Немного шумновато, потому что прямо за окном линия трамвая, но сама остановка в двух шагах, что удобно. Расположение хорошее для тех, кто хочет недорого и поближе к центру, чтобы не тратить время на переезды, для короткой остановки просто отлично.

Formerly the centre of East Berlin, Mitte is split down the middle by Unter den Linden and contains nearly all of Berlin's key churches, museums, theatres and memorials. The Fernsehturm (TV tower) by Alexanderplatz offers the best view over Berlin. Museums include the Pergamon, National Gallery, Bode and the Old Museum. The Red City Hall and the Dom (cathedral) are close to the museums and there are two other churches on Gendarmenmarkt.

Я рекомендую этот отель, но с некоторыми оговорками. Наш номер и отель в целом были чисты, а расположение просто замечательное. Отель всего лишь в 1.5 кварталах от станции Friederrickstrasse S-Bahn (в 2х от U-Bahn), и в 2х кварталах от Museum Island. The Brandenburg находился в 15 минутах ходьбы. Но вот что мне не понравилось: "шведский стол" на завтрак […] стоил аж 22 евро на человека. Хотя, совсем рядом было несколько мест, где можно было перекусить. Доступ в интернет стоил около 24 евро в день; в лобби была всего одна бесплатная точка доступа, где собиралась очередь. Возможно, посетителям, приезжающим по делам, такие расценки не кажутся высокими, но для обычных туристов они довольно высоки. Персонал на ресепшн и консьержи хотя и были слегка вежливыми, вели себя так, как будто делали тебе одолжение в ответ на наши незначительные вопросы. Например, "сколько стоит завтрак, интернет?", "где остановка такого-то автобуса?". Простейшие вопросы, на которые нам давались раздражительные ответы. Только из-за вышеперечисленного, мне приходится снизить мою оценку этого отеля до 4х звезд. Но по чистоте, удобствам, комфортабельности и расположению он заслуживает все 5 звезд. Подробнее
"Хорошее место для начала путешествия по Берлину"
Гостиница расположена в бывшем Восточном Берлине и рядом с остановками трамвая, автобуса и метро. Она находится в 15 минутах ходьбы от Бранденбургских Ворот и вблизи от многих интересных мест Берлина. Наш номер был приличного размера, тихий и комфортабельный. "Хорошо, но не идеально"
Чистый, комфортный, рядом с Бранденбургскими Воротами, кондиционер в номере не работал - по словам персонала это было привычно, и они не могли его починить; завтрак отсутствовал, wi-fi дорогой. Я бы поставил 4 звезды из 5 - хорошо, но не идеально.
"Адекватные расценки"
Все отзывы, в которых говорится, что этот отель из коммунистической эпохи прекрасно реконструирован, верны. Выглядит очень современно и элегантно. Идеально расположен, совсем рядом с Unter den Linden и Friedrich Str. Номер отлично обставлен, кровать удобная. Мы рекомендуем этот отель.

Hotel appears like a museum with lots of artistic work. Lobster buffet on Saturaday is a bit expensive 59 Euro. But the main disc is very nice.

This hotel is pretty good. Room service wasn't very good and you have very limited options if you're a vegetarian (one dish). Location is great and the front desk staff are nice and helpful. Safe, clean and convenient hotel. Book a taxi for the airport if you're leaving early AM (less than 30 Euro if you're going to Texel).
"Maritim pro-Arte- good location but not aging well"
The Maritim Pro-Arte in Berlin has a great location, one block from the S-Bahn station Friedrichstrasse (direct when coming from Schoenefeld airport). It's closed to the Brandenburg gate and to really good shopping. The hotel was clean. I had a room in the back which was really quiet. Only negative remarks from my side: - the hotel is outdated and deserves […] a make-over. - no bathroom amenities such as barsoap or lotion (but there is a soap dispenser in the bathtub and by the sink) - poor reception services. I found the personnel at the reception area to be not helpful and not very friendly about it - no concierge service past 7pm - no CNN in the hotel (or BBC world) Overall, great location but not sure that it's worth the pricetag Подробнее

"Central Location"
This is in a great location to walk to most of the sites and to catch the train to and from the airport. There are also lots of restaurants around and next to a Starbucks and McDonald's as well.

From the unique hotel lobby and the very attentive front desk staff to the comfort and quality of the room and the not excessive room rate, I didn't have second thoughts about booking this hotel. It's between Unter den Linden and the Friedrichstrasse Bahnhof, with an entrance on Friedrichstrasse, thus in Stadtmitte, immediately across the street from […] one of the world's great bookshops and shopping streets, and a short walk from the Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie, the Komische Oper, the Staatsoper, and the Museum Island, not to mention the wonderful restaurants and bistros and the Berliner Ensemble less than five minutes walk across the river. The Rewa supermarket a block away and across the street has the best prices for food I know of in Germany. "Good room and location, no free internet"
Hotel entrance/lobby is like a fabric but the rooms are nice and comfy (no tea/coffee facilities). Unfortunately, the hotel does not offer free WLAN or internet. There is a computer for guests but you have to pay for it. Since nearly everybody offers free internet it is a pitty for a hotel within that range!

