Персонал гостиницы the Inn был отличным. Зато качество гостиницы оставляло желать лучшего. Когда мы с семьей приехали сюда, нам понравился холл, и мы зарегистририровались. Но комнаты оказались неубранными. Мне показалось, что под раковиной я увидел огромную КРЫСИНУЮ нору. Кровати были незаправленными, и запах в номере стоял отвратительный.

Мы планировали остановиться в гостинице the Country Inn & Suites. Так как мы взяли с собой трёх наших маленьких детей и племянницу, необходимо было найти номер с двумя смежными комнатами. После бронирования, я пытался позвонить в гостиницу, чтобы убедиться, что комнаты смежные. Но сначала пришлось 3 раза подряд по 20 минут ждать ответа. Затем, когда […] я наконец дозвонился, девушка ответила, что не может обещать нам такие условия сейчас, они будут известны в день нашего приезда, и я должен буду перезвонить. Я ей сказал, что нас это не устраивает, тогда она пообещала оставить для нас "заявку". Но, когда мы приехали, комнаты оказались несмежными. Администратор водил нас по гостинице, чтобы найти подходящий номер, но в результате мы обнаружили, что кондиционер в одной из комнат не работал и протекал (в августе в Атланте кондиционер обязателен в гостиницах). Мы попросили переселить нас в другой номер или починить кондиционер. Нам сказали, что в гостинице больше не осталось свободных номеров со смежными комнатами, и не было никого, кто бы мог починить кондиционер. Всё, что они могли нам предложить, это отдельные комнаты на том же этаже. Поэтому нам ничего не оставалась как самим убирать лужи из-под кондиционера и спать в душной, пропахшей сыростью комнате. Хорошее расположение, близко к аэропорту, бесплатный трансфер. Удобно добираться на городском транспорте в центр. Наши дети прекрасно проводили время в бассейне, но во время нашего недолгого пребывания постоянно не хватало полотенец. Детям приходилось вытираться одним полотенцем.

Нас было 5 человек в номере. В туристическом справочнике указано, что в случае необходимости, можно попросить раскладушку. Но администратор сказал, что по правилам пожарной безопасности запрещается пользоваться раскладушкой. Расположение этой гостиницы идеально подходило для меня. Персонал был очень дружелюбный и услужливый. Очень хорошее соотношение цены и качества.

Гостиница располагается идеально для тех, кто сдает экзамен Step 2 CS. Расстояние до центра тестирования всего в минутах ходьбы от гостиницы. Если необходимо, на шатле можно съездить пообедать. Очень рекомендую.

The room was clean and as seen online. Customer service was ok when called about the refrigerator in the room had to change to a different room. Maintenance was gone. The next room the water took forever to get hot. The breakfast was great the first day...Saturday. Sunday it was sorry. The front desk was very friendly.

I loved the manager as she was very helpful even when the travel company I booked thru was not. The shuttles to the airport were very convenient and ran on time. The hotel itself is not set up for easy access. The sidewalk to the hotel is uphill from your vehicle so it is hard to place your suitcases on the carrier while keeping it on the curb. Was very positively surprised--rooms were comfortable and clean, great breakfast, and lots of nice and free amenities (pool, wifi, snacks, coffee/tea etc).

We had to switch rooms to get one that had actually been renovated because the non revovated room was AWEFUL, The renovated ne was better. THe breakfast was sparce and the little dining room was uncomfortably hot..It wassnt because of what little food was there..they managed to keep that cold...

This is a perfect place to stay over when u are in Atlanta to take your usmle step 2cs.

very nice hotel staff, and clean rooms.Only issue was we had to pull out the dresser to turn on the refrigerator. I would stay here again.

The hotel staff was nice but other patrons were quite loud. Having airport and airline traffic coming into the hotel by shuttle at 11pm every night was disturbing as well. The only other problem we had was getting clean towels because the hotel kept running out.

I called down to the front desk after seeing several lady bugs crawling on my celing and door and they said that they were sorry and no one could come get them and that I would have to take care of them myself. Needless to say, I was very unpleased with the service.

A great hotel for a cheap, convenient and comfortable layover at Atlanta airport. Friendly staff and a convenient shuttle bus. We will certainly be using it again.

This is an older hotel, but is well maintained and very clean. The staff at breakfast were very welcoming. The only downside to this hotel is that it seems to be in a little bit of a bad neighborhood. No problems with our stay, however. Would definitely recommend for a night or two.

The hotel was great for the price. Nice hot breakfast that included several hot items to choose from. My only complaint would be the tv. The tv is very outdated and the picture/color tube was on the verge of going out.

I really liked the convenience of this hotel to the test center for step 2 CS. An added bonus was the free breakfast, which was much better than I thought it would be. We had a small issue with cleanliness of the room we were in, as there were some crumbs and random hairs on the bed when we walked in. But other than that, we had a comfortable stay.

One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because they offered a full breakfast. That was the nastiest food I have ever eaten. Nothing was fresh, It was all microwaved or steamed and I was there very early. I am sure it must have gotten worse with time.

Only a short distance from the airport, the Comfort Inn & Suites is incredibly convenient and affordable. Free breakfast as well as coffee and cookies were appreciate, and the staff was friendly and helpful

Great breakfast buffet. Not as convenient to restaurants as the Virginia Avenue location - actually a bit of a pain but we had a car and found our way around. Airport shuttle was always on time.

This hotel was convenient to the airport & not too difficult to find. They had security in the parking lot which was a plus. Only real issues we had was with the key cards and the room temperature. It took two tries with the key cards and then they put us into a different room. First key card didn't work but second one did. Upon entering the room, the […] air conditioning was on. Now I know we were in Georgia but it was 26 degrees outside. It took most of the night to warm the room up. We were only in the room for about 7 hours (10pm to 4:30am). Nice clean rooms. Just a 5 minute shot from the airport. A decent hot breakfast. Staff was a little unfriendly but overall it was a good stay. If you are just in for a night, highly recommend.

The first room we were in the microwave did not work, the second room, was worse. The two beds that was in the room, were not comfortable, we woke up with our backs hurting the intire time, we switched beds, still not comfortable

Great for a short layover with the airport. We flew with Delta, got in late, left the next morning. The shuttle was very convenient. The breakfast had a good selection. There is a bar and restaurant out back which has an OK selection of food and drinks.

I had a family trip. The hotel was very clean and good.

Hotel was generally clean and staff was very friendly. The bathroom in our room had some minor repairs done that looked like I had done them, which isn't saying much, but a bad grout job has never scared me away from a hotel before. Hotel is close to the airport and they have a free shuttle service. Service was good and the room was spacious and nice. King sized bed, nice and clean bathroom. I chose this location for easy commute. But after my stay,I was not at all satisfied. First,the room was not at at like the one pictured. Second,the bartender at the restaurant charged me to open a bottle of wine me and my fiancée had. And thirdly, we arrived at breakfast at 9:30am and to our surprise no food was left but it serves till 10am. Hotel was great. I stayed here for my USMLE CS exam and the location was perfect. The exam building is located just 2 buildings away, so very quick and easy to walk to in the morning. Free breakfast. Hotel was good, cheery, staff very hospitable. Our toilet was sub par, did not flush completely and even after having it checked, still didn't work correctly. Had to use BR in fitness room, or by mgr. office.

I had reservations at another hotel which ended up being over booked (never again) but the night front desk clerk was so polite and was really understanding to how urgently I needed some rest. The hotel atmosphere was warm and I had a good stay even though that wasn't the original destination. Will definitely stay again.
