Beautiful location with amazing views from your window/balcony. A great hotel in a great region. Breakfast overpriced and not worth the money. Rooms large and comfortable.

Overall the stay was pretty good. The room is quite small, but I think that is considered normal for EU countries with its price range. The location is pretty nice as it is in the mountain and pretty close to Rhine river by car.

Booked in for a night. No Air conditioner, no fridge, no tea/coffee maker in the room. Price was steep and the above mentioned amenities were missing, hence feel a bit cheated. Not Recommended in my books!!!!!

My wife and I found the Best Western a great centre for exploring the Middle Rhine/Mosel area. The staff were very friendly and tolerant of my bad German. Views from the hotel were fantastic and it was very easy to reach Koblenz and the roads along the rivers. Although the menu was rather limited, the quality of the food and service in the Tamarillo […] restaurant was excellent. We booked this hotel as an overnight stop to break a long car journey. Initially we were disappointed that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room until we found that they would deliver tea/coffee free at any time day or night. They provided nice fluffy dressing gowns, and the saunas (one 90 and one 70) were excellent. We had a pleasant stay bat this hotel and decided to eat in the restaurant. It was advertised as being open until 10pm. We started our meal at 9.15pm and decided to have a desert. We were refused because it was 10.02pm. This has never happened to use before in a restaurant and it has to rank as one of the worst attitudes to customers I have ever encountered. Asked for a view of the Rhine River - but you can not see it from the hotel (5 miles away). This is the most out of the way, difficult way to find the hotel, having to weave through neighbrohoods and up hills. No free breakfast. No refrigerator. No coffee machine (said in the rooms). Our beatiful view was the third floor looking at the conference center […] roof. Nothing is nearby - shopping and restaurants seven miles away. Beds are old and hard, and pillows are old and feather balls.. No rooms have a view of the Rhine River. Spa closed six years ago, and most of the shops were out of business. Clean hotel with helpful staff in a stunning location, although a car or taxi is needed. We were on the second floor overlooking the HUGE car park like flat roof, which is sad as every other floor no doubt had stunning views. This was also an issue in the heavy rain that night, we could not open the window due to the cascade of noise caused by water […] draining onto the roof from 14 floors above, plus of cause it quickly became a pool or water. Not an issue at all if its not raining or you choose to keep the window closed (no air con) but on a hot sweaty june night, it became a catch 22, to bake or be kept awake from the waterfall of noise. Plus my partner and I rolled into the centre of the bed, it was a comfortable mattress but obviously shaped by many a large business man for many years before, also pillows were shot, not comfortable or supportive in the slightest... But, I would go back, if I wasnt on 2nd floor with room in that position. Overall not a bad hotel, you feel they are trying their best, but new pillows and mattress are a must as far as I'm concern, unless perhaps you're travelling alone. Подробнее

This hotel was a great jumping-off point for taking a Rhine river cruise. It is located just outside of town, a short (not walkable) drive to the ferry point. Parking was free which was awesome, and as an added bonus they provide free apple juice and water in the room (pretty rare for Europe). The environment was beautiful with ponds and walking paths and large, outdoor, chess sets. However, given the time of year (late July) the Panorama hotel that provides a view of the Rhine valley and surrounding countryside was closed. Very nice, out of the way place.

This is a large hotel on the outskirts of Koblenz, unfortunately not within walking distance. The staff were friendly and polite. The resteraunt food and wine was excellent if a little limited in choice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. An excellent place to stop over.

Standardzimmer sehr klein, Badezimmer völlig steril ,verkalkte Duschabtrennung, Badetücher ausgefranst,Balkone mit abgeblätterter Farbe Rezeption nicht besonders freundlich, angrenzendes Thermalbad bietet einen jämmerlichen Anblick, da stillgelegt.

Leider kein Best Western mehr und das merkt man. Aussicht schön. Aber: alte Fernseher mit schlechtem Bild. Zimmer verwohnt. Kleiner Tip. Gegenüber befindet sich ein schönes Lokal mit sehr angemessenen Preisen.

Schon die Anreise nach sechs Stunden Autofahrt wurde von dem sehr unfreundlichem Hotelpersonal nicht versüsst. Das Zimmer war gepflegt und sauber. Der Balkon jedoch war völlig veschimmelt und die Farbe bröckelte ab. Zudem befand sich ein sehr unschön anzusehender alter Joghurtbecher mit vielen Zigarettenstummeln auf dem Balkon. Zimmerservice ist nicht […] zu empfehlen. Habe Chili con Carne bestellt - 15 Minuten gewartet und Currywurst bekommen. Danach weiter 15 Minuten gebraucht bis jemand ans Telefon des Zimmerservice gegangen ist um Essen zu reklamieren. Weitere 20 Minuten später kam das richtige Essen, welches aber völlig versalzen war und ungeniesbar war. Letztendelich n die Tánkstelle gefahren und Haribos zum Abendessen gesgessen. Alles in allem, kein wirkliches 4 Sterne Hotel, weder vom Preise noch vom Service her. Eher 2+, wobei manche 2# Hotels noch wesentlich besser sind. Von daher nicht zu empfehlen. Das wirklich Einzige schöne war der atemberaubende Ausblick aus dem 14 Stock auf die Berge. Подробнее

Veldig koselig hotell. Perfekt for oss på bilferie, med god gratis parkeringsplass rett utenfor hotellet. Veldig serviceminded personale som gjerne ville hjelpe. Rommet var lite, men funksjonelt, med en liten veranda der vi kunne nyte utsikten til Sloss Stoltzenburg. Kjøreturen opp til hotellet var sjarmerende. Vi havde bestilt 2 værelser på en bestilling, men i første omgang fik vi et værelse, virkede lettere overrasket, da spurgte hvor vi skulle bo, men fik en værelse, men langt fra hinanden. Da vi spurgte om vi ikke kunne komme tættere på hinanden, blev en kvindelig overordnet tilkaldt, som var direkte flabet, og spurgte hvor der stod at man fik værelser […] nær ved hinanden! men det var tydeligt at man havde travlt med at blot finde et værelse til det ene part. Vi havde også betalt for opgradering, hvilket det ene værelse i vores verden kun var i kraft af at vi kom på 9.sal med udsigt, fra 5. sal er udsigten begrænset til et nedlagt swinningpool og et beskidt tag. Det øvrige personale var særdels flinke, men kunne ikke svare på for os simple spørgsmål. (jeg taler ovenikøbet tysk)"Man" burde arbejde med at der er forskel på klientel i sommerferien og i arbejdsåret. Das Hotel besticht hauptsächlich durch seine Lage mit weitläufiger Aussicht auf die schöne Umgebung. Das Zimmer war recht klein, aber ausreichend groß, wenn man nur zum Übernachten vor Ort ist. Leider waren sowohl die Möbel im Zimmer, als auch vereinzelt im Bad recht staubig. Im Hotelservice inbegriffen ist ein 24h Kaffee- und Teeservice (gratis). Lift überlastet, Wasserhahn funktionierte nicht, Mini-Zimmer, schmutzig (Staub auf Fernseher, Duschtür komplett verkalkt), Restaurant-Personal unfreundlich, Rezeptionisten dafür sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr schönen Gegend fast einsam auf dem Berg. Leider ist die Speisekarte sehr klein und die Gerichte nur teuer. Wir haben an 2 Abenden dort gegessen, beide Male war es eine Entäuschung - schade sonst ist das Hotel ok.
