Отличный отель.Завтраки полноценные - свежевыжатые соки,много фруктов,разнообразная выпечка . Номера чистые- ежедневная смена белья,бесплатный мини бар -вода, пепси-кола, вафли, орешки.Удобное расположение- метро в 2-х минутах от отеля ,если идти пешком то, до центра спокойным шагом 25 минут .

отдыхали с женой и остались очень довольны. все отлично начиная от завтрака и уборки и заканчивая удобным номером. особенно хотим сказать большое спасибо портье марине которая относится ко всем просьбам с большим вниманием и помогает во всех возникающих вопросах

Единственная жалоба на этот отель заключается в том, что нам был выставлен счет суммой в 2 раза превышающей заявленную на сайте hotels.com. Это стоило нам на $50 больше за ночь в отеле, который сам по себе считается дорогим. Нас было только двое, и мы не нуждались в дополнительных кроватях или каких-либо других излишних удобствах.

На сайте hotel.com написано, что в отеле есть сауна. Это одна из главных причин, по которой я заказал номер этом отеле. Но сайна НЕТ. Я с нетерпением ждал, чтобы отдохнуть в сауне после ночи езды на поезде из Вены и спросил сотрудника, на каком этаже она находится. Портье сказал мне, что сауны здесь НЕТ. Позже этим же вечером, я посмотрел рекламное […] объявление отеля и показал его сотрудникам. Лживая реклама. Кроме того, горничные и другие сотрудники могут просто так вломиться в ваш номер без стука. Это раздражает. Подробнее

Очень близко к центральному железнодорожному вокзалу, метро и такси, всего две минуты пешком. Мебель в отеле немного устаревшая, но зато очень опрятная. Сток в ванной был забит, но его отремонтировали в течение 15 минут после сообщения о проблеме, поэтому ничего страшного не произошло. Также недалеко от отеля находятся несколько ресторанов, в том числе и McDonalds. Завтрак был не очень хорошим, но и не плохим, здесь подают американский кофе, если не указать, что вы хотите что-то другое, по правде, там, откуда я родом, это называется "помои"! Я был здесь две ночи и остался бы в отеле снова, если еще приеду в Милан. Напитки в мини-баре были бесплатными! Тем не менее употребление спиртных напитков здесь запрешено. Прекрасный отель в прекрасном месте. Разумная цена, комфортабельное проживание.

Я наслаждался своим пребыванием здесь.Отель был тихим и расположенным в очень удобно месте.

Находится недалеко от Центрального железнодорожного вокзала, очень удобно. Понравилась ванна, которая помогает оживиться после долгого путешествия, в отеле не забыли и про бесплатный мини-бар.

Хорошее вложение денег, отель находится просто через дорогу от центрального железнодорожного вокзала. (10 минут на метро до Duomo)

Great location, right across the street from Train/Metro station. Very nice room, okay in size, nice bedding, very cool power blinds, great shower/jacuzzi. This hotel is conveniently located across the road from the Central train station. Nice clean room but the pillows are rather uncomfortable. Otherwise everything was fine.

I stayed there for 1 night. Easy to access - it is located just in front of the central station. The reception staff made me feel at home. The room was excellent. the same for the breakfast. Best value for my money. Don't think twice - - take it.

Room was not so clan as i had hope for 4 star hotel! But other then that it was very good hotel and near the station and very good personal and breakfast! I would stay there again!

I felt almost comfortable in the hotel, especially a location and free snack bar. Also, it was very clean. :) But, wifi was not comforted for me, because it can be just in the lobby! Thank you~

The breakfast looked beautiful but we had to leave at 6am, so unfortunately we couldn't partake. Tried to use the phone to call the front desk, but couldn't make it work. Otherwise the room was spacious, clean, well-lit and the bathroom was exceptional, evening providing filtered water for drinking.

Excellent hotel next to Stazione Centrale where one can access trains,metro and bus connections.Only a short walk from the hotel doors and no need for expensive taxis if one has loads of luggage. Although this is a business hotel it suited our needs perfectly for our one night stay. Literally across the road from the Central Station it was easily located . The room was excellent and the breakfast satisfactory. We were impressed with nice touches such as the littte bedsite mats and slippers and the complimentary soft drinks and chocolate bars […] from the mini-bar were very welcome. Good adjustable air-con kept the room temperature just right. Our initial check-in was was less than welcoming but other staff more than compensated. We left clothes behind and received an excellent response when we called to enquire about them. We retrieved them within minutes beatifully folded and packaged. My wife and I stayed here overnight whilst travelling by rail through Italy. The hotel is very convenient to the main station and for early risers serves an excellent breakfast from 6am. Excellent value for money and throughly recommended.

Great location right across the Milan Central train Terminal. Excellent value stay for the price for both business and families alike. Helpful and professional staff. Recommended if you want to be centrally located in Milan

It was smaller than I thought, but consistent with other hotels in Milan for the price. The staff was VERY patient with me while I was sightseeing in Milan. They helped me figure out how to get around the city...and were very clear on directions. If you go to Milan, be prepared to steam your clothes in the bathroom because clothes irons aren't allowed […] in hotel rooms (strange thing but true). It is hard to beat the airport shuttle and train station across the street. I often walk to to shopping and restaurants. The hotel is well appointed and familiar for an American traveller. Arriving in pouring rain, there is no better feeling than knowing that your hotel is across the street from the train station. Deserving of its four stars, the hotel's desk staff was superbly helpful, and after three weeks in the Balkans, a hotel where everything worked was just wonderful. For me the best thing about this hotel is that it is close to malpensa shuttle bus service. The rooms were very clean although old fashioned and breakfast was better than expected. Excellent value hotel, if you choose to stay near the train station choose this!

This hotel is just steps away from the main train station and was very easy to find when I arrived from the airport by shuttle. It's well maintained and had very helpful staff. There is an Internet cafe about a block away near Macdonalds which I had to use instead. A short walk from the Central Station with its main line and metro connections, the hotel offered a useful short term base for a weekend stay in Milan. Room was clean and comfortable with all the usual amenities. 4 metro stops (10 mins) to the Duomo with its sites and shopping attaractions.

Big hotel in a very convenient location. Right next door to Milano Centrale station -- literally 100 metres or less. Room was clean and relatively modern and the hotel has all the facilities of an international standard. Lots of shopping and dining close by and within easy walking distance.

The Michelangelo was a very nice place to stay in Milan. I would highly recommend it.

The hotel was just opposite the train central station. The room has all the necessary amenities to make the guest stay comfortable. The internet connection was very good. Their breakfast was more than filling. Hotel helpful staff gave us directions to places all the time.I would definitely stay there again next time I will be in Milan.

Room was a little outdated, but clean and organised - very high-tech - switches to open/close curtains and customised storage places in the drawers for the nick-nacks (stationary, pens) - everything had it's place. Great location, right across the street from the Central Station. Unfortunately it is not a place to walk in the evening. The breakfast is excellent and the room window is really sound proof.
