Нам с семьей понравилось пребывание в Loews Santa Monica. Сервис был превосходным. Нам очень понравился вид на океан из окна нашей комнаты. На террасе у бассейна предлагают потрясающее меню блюд по прекрасным ценам. Нашим детям понравился бесплатный бар мороженого после обеда.

Понравились отель и его чрезвычайно дружелюбный коллектив. Персонал всегда приветствовал нас и был очень отзывчивым. Однако в отеле стремятся взимать плату за все. Даже тогда, когда вы оплачиваете премиум-стоимость номеров, с вас продолжают брать деньги за все услуги. Ну что ж, это очень хороший отель в прекрасном месте.

Красивый отель в прекрасном месте - в нескольких шагах от пирса Санта-Моники!

В этом отеле есть все, что вам нужно и даже больше. Мы привезли с собой своих детей, и, когда мы приехали, детям подарили воздушные змеи и бесплатные интернет-загрузки для моего 8-летнего сына на его ipod. Бассейн был восхитительным, как и пляж. Номер был идеального размера и даже имел небольшой телевизор в комнате отдыха. Просто удивительно!

В целом, отель понравился. Парковка оказалась слишком дорогой, также как и цены в бизнес-центре($15 для отправки/получения факсов!). Обслуживание у бассейна было замечательным.

Я пожаловался, и настоял на отмене оплаты за парковку, таким образом мне пошли на встречу. Сайт отеля вводит в заблуждение: я ожидал, что при выходе из отеля, я попаду на пляже и пойду прямо по песку... ВСЕ НЕ ТАК! Нужно пересечь небольшую улочку, а затем небольшой квартальчик, чтобы туда попасть. Отели SHUTTERS и CASA DEL MAR находятся непосредственно […] на пляже. Парень на ресепшне (Даррен, Дэррил, Дерек, как то бишь его звали) поселил меня в роскошный королевский номер, хотя я заказал двухместный королевский. И мой частичный вид на океан из номера был бы частичным, если бы я рискнул жизнью и здоровьем, перегнувшись через перила балкона. Излишне говорить, что я вернулся к столу регистрации и попросил двухместный номер с РЕАЛЬНЫМ частичным видом на океан. Ко мне отнеслись равнодушно и объяснили, что в моем номере действительно присутствует частичный вид на океан. Но его не было, НО ДАЖЕ ЕСЛИ ЭТО БЫЛО БЫ ТАК, мой номер все равно не превратился бы в двухместный, который был мной забронирован ТАК ЗАЧЕМ СПОРИТЬ С КЛИЕНТОМ? Расположение было отличным, но существовали и другие недорогие варианты с таким же или более высоким качеством обслуживания и качеством номеров. САМА КОМНАТА ОПРЕДЕЛЕННО НЕ СТОИЛА ТАКИХ ДЕНЕГ. Amazing stay!!! Will defo stay again !!!

Overall it's an attractive, clean hotel. The amenities are good and its proximity to the beach alone makes it a winner. Plus, the staff is very friendly and courteous. Definitely request a room with an ocean view if you can get it. The negatives are the parking—Over $20/day for the valet-only parking, and the fact that they charge $11.95/day for internet. […] Internet SHOULD be free, and I would have been fine with $10/day parking, but this felt exorbitant, especially considering what I was already paying to stay at the place. We had a great time at the Loews hotel. The location couldn't be beat - right on the beach and within walking distance to the Santa Monica Pier and 3rd Street Promenade. The pool was great and the staff even gave us kites for each of the kids to take to the beach. I'd definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone visiting L.A.!

The hotel in general was beautiful and in a great location. The rooms were clean and looked like your average hotel. They were very timely with cleaning and restocking the room. The only draw back is there is a cost for everything. Valet only parking at $36/night and no free internet access. The location was great. The rooms were not clean around the edges (where carpet/tile meets walls). Everything there was expensive! Surely the hotel is paid off by now and the rates could be more reasonable?

The staff and location were perfect, but for the money the accommodations were a little run down. My room had stains on the rugs and no usable outlets. Can't recommend this hotel more. The staff were so warm hearted and unlike so many hotels that talk about how they want to care for you but don't...everyone at Loews took such great care of our family. A great hotel for families. In what was probably the worst weather Southern California has had short of an earthquake, The Loews Santa Monica hotel was a life saver. Close to everything in Santa Monica especially the ocean, the hotel was a very cofrotable retreat that was close enought to the promenade, the pier and the beach to allow us to venture out in the cold blowing weather […] to explore the area and was close enough and had all the creature comforts for us to remain comfortable and entertainedinbetween ventures out. This hotel is beautiful - the views are fabulous, the staff friendly and you are close to all the best shopping Santa Monica has to offer. This was our second stay and we will be back.

It's a very nice hotel with an amazing location but the extra fees just never end: really? It's necessary to charge an extra for fitness class? Extra for painfully slow internet service? Mandatory valet parking. When I finally got service by the pool the salad was served covered in tiny flies! Hotel is very good, but not 5 stars. Overall, the hotel looks "worn". Furniture in common areas and rooms have the "lived in" feel like it's just a step away from needing to be replaced. When I was there recently the power went out multiple times, sometimes for an hour or more. All the other hotels around us were lit up like Christmas! Not weather related. Excellent boardwalk location, close to fabulous restaurants and fun street vendors! Hotel ran out of regular coffee and did not restock the last 3 days if our stay. They provided 1 free pot if Roo Service coffee but that rallied a tip. Overall good stay!

My boyfriend and I had the absolute best time at your hotel. The concierge was perfectly helpful. I will never forget my 2 nights at your wonderful hotel in Santa Monica.

The hotel was at 60% occupancy and yet we were given a room overlooking an active and very noisy construction site. Felt like they wanted us to "pay" for getting a good deal at hotels.com...very disappointing for the Christmas spirit.

I was expecting a nicer room for the price. It was small and on the ground level. It was called a Superior King, but there was nothing superior about it. This hotell was not as high end as I expected. The important things were taken care of ie: rooms and bathrooms were clean, beds comfortable, view nice. I did not eat there so can't comment. Great hotel!!!! The room was wonderful and the view of the beach/pier was spectacular. Not to mention this hotel is pet friendly (hard to find). All and all great stay can't wait to return and refer any friends or family.

We stayed at Loews this past week for a couple nights. The hotel is in a great location and the lobby and restaurants are great. I was very surprised, though, that the room we had was a bit neglected. The bathroom door took a lot of force to slide shut and there were K-Swiss and Fila stickers on the inside of it that the staff hadnt noticed.
