Ramada Pigeon Forge North Hotel - Пиджен-Фордж

I thought the hotel was great! One thing I am always very "ticky" about is the cleanliness ( I even bring my own Lysol spray to spray down door knobs and toilets,etc). Anyway, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Floor was very clean, sheets and cover was spotless! Bathroom was very clean. The free breakfast was great too! Biscuits, […] sausage, gravy, waffles, oatmeal, eggs, fruit, muffins....it was like a buffet! The only one thing I would change is the fact the elevator is on one end of the building and our room was on the other end. I was fine with it b/c we just took the stairs and we were right in the lobby, but if someone had problems walking or such, they might want to request a room close to the elevator. Located on the north end of Pigeon Forge the hotel is in a good location. The room and hotel was relatively clean, or about average for a 2 star hotel.

Clean room, ample parking, comfortable bed with good quality linens, breakfast had awesome assortment of hot and cold items. We had a nice, comfortable stay!

The staff was excellent but our room needed work. The window was broken, the shower tile was cracked. The bathroom door was chipped and needs replaced. The microwave was dirty. The hot portion of breakfast was not good. The sheets had tears in them. The pool needed cleaned.

Was not so happy with Hotel..... They only allowed one person at a time in the exercise room \(which only had three pieces of equipment working)...couldn't supply a toothbrush....had no paper in the public computer printer.....second day at hotel cleaning of the room was a not the best.....will not stay here again

Rooms were very small and the breakfast and service were ok not exceptional. The pool is tiny, I mean really tiny and maid service spotty. Probably will not stay here again.

The hotel was great, the staff as very helpful and let us move rooms to one closer to the elevator when there weren't any accessible rooms available. They were very helpful and very clean. The breakfast was great too. So close to all the attractions.

We come to Pigeon Forge 4 to 5 times a year. First time to stay here but will not be last. Service and cleanliness was excellent. Only bad thing I can say is beds are not very comfortable but I have bad back anyway.

Upon checking in we stocked the refrigerator with drinks and left to ride the strip upon returning to our room we find it didn't cool at all. We called the desk to report it and the first thing they asked us was to check and be sure it was plugged in (took them to the next day to fix it.). This hotel was very nice. The staff is very friendly and they make sure your stay is wonderful. I thought that there breakfast was also very good. The beds were comfortable and it is in a great location. I would definitally stay there again. Was not disappointed at all.

We originally rented a cabin but was forced to rent a hotel in town due to an ice storm. The location of the cabin was unsafe to stay due to health issues. I have stayed here before and the reasons would be: The room was ready and very clean when I arrived. I received maid service everyday that I wanted. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Also I enjoyed the free USA today paper that I read while eating breakfast. Location of hotel is great...walking distance to retaurants and attractions. My family loved out stay we felt right at home. The hot breakfast in the morning saved us tons of $$ every day. We will stay here again!!

Very competetively priced, clean, friendly and professional service. Large continental breakfast with lots of variety. Mountain view somewhat blocked by wax museum but conveniently located. Very comfortable bed and plenty of fluffy pillows!

We have stayed in many hotels and friends timeshares in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge over the years, but this hotel has been one of the cleanest and friendliest we have stayed. The breakfast served in the lobby is good (not just cereal). The hotel is also right in the middle of everything.

I felt more secure with leaving our belongings in the room because the doors are not on the outside of the hotel and you have to use a key to enter the area of the hotel where the […] elevator is which takes you to your floor to go to your room. The elevator was a little slow , but it was not really a problem for us. The continental breakfast includes waffle batter & a maker to make your own waffles, biscuits & gravy, fruit cereal and hard boiled eggs. We didn't eat it but it is nice that it is included, we wanted to try the restaurants and ate at Dunkin Donut, that is within walking distance to the hotel. It is close to a Wendy's and McDonalds and many other restaurants. The hotel is close to many attractions, you could actually walk to the Castle of Chaos and the Hollywood Wax Museum from the hotel. It is on the strip which is very busy with traffic, we always had to take a right and make a U-turn or find somewhere to turn around if we needed to turn left to get to an attraction. Allow plenty of travel time to get to places, even though everything is close there is a lot of traffic. It took us about 45 min to an hour to get to Gatlinburg, not because of distance but because of sitting still in traffic and finding parking there. It was a very fun trip and we would stay at Ramada again. Подробнее

Plan on making a right turn out of the parking lot or side street because road is busy - even if you want to go left. Do no rely on your GPS. I guess it tried to divert us around traffic using back streets that were permanently closed. No hot tub in pool area - whirlpool is part of the pool.

The hotel was nice but in the bathroom the bath tub walls needed some remodeling. The bathroom was big and spacious. The hotel had an indoor pool that was heated.