"Martim proArte Berlin - top class, great location"
A superb top class hotel, vey friendly staff, very clean and comfortable even the basic comfort rooms. Lovely pool area with plenty of towels. The location is superb. Less than 5 minutes from the TXL bus stop from Tegel airport on Unter der Linden. 2 minutes to the local S & U bahn lines, under 5 minutes to the River Spree. Superb bars, restaurants […] & bakeries all around. Only 10 minutes to Gendarmarkt, which must be one of the most beautiful squares in the world and home to Fassbender & Rausch Chocolate shop - an absolute must. Take a boat trip on the river, the 4 hour round trip is worth the time as you see so much. I strongly recommend this hotel and Berlin to everyone, I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Подробнее

Stay was 3 days in August 2009. This hotel is so well-located: it is just one block from a key subway station giving complete access to the entire city...it is just a 10 minutes walk to major sights such as Branderburg Gate, the Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie and more. We stayed in the Maritim for our honeymoon and the service was fantastic ...the only thing that let them down was the fact that the restaurants had very limited options for coeliacs..wheat free is a dirty phrase in Berlin anyway...they did their best but I would recommend buying a dietary card to explain fully about being a coeliac ...the standard of […] service and cleanliness was magnificent and it is perfectly located in the centre of Berlin. "Great location near Berlin's best historic sites"
This hotel's location is located one block from the Berlin Hauptbahnhof station and within walking distance of many historic sites and museums and is nearby restaurants and shopping areas. "Great hotel, for business people"
We were a group of 20-somethings traveling for fun in Berlin and although the hotel staff were nice there were a few who looked at us like we didn't belong. It was definitely a hotel that caters to the business traveler. The decoration for the hotel was great and though Berlin is a very big city it was around a few sights. Hotellikäynti sujui hienosti lukuun ottamatta sitä, että sunnuntaina kaupungilla olomme aikana huoneeseen oli päästetty (annettu avaimet) muita ihmisiä. Ei ole kiva palata huoneeseen ja löytää pöydältä vierasta villatakkia ja paria ylimääräistä opasta. Hotelli oli sijainniltaan loistava ja uima-allasosasto oli ahkerassa käytössä.

"Tæt på Unter den Linden og Brandenburger Tor"
Hotellet ligger perfekt beliggende for sightseeing i det centrale Berlin. Den eneste ulempe er, at der mangler små hyggelige restauranter og "7-11" i området, så man kan købe lidt convenience drinks og mad uden at betale minibar-priser.

旧東独の超名門・ホテルメトロポール時代に３泊し、今回２０年ぶりに利用しました。 アートホテルに衣替えしています。小生はジュニアスイートに宿泊しましたが、特段毒々しいこともなく、雰囲気にマッチしていました。 設備はきれいに維持されていて、さすがにかつての超名門！でしたが、一つだけ、少し早い時間（１２時ごろ）にチェックインしたら、テーブルが一部汚れてべたべたでした。 なお、かつてはフリードリヒｓｔｒ駅側が広大な駅前広場で、展望が開けていましたが、さすがに統一を経ていろいろ周りに建ってしまい、かつての展望は望めません。また、反対側はZDFの放送局があり、３０ｍくらい離れてはいますが、部屋がお見合い状態です。

Moderne og flott hotell med god service! Badebassenget var topp! Perfekt for en weekend i Berlin. Om du har inkludert kontinental frokost fra hotels.com .Pass på hvilken frokostsal du går inn i. s Koster fort 200 kroner per person ved utsjekking. Slapp unna for vår del etter noe frem og tilbake ved utsjekking. Utover det en suveren frokost!

Von hier aus ist man in ein paar Minuten am Brandenburgertor, dem Reichstag und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten der neunen Stadtmitte. Das Hotel war in Ordnung; das Einzige was gestört hat war die lange Wartezeit auf den Aufzug, besonders morgens zwischen 08:00 und 09:30 […] Uhr. I förhållande till det pris vi betalade så var detta hotell ett riktigt fynd! Det hade fortfarande varit prisvärt till det dubbla priset. Överlag fräscht, trevlig personal och bemötande.

Hotellet ligger perfekt i forhold til seværdigheder og shopping.Eneste minus er prisen på morgenmad, men der findes mange cafeer i nabolaget hvor man kan spise for det halve.
