Нам действительно понравился этот отель. Он находится в старом зданиии выглядит немного устаревшим, но номера чистые. Завтрак включен в стоимость и стоит довольно дорого. Каждый день в 4 часа вечера подавали херес, чай, кофе и печенье. Нам нравилось сидеть у камина в салоне и говорит о том, как прошел день, и решать, куда пойти ужинать. Отель "The Queen Anne Hotel" в Джапантауне в Сан-Франциско - это шикарный отель, который я определенно рекомендую. В отеле есть просторный холл в викторианском стиле с двумя каминами. Ежедневные газеты в наличии бесплатно. Очень дружелюбный консъерж готов помочь вам в решении всех вопросов. Место отличное. Район Джапантауна и Филмор-стрит находится […] в нескольких минутах ходьбы, так же как и линия скорого автобуса на Джири-стрит. Отель тихий и комфортабельный. Единственным недостатком был посредственный завтрак, но, учитывая тот факт, что большинство отелей в Сан-Франциско не предлагают завтрак, было неплохо позавтракать в отеле. Кроме того, окончание подачи завтрака в 9 утра в будние дни неудобно для не деловых туристов, которые хотят поспать немного подольше. Также было бы неплохо иметь в номере маленький холодильник. Нам понравился отель, но не понравились отдельные аспекты. Место тихое, окрестности кажутся безопасными, рядом в районе Джапантаун отличный шоппинг и рестораны, и все это рядом с автобусной линией на Джири-стрит, откуда можно попасть прямо в центр Сан-Франциско. "Бесплатный" завтрак того не стоит, но бокал-другой "бесплатного" хереса у камина в викторианской […] гостиной практически стоят цены номера. Персонал эклектичен - от весьма представительных до совершенной грубых. Качество номера зависит чисто от везения. У нас был потрясающий, воздушный и просторный номер во время первого пребывания и грязный, тесный номер в этот раз - через два номера от нашего первого. Если вам нужен "стандарт Хилтона", то забудьте об этом месте. Если вы любите немного приключений и можете не обращать внимания на на такие мелочи, как дверные ключи-перфокарта 1970-х годов, то можете сказочно провести время в отеле "Queen Anne". Подробнее

Мы наслаждались нашим отдыхом здесь.. не понравился завтрак (мог бы быть лучше), и у нас не работал телевизор… (нас это не слишком волновало, потому что мы отсутствовали почти целый день)… персонал это тоже не особо волновало. Расположение отличное, хорошие рестораны в шаговой доступности... Если вы не привыкли к шуму, то можете попросить номер потише. […] Нас каждое утро будил автобус (очень рано) и воркование голубей (очень рано). Очаровательный, старомодно викторианский отель. Отзывчивый персонал. Тихий район.

Нужно было скосить глаза, чтобы не заметить захудалость отеля "Queen Anne". До этого я останавливался в бывшем отеле "Historic Pontchartrain Hotel" в Новом Орлеане и действительно надеялся, что отель "Queen Anne" будет соответствовать. Ничего подобного! Наш номер находился на 4-м этаже, что было хорошо... но отчаянно нуждался в перекрашивании. Тем не […] менее, имелся хороший телевизор и беспроводной интернет. Кровать была в порядке, все там было в порядке... еда из магазина "Costco" к чаю в 4 вечера в салоне и для спартанского континентального завтрака. Если для исторического отеля содержание себя в хорошем состоянии не является приоритетом, то получается как будто кто-то пустил людей пожить в антикварном салоне. На самом деле, отель вообще не отделан хорошо, имеется кое-какой классный антиквариат, но он просто расставлен вдоль стен. Что касается цены, то я бы предпочел остановиться в отеле Монако или еще где-нибудь поближе к центру города. Отель находится не в районе "Pacific Heights" ... а гораздо ближе к району Джапантаун (что было классно, но не очень). Парковка на маленькой площадке через дорогу от отеля "Queen Anne" стоила 15 долларов США в сутки, что неплохо для Сан-Франциско. The room was great and roomy. The only thing I didn't like, was the parking. They charged $19, for a basic lot not a garage. Nor did it have a gate. If you get there late night it is hard to find a parking spot on the street or in the lot. I will go back soon just get there earlier

Checked-in late, but front desk was welcoming. Asked for a late check-out the following day, which they happily said okay with no hesitation. Breakfast food was good: juices, milk, croissants, toast, fruits, hard boiled eggs, pound cake, etc Rooms had a good heater to keep warm in the SF winter!

This hotel is located near a quiet, residential neighborhood. A nightly Ghost Tour meets in the lobby. I highly recommend the tour, for $20 you get a 3 hour, entertaining & informative walking tour.

The Queen Anne Hotel is still a grand lady perched on a San Francisco hill. The interior is beautiful with lovely Victorian decor and furnishings, but the carpets are a little worn, paint is chipped off in places on doors and woodwork. This hotel lived up to all expectations. It was very comfortable, quiet, yet welcoming. The breakfast was good, and the staff very helpful.

