Персонал отеля был исключительно отзывчивым с того момента, как мы приехали, до того момента, как мы покинули отель. Отель находился рядом с впечатляющим замком Rossio. Номер, в котором мы остановились, немного устарел, но в целом, мы остались очень довольными.

Отель Tivoli Lisbon потрясающий, и его расположение идеально подходит для пребывания в Лиссабоне. Пять минут пешком до центра города и множества ресторанов и баров. Вестибюль и внутреннее убранство великолепные. Мы иногда проводили время в очень маленьком, но хорошем бассейне, в котором немного тесновато в середине июля. По поводу еды ничего сказадь […] не могу: в номере мы не обедали. Sky Bar оказался отменным, можно посидеть там, даже если вы не постоялец отеля, но впечатление, которое вы получите от пребывания там, будет очень приятным. В бассейне, в баре и т.д. напитки стоят около 4 евро(диетическая кола 200 мл со льдом), что очень меня раздражает, не подают ни чая, ни кофе, здесь есть только кофейный автомат, но там тоже нужно платить! TIVOLI ЯВЛЯЕТСЯ ОДНИМ ИЗ ЛУЧШИХ ОТЕЛЕЙ В ЛИССАБОНЕ. ОДНАКО ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЕ МОЕЙ КОМНАТЫ БЫЛО БЕЗОБРАЗНО. ОДНА ЭЛЕКТРИЧЕСКАЯ РОЗЕТКА БОЛТАЛАСЬ НА ПРОВОДАХ И БЫЛО ОЧЕНЬ ОПАСНО ПОДКЛЮЧАТЬ К НЕЙ ПРИБОР, КРОВАТЬ БЫЛА ОЧЕНЬ МАЛА. Я ВЕРНУСЬ СЮДА СНОВА, ПОТОМУ ЧТО УВЕРЕН, ЧТО В СЛЕДУЮЩИЙ РАЗ ВСЕ БУДЕТ ИСПРАВЛЕНО.

Я бы посоветовал остановиться в этом отеле всем, кто приезжает в Лиссабон на каникулы или по делам. Привлекательный отель, номера очень чистые и удобные, он находится в центре города, еда вкусная и сервис, предоставляемый сотрудниками, отличный. За четыре дня моего пребывания сдесь были, конечно, некоторые неприятности, но они были любезно учтены в […] счете, когда я уезжал из отеля. Я вернусь, обязательно вернусь в этот потрясающий город. От отеля такого класса мы ожидали намного лучшего. Жалобы были на работников бара, которые были крайне медлительны и забывчивы. Мы не могли дозваться официанта, салат принесли только мне, а о заказе моего мужа, казалось, забыли, и когда мы пожаловались на это, они подали нам этот салат, но только после того как мы уже попросили счет и собирались уйти. […] Душ была очень плохим, лейка душа была неисправной, из-за этого вода текла на пол ванной комнаты, независимо от того, насколько аккуратно мы старались принимать душ. Очень уютный отель с приветливым персоналом в хорошем месте.

Я останавливаюсь в этом отеле каждый раз, когда я приезжаю в Лиссабон. Отличное место, отличный сервис.

Bistro on ground floor has very good Portugese food, is comfortable with friendly wait staff; view from Terrace bar and restaurant is spectacular!

We booked 2 interconnecting rooms during the stay for our family (+2 children). The hotel location is in the good part of the city and close to all major attractions in Lisbon. Would happy to comeback to this hotel in future.

Overall, I enjoyed staying at the Tivoli. The room was modern and comfortable and very clean. Upon checking in, I learned that to use WifI in the room, the cost would be 22 Euros/day. This is a wonderful hotel. We were impressed with the service at all levels. We were especially impressed with the Concierge who could not do enough to help us navigate the City and made excellent restaurant recommendations. The Hotel Tivoli is superbly located in the heart of Lisbon. It is very close to the Barro Alto and the Baixa districts. It is also very close to the major bus routes, so is very easy to get around the city. The room isn't particularly luxurious or large, but was clean and manageable. It […] is also a little mean to expect you to pay for the coffee in your room and the minibar is very expensive - even allowing for the fact it is a five star. on the subject of costs, the breakfast is on the pricey side as it the car parking. Just find out what it is before you go and I guess it won't bother you! On the plus side, the bed was excellent and the black out shutters were extremely effective. The outdoor pool is large and the sunloungers are extremely comfortable. I actually couldn't find another hotel with a large outdoor pool and we certainly appreciated having it to relax by before we went off sightseeing. We utterly enjoyed the stay at Tivoli Lisboa. It was our first time with this brand and I would go to a Tivoli anytime if they are all like this. The staff was wonderful... The property was first class and in a perfect location. A great roof top Bar..... a wonderful Brasserie. I will be going back.

This is a great hotel. The rooms are very fine. Portugal, needs some work on a lot of issues. Within several blocks is the square. Which could be a brilliant representation of Portugal, but comes off as a 'keep looking behind your back, you may be getting mugged, or asked to buy a bad watch. This hotel was excellent - well desgined rooms, exceedingly comfortable bed, good shower, free computer access in their Business Center, efficient staff. and is in an upscale area with cafes and restaurants nearby . It is a 15-20 minute walk to the center of Lisbon and very close to a Metro station. Our attractive rate did not include breakfast. Bang in the centre of Lisbon, the is excellent hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The room was spacious and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the roof top bar was amazing and the staff courteous and friendly. We have just recommended the hotel to our friends who are going for their 10th wedding anniv.

Excellent Hotel, perfectly located, friendly staff. Could not have asked for better! One of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Great location and nice pool, but lack a spa, beds are not as expected and property could use an upgrade. If you can get the right hotel rates, it is good to stay there. It is more like a " 4 star" hotel.

From the time we arrived we were treated to some of the best service we've received in Europe. The concierge service was particularly great with Duerte providing really good advice and ideas for our stay. Two days later he asked if we had enjoyed recommendations and genuinely was interested in helping us which greatly added to our time in Lisbon. We […] were upgrade to a Collection room because we arrived early and the lower class of room we had booked was not ready. How great is that?! Room service and cleaning was excellent, staff helpful and no request was too much for them. Our only disappointment was with the top floor restaurant where we booked a specific table with a view two days in advance and when we arrived it had been given to another couple because the manager had booked us into the wrong day. In fact the rooftop is probably a bit over-hyped, could be noisy and there are plenty of other really great places to dine with a view - so no great loss but disappointing when the rest of the hotel is so great. thoroughly enjoyed my week at this hotel. everything was as it should be.

The hotel worked out well and location for us was just nice10 Min walk from centre and main thoroughfare. Staff were nice and nice secluded pool area to relax in afternoon.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Tivoli Lisboa, and the staff there were very helpful. But their recommendations were all to "tourist traps" that were connected to the hotel. When I'm on vacation exploring Lisbon, I don't want to see Americans or Germans - I want to be amidst Portuguese so I can learn about their culture.

The hotel is very well located and in good condition. Service at reception desk was excellent. Rooms are competitive. Service at the top floor restaurant was unacceptably bad as is service at the lobby bar.

Has all the amenities. They have a business section with use of free computers with internet access but they charge for wireless. For the price, they should include it.

A localização permite que se visite as principais atrações de Lisboa a pé,mesmo assim tem uma estação de metro muito próxima (200 metros), além disso, o hotel oferece muito conforto, excelentes instalações e qualidade de serviço.
