Я ожидал, что 4 звезды будут действительно соответствовать 4 звёздам, то есть хотя бы минимальному набору требований, которому должны отвечать подобные отели. В результате получил номер с перманентно работающей кнопкой сливой бачка, дверью, которая не закрывается в ванную, по причине сломанного замка, а также не работал пульт от телевизора (хотя последнее […] для меня не принципиально). Отель хорошо подходил для одиноких путешественников, все номера были чистыми, завтрак был обильным, я только забронировал номер заранее, и никаких проблем с бронированием не было. Отель неподалеку от центра.

Расположение этого отеля является блестящим, буквально в 200 метрах от Пизанской башни и т.д. со множеством ресторанов и прекрасных магазинов мороженого неподалеку. Однако, я не был впечатлен своим номером. Предполагается, что отель должен быть 4-звездочным, но я сомневаюсьв том, что ему можно дать даже 3 звезды. Я путешествовал вместе с моим сыном, […] и нам дали 2 односпальные кровати, соединенные вместе, одна из которых постоянно скрипела, когда я двигался (а я не особо тяжелый). Обстановка в душе была небезопасной, так как не было перегородки между душевой кабиной и остальной ванной комнатой, так что очень легко залить пол водой. Результат: мой сын поскользнулся на мокром полу. Не рекомендую этот отель особенно для пожилых людей, хрупких, беременных женщин. С другой стороны, сотрудники говорили по-английски и были всегда готовы разбудить нас по телефону, помочь заказать такси и сумку для завтрака, так как вылетать мы планировали очень рано. Отель расположен в прекрасном месте по отношению к центру города. Я путешествовал в одиночку и был впервые в Италии, персонал оказался дружелюбным, отзывчивым и предлагал много услуг. Я вернулся на еще одну ночь перед вылетом, и персонал сразу узнал меня, мне дали большую комнату и бутылку вина в баре. Прекрасные старинный отель располагается очень близко к Пизанской башне, Baptistry и Basilica (в половине квартала). Мебель в номерах немного устаревшая, но все равно приятная. Номер был чистым, и обслуживание было превосходным. Отличный завтрак, включенный в проживание, и исключительно выгодная плата за номер. Отель удобно расположен по отношению к […] основным достопримечательностям, но водить автомобиль в этом районе немного сложно, и, если у вас будет машина, я советую резервировать парковку заранее, так как количество свободных мест ограничено. Отель очень хорошо расположен (всего в 200 метрах от самой Пизанской башни), но номер, в котором я остановился, был довольно старым и не в хорошем состоянии. Фотографии на hotel.com не показывали изображения такого типа комнаты, где я пребывал.

Этот отель был отличным, и это было прекрасно иметь возможности наблюдать за падающей башней из нашего окна. Было приятно возвращаться в отель и давать отдых нашим ногам в промежутках между прогулками по Пизе.

A very pleasant hotel - basic but nice and central

A very reasonably priced hotel, close to the Cathedral and Leaning Tower - both of which we could see from our window. Located near many good restaurants and frienndly staff. Disappointing breakfast.

All the different people we got to interact at the lobby were super nice and speak English, breakfats included, the price was good and the location its AWESOME, after we checked in, went to the room and open our window, you can see the tower, it was beautiful, we had to take pictures and video from our window! we got there at night time and the view […] was worth the trip! p.s we were on the 3rd floor, the higher the better! Is close to all teh main attractions, a block away from hotel.

The location, just a block from the Pisa Tower, can't be beat. Everything was clean and tidy but the rooms, decor, and hallway are from another era. The included buffet breakfast was generous and good.

Great Hotel in the best location staff were friendly make sure you visit the bar the barman is a lovely gentleman that we had a great chat with hotel has a rooftop with several chairs etc that has views of the Leaning Tower. Only a short walk to anywhere and Sunday has a fabulous market in Pisa Would recommend this hotel

this is the best hotel if you wanna stay close to pisa tower. absolutely great location and great service. definitely recommend.

Excellent location 200 metres from Duomo & Tower. Pleasant helpful staff. Rooms adequate with en suite, but not very big. Front rooms a bit noisy from street. The only outside space is on the 4th floor roof, with only 4 deck chairs for an hotel of perhaps 60 rooms. A bit sparse, even if you are not intending to sunbathe.

