Отель идеально расположен для того, чтобы утром на поезде уезжать в однодневное путешествие по прекрасным бельгийским (и не только) городам и вечером возвращаться в Брюссель. Конечно, ни о каких 5* говорить не приходится, это неплохая 4*)

Отель на 4*. Хромает уборка номеров, что-то вечно не докладывают( халат, тапочки, и пр). Рецепция старается, как может все исправить. С вечера было заказано два такси на 11.00 на рейс. Одна из машин опоздала на 15 мин.

Я проходил мимо этого отеля несколько раз во время моего последнего пребывания в Брюсселе, и он выглядел довольно красиво, поэтому, когда я увидел, что они снижают расценки на проживание (примерно треть от обычной цены), то решил остановиться. Это 5 звездочный отель со всеми удобствами, которые вы ожидаете, но, тем не менее, действительный стандарт […] номера до них не дотягивает. Обычное наличие чая и кофе, которое распространено повсеместно в отелях, здесь было дополнительной услугой (за отдельную плату), туалетные принадлежности были стандартными, а шампунь и кондиционер были ужасными. Ни подготовки постели ко сну, ни мяты на подушке, ни особых приемов. В номере не было расценок минибара, и я должен был их просить. Уборка номера, казалось, проводится поспешно, т.к. были другие вещи, тоже не дотягивающие до стандарта, которого я ожидал. Обслуживание было поверхностное, что намного ниже ожидаемого стандарта. Завтрак не входил в стоимость и был в три раза дороже, чем в других отелях, в которых я останавливался в Брюсселе, и представлял собой обычную разочаровывающую смесь американского / континентального / английского завтраков, лишенную оригинальности, мысли и настоящего местного привкуса. После такого опыта я, скорее всего, остановлюсь в хорошем 3-х звездочном отеле или пансионате во время своего следующего визита. Удобств может быть будет меньше, но обслуживание и дружелюбие персонала, вероятно, это компенсируют. Подробнее

Расположение отеля превосходное, потому что он находится неподалеку от знаменитых достопримечательностей в центре Брюсселя. Кроме того, номер чистый и просторный. Сотрудники на стойке регистрации были очень любезные. Я определенно рекомендую этот отель.

Literally steps from the heart of the city and the perfect area to be if you're a tourist. Lobby was nice and that's about where it ends. Staff wasn't rude, but not the friendliest either. Found some mold on the bathroom ceiling above the shower. The water pressure coming from the shower was almost non existent. There was a night club outside our window that was very loud. Had to sleep with the window closed which caused the room to get uncomfortably […] warm. However it was close to everything, but not worth the price. Should not be advertised as a 5 star. To start with a positive the dinner in the restaurant was very good. The surrounding area is so noisy and the bars never close, you cannot sleep in your room.We left at 5 am to get away from the noise. The bartender did not know how to make a cocktail. The area is overpriced. Find a different location in Brussels, stay away from the Grand Market.

The hotel was great! Very comfortable, rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel was about a 5 minute walk from the Grand Place and about a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

The first morning we were awoken to the sound of maintenance work, which involved very loud drilling over our room. We contacted the manager, who immediately told us that this work, was unplanned and the contractor came in without informing them. This hotel is very close to Grand Place, Manneken Pis & tons of great places to eat and shop. We only had 2 days in Brussels so we wanted easy access to tourist attractions. Hotel service was great and staff spoke English. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel accommodations were top notch, including the breakfast which was tasteful and impressive. Although the rooms were a bit tight, effective use of space was implemented and the comfort of the bed was above reproach. Location wise, nearly everything was in walking distance; allowing the true European experience.

On arrival there was no power in the room. Each day the power would flip off for no reason and I had to explain each time to front desk where the fuse board was and how to fix it. Location just off Gare Centrale is perfect but hotel room is nowhere near 5 star. Overall it is fine but not as good as the 4 star hotels I usually stay in around the European Commission. Still I only paid 99 euro so you get what you pay for.

This property is conveniently situated within a couple of minutes walk in one direction from Grand Place and in the other from central station. I am mystified as to why they chose to advertise as a 5 star property and totally fail to deliver on expectations in that connection. has neither the facilities or comfort one would expect from any capital 5 […] star property and one wonders whether the management have ever stayed in a 5 star hotel. Limited facilities for instance no bar on a Sunday night - basic reception seating area. Room furniture tired and scraped, arm chair threadbare, mirror in the bathroom with a large crack plasticky curtains thin carpet simply not the attention to detail a five star property should have. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room but available on request at €8 a day - a first to charge for this for me. No robes, no amenity kit, no sewing kit - all things one would expect a a five star property. Room servicing erratic with used glasses being taken and away and never replaced - soiled towels being removed and not replaced so no 5 star service here either. Surely the management would be better placing there property at the upper end of 3/4 stars rather than failing pretty abysmally to deliver on 5. Lovely comfortable hotel but would not rate 5 star. Our room "non smoking" smelt of smoke on our last day, had a torn bedspread on one of the beds. Had to request bedside light bulb to be changed on first day; these things should be checked before guests arrive. Apart from this comfortable & warm. Hotel right in the tourist centre, ideal!

A fantastic hotel 5 minutes walk from Central Station and then 5 minutes from the main square. Staff helpful, but the taxi they got for us got lost while finding the Forest National. Restaurants nearby were excellent and on the last day off our stay the Christmas Markets opened.

The hotel is very nice with rooms that are clean and fairly comfortable. The location near the Grand Place makes it an ideal location for roaming the streets in that are for shopping and dining. I felt that the 25 Euros per night fee for parking was steep.

we should rate around 3 or 3.5 if it compare to another place we stay in Europe because this hotel ask to pay $9.00/day for coffee maker (this is a convinient) for all guest event stay in hotel 2 or 3 in codition of normal hotel.
