Путешествовала с 3 детьми. Номер, обслуживание, расположение (близко к достопримечательностям Орландо) - все было непревзойденным. Особенно за такие цены.

Непременно остановлюсь в этом отеле вновь. Отличное обслуживание. Очень уютно.

Отель, похоже, в прошлом имел элегантность, присущую "гостиничному комплексу", сохранившуюся на значках в вестибюле и в речах персонала, однако теперь производит впечатление, а местами выглядит, устаревше. Тем не менее, номера там просторные, особенно ванные комнаты, с отдельным душем и большое ванной. От отелья за 10 минут пешком можно добраться до […] Диснея + туда часто ездит автобус-развозка. В отеле Вам также выдают специальные купоны со скидками в местах Диснея. В отеле есть столовая и бар, там также есть место, где можно купить еду "на вынос", однако в этом месте очень высокие цены. Я бы, может быть, остановился в этом отеле вновь при условии, что будут хорошие цены, и что визит мой будет коротким, однако предварительно я бы все же внимательное рассмотрел все варианты. Отель не оправдывает тех денег, которые требует. Когда мы приехали, в номере не работало три светильника, дверь ванной буквально слетала с петель, и еще я убил таракана. Входные ворота постоянно давали сбой, когда нам нужно было через них пройти, а бассейн был неопрятным. Технические работники быстро исправили неполадки в номере, а персонал за стойкой […] был по большей части дружелюбен. Стоимость номера чересчур завышена с учетом его качества. Недавно останавливался в этом отеле, и мне очень понравилось. Во-первых, расположение у него великолепное. До Диснея можно было легко дойти пешком. Там также ходят автобусы, что очень удобно. Смутило лишь то, что в номере был слышен шум хлопания дверей ночью и разговоры людей.

Ужасное пребывание с первых секунд. Персонал за стойкой занимался своими личными делами и не спешил обращать внимания на гостей. В кафе "Giraffe", где мы ели, пережгли мою еду и вообще принесли не тот заказ. Пока мы ели, в кафе вошел представитель санитарной службы. Вскоре после этого, кафе закрыли на 24 часа. Навевает на мысль, что отель не прошел […] санитарные тесты. В номере были слышны звуки работы водопровода. На второй день смыв в унитазе перестал нормально работать. Я позвонил и пожаловался, но когда мы в 10:30 вечера вернулись назад в номер, смыв по-прежнему был сломан и вода протекла повсюду. Прислали технического работника. На следующий день смыв опять не работал, и мы попросили о переселении. Администратор ответил, что переселить нас пока не может, но продолжит попытки. Мы вернулись в отель в 5 вечера, и доступного номера по-прежнему не было. Опять ужасное обслуживание со стороны персонала, но мы в конце концов все-таки получили новый номер. Теперь о бассейне. Если у Вас есть дети, которые хотят купаться, этот отель не для Вас. Самое неглубокое место в бассейне - 1.5 метра. Моим детям пришлось сидеть на ступенях. Подробнее

Отель очень удобно расположен по отношению к Диснею: примерно на расстоянии полутора кварталов. Однако в Дисней и другие парки довольно часто ходит автобус-развозка. Эти автобусы по утрам забиты до отказа, когда люди устремляютя в парки, а "Royal Plaza" - третий отель на пути автобуса. I stayed in the traditional room. The beds seemed like extra long twin size. The bathtub had rust stains. There was an old box tv with basic cable. I didn't know there was a $10 per day parking charge until I checked in. The room itself was clean though. Location is pretty good too.

The room was great: beds comfy, great bathroom, nice view. The staff was terrible. Tried to vallet park the car but there was no vallet to be found, so asked the front desk and they were condisending and rude. Tried the next morning to order room service. Only problem was 1 of the two double beds was very uncomfortable and lumpy. One of us got a great sleep. Everything else was great!

The staff at the hotel was great!!! The rooms were perfect. Dinner at the restaurant was perfect but breakfast buffet not so much. I would stay here again on all my trips to Disney.

This hotel was a last minute booking for an overnight stay while visiting Disney Magic Kingdom. Staff was great and room was clean and comfortable. Only downside was a small maintenance issue. Mice in hotel

Our hotel room was on 17 floors, and lots of noise from I-4 and others road trafic. It was an experience we never had before. Nice hotel but maybe staying at the different room ?. We cannot rate our stay, because of the noise at night all night, no sleep for 3 nights.