Location couldn't be better; it's a 5 min walk from Pisa, but that's about it. Breakfast is weak, there're not enough outlets in the bedroom, making it hard to charge phone, camera at the same time. This hotel IS NOT a 4 star hotel; it's barely a 3 **.

Excellent value for money. Great location just 2minutes walk from Pisa leaning tower. Really four stars hotel with the quality of room, hotel and breakfast. Friendly and helpful stuff. I would choose it again if I have another visit to Pisa,

We stayed here for one night only. Excellent location for the leaning tower and we had a view of the tower from our balcony. Hotel was clean and we had a large room with good air conditioning. Breakfast in the morning was sufficient. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Taxi from Pisa airport cost us 14 Euros with luggage and return journey […] to train station was 10 Euros. This hotel has a super location - and brilliant roof terrace. Great staff, room and breakfast. The terrace could be updated and cleaned. There really isn't much else to see in Pisa other than the Campo di Miracoles. This can be done in a full day and the Grand Hotel is the perfect spot!

Hotel is maximum 3 stars, the beds are afoul, impossible to sleep. But the location is super, they should renovate the hotel in nearest future.

The hotel is in an ideal location, within easy reach of many restaurants as well as the leaning tower and duomo. Staff were accommodating and helpul, and the inclusive breakfast offered a good range of cold meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, cereals, fruit and yoghourts. On a less positive note, our room was disappointing, with the bathroom especially […] so. However, our companions had better facilities, so I guess it's down to the luck of the draw! The only 4* this hotel has is it's location, 2 mins walk from the tower. Rooms really need to be updated as very tired and to much dark wood(room 110) staff very helpful. Would I stay here again??? Yes just for it's location. ( great restaurant across from hotel to the right Toscana, great staff, wine but best of all the food,)

Very convenient to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the airport. The coffee machine at breakfast not great otherwise a good stay

So close to the leaning tower; just spend your days walking around Pisa. It's lovely and there is much you will miss if you only visit the tower. Room was exceptionally clean if a lttle elderly. Breakfast was plentiful. Bob in the bar was delightful and we enjoyed our after dinner drinks there. Reception was always manned and the staff could not have […] been more helpful. Not a four star hotel in my experience. Room was almost in disrepair. It had obviously not been decorated in 30+ years. TV was the smallest I've ever seen. Generally in Italy 4 star doesn't mean anytihng.

we stayed one night for a quick visit to Pisa. It does the job for a brief visit. Dont expect much and you wont be dissappointed. Rooms are run down and in desperate need of a redo, especially bathrooms. Location is excellent however. Staff was friendly and helpful and the garage rate was as resonable as the room rates.

Although the location of the hotel was great, the room was dated and tired looking. We only stayed one night so it was not a problem but would not have wanted to stay longer. Breakfast was adequate, but when we arrived at 9.40 the dining room was messy and they had ran out of some items - they also switched the coffee machine off promptly at 10am.

the hotel was very nice the staff were very helpfull the room was spotless only one complaint not a long enough stay

This hotel is on a street leading up to the leaning tower, a fantastic location and rooms on the front can see the tower from the room. The hotel is on a small street with many restaurants. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were helpful and polite, we were also able to store our luggage here after check out. Excellent hotel, within close eye-sight of the Pisa tower. Friendly, helpful staff, good facilities. In short, no complaints and would highly recommend this hotel.

I arrived at the hotel a couple of hours before the scheduled check in time and was greeted by friendly staff who checked me in right away. As a single female traveler the room was very spacious, as well as the bathroom, the staff were very courteous and helpful. Location, location location. This is the hotel for exploring Pisa. Only a couple of hundred yards from the leaning tower makes this a great selection. It was very reasonably priced but the rooms, while very clean, could do with being updated. Staff were freindly.

Hotel was in a great location, which is good to see the tower and also to be central to restaurants. Staff were not the friendliest that I have experienced and for some reason they wanted to keep our passports behind the reception desk. When pushed on the matter they did indeed return the passports.
