Мы остановились в этом отеле на 2 дня на обратном пути домой в Австралию. Отель отлично расположен в р-не Кенсингтон: станция метро (Gloucester Road) находится буквально через дорогу. Было очень удобно добраться из Хитроу на метро до отеля. В окрестностях есть много качественных мест питания, кафе и супермаркетов - все буквально в нескольких минутах […] ходьбы от отеля. Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый; сотрудники сделали наше пребывание в отеле еще приятнее. В ходе нашего путешествия мы останавливались во многих отеля, и этот, пожалуй, был лучшим в плане качества обслуживания. Сам отель находится в очень хорошем состоянии. У нас в номере было тихо и чисто. Единственное, что смутило, это габариты номера. Номер был очень тесным, а у нас после 7-недель путешествий скопилось много багажа, и нам некуда его было поставить. Отель чистый и удобно расположен, больше ничего. Номера чрезвычайно маленькие, с крохотным расстоянием от кровати до стен. Вам очень повезет, если у Вас в номере будут окна! Наконец, у нас случился конфликт с сотрудником персонала, который сам прозевал время выселения, разговаривая по телефону, но взял с нас дополнительные деньги.

У меня был неплохой, но очень тесный номер. Стандартные габариты для лондонского отеля такого ценового диапазона. Крохотный стол; стул к нему подходил с трудом. Номер был чистый. Кровать удобная, Wi-Fi работал. Персонал проявил дружелюбие.

Остановилась в отеле с детьми, и нам понравилось расположение (продуктовый магазин через дорогу, остановка экскурсионного автобуса - в 2 кварталах). Благодаря плотным шторам, спать в номере можно было даже днем. Сам номер маленький, но мы там по большей части только спали. Персонал за стойкой взял наш багаж на сохранение, за что мы были благодарны. […] Станция метро находится на расстоянии 2 кварталов. Безопасный, чистый номер с кондиционером. "Cromwell" - весьма приятный отель, очень удобно расположен по отношению к метро, магазинам, почте и кафе. Отель очень теплый и тихий. Кровать очень удобная. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Великолепный номер. Хороший район: очень близко к р-ну Earls Court. Высоко рекомендую этот отель как приличное место с разумной стоимостью.

Очень хороший выбор для туриста. Находится на расстоянии меньше квартала от станции метро, а автобусная остановка - прямо перед отелем. Удобно для передвижения по городу. В отеле есть все необходимое, но номера чрезвычайно маленькие по сравнению с американскими отелями. И все же я бы с радостью остановился в там вновь.

Friendly staff, great location. About 50 minutes from Heathrow via the tube. Tube station across the street with access to 3 lines. Natural History museum short walk exit left from hotel. Good eating and drinking in neighborhood. When in London we are staying here.

Right across from Glouster station and very close to museums, Hyde Park, Harrod's, etc. Quiet, clean, cozy room and very nice front desk staff.

Found hotel to be very convenient, had an appointment next day and left bags at hotel. Staff were very helpful and gave out some useful information when we booked in. Would use the Cromwell again.

Though the hotel is on a busy road the windows are double double glazed to reduce noise from outside. Rooms are clean including the bathroom. Good WiFi access as well.

Staff were rude and inconsiderate. I would normally expect more from Best Western, but in this case the staff were incredibly abrupt and uninterested in being polite and courteous. Dan

A well-situated hotel with a very attentive staff and close to the Gloucester underground station that takes you to all the attraction. The surroundings are worth walking.

Don't pay attention to the other reviews mentioning room size... This is London after all they are all small, your not going to spend any time in your room anyway. Fantastic service, location (40sec to underground) and amenities.

Very nice, little and quiet hotel in Kensington. Very good connections to every directions. Fully english breakfast was not very good.

The room size was small, but I have come to expect this is in large cities. Proximity of the hotel to the Underground was fantastic, and the route spans central London to Heathrow. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a small patio with table and chairs backing onto a lovely garden. I would stay in this hotel again.

New, updated rooms. Comfortable bed and píllows. Sheets super clean. A few things were a little dusty like the remote control and toiletry. Other than that the room was spotless, clean sheets and towls. The staff is nice. Super close to subway

if location is everything, this is the place. Room was tiny however and the TV channel choice was poor.