Beds were small, service was just ok. Tiki bar by pool was not in service. Towels at pool were very small. It was a decent hotel for the price, however for me I would have rather spent a bit more and stayed at a newer, nicer hotel with a better pool area. We went during spring break when all the Disney hotels were very expensive, this was a very nice clean hotel with a a nice pool, close to the walking distance of the Downtown Disney and the grocery store. The staff was friendly and professional. Honestly, the hotel could use some updates, bit it served my family and I well while we visited Disney and Universal theme parks. The Royal Plaza was a great place to stay for our week anniversary at Disney. Only small issues were sliding door would not close tightly and made street noises quit loud, and TV needs to be updated. At Checkout I tried to use my Hotel.com coupon for $25 credit and the day staff would not accept. We at at the T-Rex restaurant, walked all the way through Downtown Disney to Planet Hollywood, only to have to walk far out to the parking lot. We went for a weekend get away and we loved it!!! Very caring loving staff

We were disappointed from the moment of check in it took a long time. The person who finally checked us in was very kind and helpful. Wonderful stay!!!! I Would stay there again in a heartbeat

When we booked we thought we would have shuttle service included to and from the hotel and the airport. This was at a charge. The building is older, but we were not there much. It was too cold to use the pool so we cannot rate. The restaurant did well with breakfast, but after hours dinner was awful. It was not well described and it was burnt.

tv in room is very small screen and not clear to use shower must step high over jacuzzi ledge and this is not good or safe for anyone with even slightest knee or hip problem

Don't stay at the Royal Plaza Hotel. The rooms are tiny, there is no lighting, especially in the bathroom, and the beds are terrible. We woke up every morning with sore backs (yes, only 30yrs old). Great hotel, very friendly and helpful staff members. I was on vacation visiting Disney World and the location was super for gettting to and from via a shuttle bus that ran with very convenient times. Seemed the room would not settle at a very stable temperature. The air conditioner was either coming on too often making the room colder than desired or not often enough making the room very warm at times even in the middle of the night. There was a green dot on the room thermostat which I believed indicates optimal setting but that had little effect in trying to get the room to stay at a reasonably comfortable temperture during my four day stay. Slightly up and the room was too cold, slightly down or directly in line with the green dot and we woke up sweating. This was during February with relatively low outside temps... This is my second stay at those hotel and it was awesome. It is convenient to restaurants, Disney parks and downtown Disney. I loved that everything was close by. Room service was great and coffee was provided in the room. Most resort hotels do not provide coffee in the rooms. Overall, my stay was terrific. I will stay again!

I was staying here for a conference at the Buena Vista Palace, and didn't want to stay at BVP because it was way out of my budget. This hotel is very nice on the outside, has a lot of nice amenities. The beds were comfortable, and there was a pull out couch in the room, so it was enough space for plenty of people in one room. It's provided by an outside company, not the hotel. You pay $9.99 per day or for 48 hours, I can't remember which it was - but you can only use it on one device at a time! That was obnoxious. This is the 3rd time my son and I tayed here. It's very clean and real close to Dowtown Disney. They didn't have the room ready when we arrived so the gave us a free upgrade............but the room seemed to be a regular size room. I would reccomend it to others and have done so in the past/

The hotel was very nice, large bathroom, comfortable beds and was within walking distance from Downtown Disney. The only downside was the excessive charges for use of business center.

Staff were very nice and hospitable I booked a Hotel and asked for a room with the pool view, so I can watch my child swim from my room, and Hotel.com said that should be no problems. When I got to the room, I had a view of the parking lot, and front desk said they had nothing available at this time, which means they had no idea I requested the pool […] view room There is no Fridge (for extra $25 you can ask for it), no microwave in the room. I stayed at Royal Plaza for 3 nights. I stayed at the Lanai area. I like the size of my room, and the beds are so comfortable. The location is great. The hotel offers transportation to Disney areas, and is closed to many restaurants. This was a leisure getaway to celebrate a milestone birthday. The room was very comfortable and the customer service of the staff exceptional. We are breakfast in their cafe was excellent.

The cafe is horrible - they always seem to be understaffed and dont seem to care. They can't understand a simple order of cheerios and my fiancé asked for pancakes and got a waffle. I just stayed here for the weekend on a business trip and didn't venture out much, but everytime I needed something, the staff was more than willing to help out. Their in-house restaurant had good food and a good variety of options.

We had a great time and plan on returning in March of this year to celebrate our granddaughters 5th birthday at sea world.

It was great. When we come back we will stay at this Hotel again. Everything was great.