My only complaint is the carpet was a bit musty, but the building is old. The decor was quaint, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the cost was reasonable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a wonderful time in Queen Ann Hotel. It was very old hotel but it was so beautiful decorations with beautiful pictures. The services was so excellent and warm welcome to us. We wlill be back again in the near future. \

The hotel was more then I expected. Your walked into the lobby and you felt you had gone back in the late 1800"s. The Christmas decorations added an addition enchantment and was an excellent feeling for spending the holidays. The touch of serving tea and fresh cookies was a highlight after spendng a day walking around in the city. I had to have an emergency root canal during my stay at this hotel. Fortunately the location led me to excellent dental care. This was due to the Dental School being in close proximity to Queen Anne Hotel. The dentist who did the root canal also teaches that course at he dental school and is one of it's graduates. It was a quiet vacation for me to stay at Gueen Anne The decoration is very festive suited for the season, The location is accesable to the places that I want to visit. The rception was good and the breakfast is ideal for seniors.

The Queen Anne hotel is an excellent hotel on a quiet street in the Pacific Heights area of SF. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities were good with complimentary tea and coffee available all day and an excellent buffet breakfast included in the stay. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We were surprised at the quietness of our stay. We were anticipating traffic noise and the normal background buzz from fellow patrons but none of that materialized. The Queen Anne Hotel is located in a pleasant and safe neighborhood. The cosy atmosphere is unique. The rooms are well-decorated. If you enjoy staying at a period hotel, and don't expect a lot of amenities, this hotel is just fine. Our room was a bit cramped with large pieces of furniture, but the bed was comfortable. The lobby had fires going in all the fireplaces,and coffee or tea available at all hours, which made it a pleasant area to sit while waiting for a cab.

Perfect for a romantic getaway or just relaxing time away from home or base for a SFO vacation away from the tourist areas. . The rooms are lovely. The staff are the best-friendly, professional and at the top of their game at all times. Sherry and cookies in the afternoon were a welcome touch. The hotel is within walking distance (3 blocks) to San Francisco's […] Japan Town complex and 5 blocks to the Fillmore district shops and many good restaurants. We had an enjoyable stay at the Queen Anne Hotel, it is a very querky hotel very unique and the staff there were very friendly and looked after us very well they let us check in early and kept our bags safe after check out time untill it was time for us to go to airport so we could continue looking around. Overall service was great!!!!!

Had a wonderful stay here. Really charming hotel, and definitely not a cookie cutter modern hotel. We will definitely stay again! Staff very friendly, helpful. Loved the sherry & cookies in the afternoon, even though I'm not a sherry drinker - it's the cozy, welcoming atmosphere with gas fireplaces in sitting rooms. The Queen Anne is very conveniently located and the best in San Fran. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Every time we left they would ensure we knew where we were going and recommended the best places and routes. It is such a beauitiful hotel and is by far better than local chain hotels!

A wonderful hotel with beautiful Victorian furnishings. Was really a San Francisco experience unto itself. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

I would stay here again! I have spent too many years staying in generic hotel factories so I was so very pleased at the quickness, helpfulness, friendliness and pleasantness of the staff not only at check-in, but any time we had a request (ice, bottle opener, etc.). The sherry in the lobby was a very nice treat and the character of the place was worth […] it. We stayed in the regular queen room and it was very nice. Nice marble/stone on a piece of furniture in the bedroom and again in the bathroom. There was a missing veneer on the bathroom vanity, but I didn't notice it at first. The Queen Anne is absolutely unique and within walking distance of the Kabuki Springs and Spa. It is a wonderful place to spend a comfortable an cozy evening after relaxing at the spa or just a special "in-town" stay over. One of the best stays I've had in a long time. The room was spectacular, clean and comfortable. The only things I would mention to someone planning to stay there is that this is an older place and even though they have free high speed wireless internet, there aren't many outlets - not even at the desk / table. Bring an extenstion cord. Also, the neighborhood […] is fine, but not the best. I felt perfectly safe walking around by myself, but for the security concious (paranoid), there are nicer neighborhoods. One cool thing is that there is a company that hosts a guided "Ghost Walk" if you're in to some adventure. I plan on staying here the next time I go to San Francisco. We loved the Queen Anne Hotel. It was an enchanting Victorian hotel all decked out for Christmas. It was in a good area and close to the Fillmore walking area with lots of good restaurants and shops. The continental breakfast was decent. We didn't like the parking ticket we got out in front with a double tow away sign. One sign says 2 hr parking. The […] other sign says No parking on Thursday am. We didn't see the second sign so beware. The parking is challenging in this area and to use their parking it is another 16.00 a night but cheaper than the $55 parking ticket. This Victorian hotel is beautifully maintained - including hand painted plaster moldings of Queen Anne that look down on you like cherubs from the dining room ceiling. Fireplaces, oak paneling. Cozy, reasonably priced. I would go back. 2 blocks from Japantown.

Everything was as expected. If your are into Christmas you will like the way the parlor is decorated this time of year. Staff was more than helpful. We plan to go back with our daughters and stay here again.
