Недалеко от центра.красивый вид из окна.завтраки не брали ,дорого.Недалеко есть хорошая булочная.завтракали там.Был полностью предоплаченный номер на 3 человека.Никаких проблем не возникло

Fantastic hotel, incredibly friendly staff (especially Anne) really comfy beds and great view. It's a 5 min walk to the Metro. Hire a bike for the day and ride in and around the city. Great Lake to walk around and some lovely cafes, just ask the staff!

The hotel itself is great. There are several fabulous restaurants. One offer a unique Thai cullinary experience. There is also a fantastic Tailor shop and a Casino. The team is very helpful. Staff very friendly. Good range of dining facilities. Not a central location but only about a 20 min walk to the Tivoli Gardens. However there is a hop on/off bus stop across the road from the hotel. Would use the hotel again.

At the hotel, they consider this hotel 4 stars an they even said the Radissons in the USA are 3 stars and not as nice. I have news for them. This is a 3 star by USA standards. The room was not what I expected and they were not as the pictures. I went there for my honey moon an I asked for a king bed, instead of that they gave me two twin beds together. It was a clean room but is not that nice and comfortable as the picture.

No air-conditioning. The windows open and fans can be provided if requested, but there is no cross-ventilation. Elevators can get very congested. It's a bit of a hike along a busy road to the desirable parts of town.

The hotel was very clean but dining was expensive so we did not use the hotel's facilities. Also the hotel overlooked a busy dual carriageway. Hotel was very clean, family room (suit with pull out sofa) spacious and good neighborhood. Wifi did not work in the room 1231 so had to go down to the lobby. Check in and out was fast. We were surprised that there was no air conditioning installed in the rooms, considering this is a four star hotel. The window therefore had to be opened during the night to keep the room cool, which gave additional traffic noise, and which could be a fire spreading risk in this 25 story building. The service was fine and we enjoyed our stay.

My stay was good it was fun copenhagen in a nice city but the hotel is not that close to downtown you have to take a bus for 3 stops or a 20 minutes walk to get to the downtown but overall the hotel was very good and very clean :)

Our room was ready when we arrived and we were allowed to check in early. That was convenient for my elderly mother. Staff was helpful and the stay was pleasant. We took the bus 5 from the airport and it stopped in front of the hotel. We had only to walk across the street.

We found empty beer bottles and the trash was not removed from the bathroom when we checked into our room. Great views, but dirty windows. Price for the room was exceedingly high. Not worth it.

Pleasant stay, although not cheap. Clean, comfortable room for four. Two people sleeping on divan bed, which was a bit hard. Excessive prices for breakfast (25€ pp), offsetting attractive room rates. Quality of breakfast was excellent, though. Friendly service, very professionally run.

For a 2 night stay I would probably stay closer to the centre of Copehagen for sightseeing and dinner etc. Taxi's are fairly expensive 100-140 DKK each way from the hotel to Nyhaven for example. Food and drinks in the hotel are very nice, but would suggest going into town for dinner as there are so much nice bars and restarants. The wifi in the rooms isn't great. We stayed at the hotel for five nights - the room was on the top floor(2619) but did not face the sea and unfortunately our rear view was additionally restricted by the service area so could have been nicer. The room itself was pretty small and the storage area for clothes was very limited. The hair dryers are pretty hopeless for women! We had breakfast at nearby cafe's on our sightseeing trips and never ate at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. The concierge was efficient and informative - cannot really say much more. I got upgraded from a family room to a business class room as they did not have family rooms when I arrived. There's almost no veggie food, the rooms are small and the fittings feel cheap. The view from the room was great though. Would not be my first choice on future trips. The business center is good, though expensive and was very useful.
