muy calmado y puedes estar ahí todo el día como si estuvieras en la alberca.

Buena playa, solo que en general las áreas comunes están sucias. La alberca es muy pequeña para el tamaño del hotel. El servicio es muy bueno, la gente muy atenta. O hotel é antigo. As acomodações apresentam problemas de vazamento de água, entupimento de vaso sanitário. O serviço das camareiras não é padronizado, pois, esquecem de colocar toalhas, sabonetes. Um dia colocam chocolate, outro não. O ar condicionado da sala de ginástica não funciona !! É horrível !! Não dá para ficar lá dentro nem por 5 minutos. Serviço de mergulho do hotel muito bom, com barco no cais do hotel, e pontos de mergulho muito próximos. Não precisa usar pulseira nem agendar os restaurantes, basta chegar.
