The parking fee is ridiculous, but other than that, my stay was great.

No complaints... Friendly staff, clean rooms. Better if you have a car, restruants and mall on other side of freeway. Hotel restruant had a good menu! Will stay there again!

I don't appreciate spin, saying you have a view of Mission Valley is not a selling point, calling it city view is like saying dog poo smells like flowers.

Small bathroom but great bedding and TV stations. Good hotel however didn't like the fact that there were no vending machines on the floor; requiring you to go to the lobby for a bottle of water.

Truly blown away with the great service and beautifully remodeled room I had with the incredible low price I paid. I visit San Diego often to see my gorgeous girlfriend and decided to give the Sheraton a try and I think I have found my new favorite hotel to stay at. Thank you very much

Overall nice. Hotel staff were extremely nice but seemed inexperienced. Hotel Bistro served good food. Free wi-fi in hotel lobby was nice. Happy Hour reception in the lobby was modest but nice. Only concerns were (1) bathroom light was broken, I asked for help from the front desk who called maintenance right away, maintenance […] came to look at the problem but never came back to fix it - light stayed broken my entire stay; (2) I had to keep jiggling the toilet handle/popped open the tank lid to stop it from running all night; (3) housekeeping never replaced room amenities consistently - some days there was no soap, other days towels were missing, tea bags were replaced occasionally; $5 coupon was slipped under my door in the middle of the night which scared me because when I first heard the noise, I thought someone was trying to break into my room. We had a horrible stay at The Sheraton and won't be going back. I go to San Diego twice a year, and there are many other better hotels in the same area. Here's a list of things that happened during our visit. 1. The hotel was completing renovations. The rooms were completely renovated, but they were working on the elevators during our visit. They had […] one working elevator, which meant you had to wait 15-20 minutes to get on the elevator during peak times or use the stairs. We were fine with this...we used the stairs. That said the stairwell was not secure. You accessed the stairs from outside the building and anyone could get in there. One night a drunk man chased me and my partner up 2 flights of stairs and when he couldn't run anymore, he sat on the 2nd floor yelling obscenities at us, until we reached the 4th floor where our room was. 2. The rooms were recently renovated and looked great! That said, they put all their money into looks, not function. Our toilet ran consistently, keeping us up at night. We overheard another guest complaining about the same thing. The water pressure of the shower was so awful, I would have gotten a better shower using a spray bottle. 3. We got a random 3:15am wake up call one night, even though we never set up a wake up call. We stayed for a week. Had we not paid for the room in advance thru Expedia, we would have checked out after the first night and moved next door to the Hilton. Подробнее

Only had 1 working elevator for 14 floors which was kind of a hastle. It is a great place if you like to drink, free wine most every night but that wasn't a plus for me. The staff wasn't helpful with check in. I had to call down and ask where things were. No map or directions given. Beds were very comfortable.

The hotel staff is efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Was greeted at check-in and offered a nice salad and cookies. If you have a car the location is great , if walking lots of traffic and have to cross a freeway with a sidewalk on only one side of the bridge restruants and malls on the other side of freeway. The rooms and lobby of this hotel are really nice and clean. However, in my opinion the bed was not as comfortable as I though it would be for a hotel of its kind, It was a bit springy and the pillows were really soft with no support. Also, the windows did not seem to be sound proof because with them closed we could hear the traffic from outside. I would definitely stay here again. The room was nice and clean and updated. However, when I got my room the coffee maker was broken as well as a shelf in the bathroom. These were minor annoying details that the front desk personnel promptly took care of. The most annoying thing is the elevator. The location of this hotel is great. The mall is across the highway and there are many restaurants to choose from. Although the place is clean and comfortable, they seem to have a problem with the septic tank and at times there is a not so pleasant smell that takes over in the lobby and elevators. I was hesitant to book at this hotel because of the recent "no great" reviews. This hotel is good! It's very standard but its recently been renovated and everything was clean and up to date. it was a nice hotel but the elavator service was terrible. we had to wait about 10 minutes before we were able to enter the elevator to go to and from our room.

The only things I would have bad to say are that the pillows sucked and left me with neck pains, even three days later my neck still hurts. And the water pressure in the showers was really low. Other than those two things the staff was nice and bed was comfy minus sucky pillows.

They did replace the batteries Only the bottom plug in the bathroom worked during our stay. On 12-20 the room was cleaned but we were only left one wash cloth and one hand towel. We called and they did bring linens. On three occasions, we did not have coffee replenished so we just decided to ask for coffee each evening when we returned to our room. Charging ppl for parking and when I booked my hotel package I was told a shuttle would pick me up from the airport I paid for this service and upon waiting an hour I was finally told I needed to call the hotel and arrange to be picked up when I called the hotel they told me they didn't provide pickup services. Shower sets off the smoke alarm and the front desk could care less. Checked out early because that irritated me and they hit me with a fake $200 smoking In the room charge. my word against theirs but never smoked in my life. Never staying at a Sheraton again.

The heater in my room broke and it was warmer in the hallway. Only one elevator was operating and the hot water was lukewarm. Service was generally good but the maintenance issues would keep me from choosing Sheraton again

I loved my stay here. Price wasn't cheap but it wasn't too expensive neither. Definitely worth every penny. Nice location, nice rooms. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