We were especially impressed by the helpfulness of a young member of staff who came to our room several times in his effort to find us the right remote for the television (removed by a previous guest). A genuinely nice young man.

Ideal for visits to Royal Albert Hall within 10-15mins walk. Room pleasant but very small, but for the short time there was ok for our stay.

The location across from the Gloucester Rd tube station is great, with direct access to three lines. South Kensington is a good neighborhood, though Cromwell Rd is a very busy street. Ideal location to tour Central London from without having to pay for much higher hotel rates. Underground tube station is conveniently close that it makes getting around a breeze. Only negative is size of attic room - we are only average size people but even this room size is quite a challenge.

Clean and chic, nice newly renovated bathrooms in some of the rooms with beautiful alessi interior, small bedroom and difficult corridor system, but all in all a nice hotel in a good area. Only 3 min walk to nearest underground station and 15 min ride to city centre.

Came back after a brilliant stay last year when it was just refurbished. Unfortunately the cleaning staff have stopped paying attention to detail. We found a used cotton bud on the floor, a clothes tag below the tea tray, a slice of lemon in the kettle and the tea bags weren't replenished. The maintenance didn't live up to our high expectations either […] as the basin was badly cracked. We didn't pay budget price or a lot of money for the room but I'll probably look for another place for the same amount next time. Staff were extremely friendly and the bedclothes were clean. First of all: The staff was great. Always helpful, answering questions and even opening doors for us at times (we had our baby daughter with us and thus her strolly). The location was also great. Just 50-100 meters from the Cloucester Road tube station, making it easy to get to the innermost parts of London. The Natural History Museum is just a few […] hundred meters to the East and the gigantic Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens a kilometer or so to the North. (We even walked to Harrods one day.) There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We can recommend the "Black & Blue" steak restaurant a bit down Gloucester Road. We had read a lot of reviews of this hotel before we made our reservation. I would like to comment on three of the things that seemed to come again and again: * Small rooms. I can say that our room was big. I mean, really big. A big bed, a sofa and two chairs, a desk... and still a lot of room for our girl to run around. Sure, we had the executive variant, but the hotel does have larger rooms if you want to pay for it. And our bathroom was really, really nice. Both a tub and a shower, with very high class on everything. * Noisy street. Yes, it was obvious that the Cromwell Road is a very busy street, and almost 24/7. We had a room facing that street and although the windows were highly insulated, they didn't manage to stop the low frequency rumblings. Not entirely anyway. I'm not surprised either, since bass sounds are very hard to stop. If you are sensitive to noises at night, I suggest you book a room that's facing inwards instead. * Breakfast. Since almost all reviews said that the breakfast was expensive and not worth the money, we always had our breakfast elsewhere. There's a Starbucks and a Waitrose (grocery store) practically across the street. But it smelled really nice from the breakfast room (hot toast, mmm!) when we went by, so we really should have tried the hotel breakfast at least once. I stay in this hotel as it is very convenient for travel and a great location if you have to visit famous touristic places in London . Hotel quality and cleanliness is great .

I really enjoyed this property. It was so close to the tube and it was Picadillly Line which is the line from Heathrow. It was only 2.70 to take tube to airport. Loved that feature. Staff was very friendly. I was very impressed

I stayed 2 night for the weekend and it was a single room.First I knew it would be very small room from other's review.However it was way too small and wrost thing was there is no window and its feels like staying attic! We were put in the basement and we were not told that wifi could not be reached here. It was one of the reasons we had booked this hotel. The room was also very small and we found small black hairs on the soap dispenser in the shower-yuck.....

It was certainly a small room, but not unusably so, and I only needed a place to shower and sleep. One block from the Gloucester Road tube station (Picadilly, District, and Circle lines), walking distance to the Natural History Museum, and a nice neighborhood overall. The hotep is clean, quiet and convenient to much of central and west London. The staff are efficient but not overly welcoming. The room is comfortable and the space better than most hotels around. The bar area is not exactly convivial to sitting around in. I would recommend the hotel.

A friend and I recently stayed at the Great Western in London and can recommend the hotel to fellow travellers. The room was small but I'm sure most rooms in London are but for location, cleanliness and the friendly, helpful staff, the Great Western is a good choice.
