Отель удобно расположен, рядом вокзал, рядом стоянка такси, нет необходимости в вызове такси, на стоянке их целая очередь в любое время, понравились разнообразные завтраки, жили на 22-ом этаже- классный вид из окна, в номере большой телевизор , удобные кровати, чисто.

Система метро в Париже - лучший способ передвижения, […] и оно более быстрое, чистое и организованное, чем в Нью-Йорке или Лондоне. В паре минут ходьбы от отеля расположены три станции метро. Кроме того, мы избежали шума, толп и затрат от проживания в центре. Отель чистый, обновленный, просторный, комфортабельный и семейный. Кондиционер работает хорошо, а ванные комнаты большие, в них есть биде. Сотрудники очень дружелюбные и любезные. Завтрак отличный, с несколькими блюдами шведского стола на выбор: холодными или горячими, французской выпечкой, сыром или багетом. Цены в баре немного выше среднего. Я очень рекомендую этот отель, и во время следующей поездки в Париж я не буду беспокоиться и искать отели ближе к центру города. Мои дети 7 и 10 лет и моя жена также прекрасно провели время в Париже и наслаждались пребыванием в этом отеле. Фактически, в Париже надо сесть на метро, чтобы доехать докуда угодно. Номер в отеле был достаточно большим для семьи из 4-х человек (2 взрослых и 2 детей) и обстановка была вполне хорошей во время нашего пребывания. Однако один из консъержей был по-настоящему невежлив и нелюбезен. Когда я спросил его, как добраться от отеля до парижского Диснейленда, он ответил: "на такси". Когда я позже спросил его, есть ли еще альтернатива, […] может быть поезд, я получил ответ: "не спрашивайте меня". Как глупо! Консъерж не предоставлял каких-либо полезных услуг клиентам отеля. К счастью, сотрудница на стойке регистрации была гораздо более приятной и дружелюбной. Она ответила на мои вопросы вежливо и любезно. Что касается расположения отеля, то оно было удобным, т.к. рядом находился супермаркет и станция метро. Отель очень легко найти, рядом со станцией метро "Gaitre", вокзалом Монпарнас, а остановка автобусов в аэропорт находится прямо через дорогу. Сотрудники на регистрации были любезными, вежливыми и расторопными. Номер был чистый и комфортабельный, хотя ванная была довольно высокой и сложно было в нее залезать и вылезать из нее. Завтрак был очень обширным. В нем было все, начиная с выпечки, полного английского завтрака, хлопьев и блинчиков до риса и свежих фруктов. The hotel itself is very well located right across the street from the Montparnasse train station and from the Air France airport suttle bus. Everything was simply great! This is not exactly a criticism since it seems like a going trend in Europe ( we have seen elevated tubs in many European countries) but I suggest not to make bathroom tubs so high. Overall our experienced was very good, very friendly and helpfull staff. My only complain is that the toilet area in our room did not have heat and the toilet seat was always extremely cold.

The Pullman Paris Montparnasse was a great hotel experience! The beds and bathroom were very clean and comfortable! The staff was attentive and helpful! We truly enjoyed our stay! The location is a bit out of the way of the major sites, but not too much of an issue with the metro and bus stop close by! Would definitely stay here again!

It's a great place to stay if you fly in from Orly, the Air France bus drops you off outside the hotel at Gare Montparnasse. Lovely room, ever so slightly disappointed with level of cleanliness. Lovely rooms, fabulous breakfast. Great location to stay and explore Paris from. We stayed in room 2214 which had the best views of Paris. Would definitely stay here again as its a good location. Lots of reasonably priced restaurants nearby too.

Excellent modern business hotel with an attentive staff. The hotel is immediately opposite to the Air France airport bus stop. The views of Paris from our 21st floor room were amazing. The only downside to British guests is that there are no coffee and tea making facilities in the rooms.

Rooms seem to be best on one side of the hotel than the other. I have stayed around 5 times now as it is close to where i work and get the feeling that the more modern rooms are on the business side. Breakfast could be better but the beds are amazing!

This hotel is very conveniently located near several subway, trains and bus stations as well as animated area that offers plenty of restaurant and coffee places. Condition of the hotel is very good. Rooms are very clean, functional and comfortable; especially the bedding. Will definitely consider it again for next trip in they area.

I'll start with the good. Checkin staff despite the late hour were pleasant and patient. Breakfast was reasonable, good pastries. Location was good for exploring the city (RER and metro stations nearby). Montparnasse tower is a must see vantage point for the city only a block away. Good selection of restaurants nearby as well. Now the bad. First room […] we received had mold in the shower grout. Not something you expect from a 4 star hotel. Second room was flooded (not kidding, one step in the carpet was soaked and water was dripping from the ceiling). We were even willing to upgrade to their deluxe or superior rooms but the upkeep of those rooms weren't any better, mold again. We finally found a room that was ok, clean, minimal mold in the grout but certainly not 4 star quality. Every single room the furniture was showing signs of excessive wear with no proper maintenance, some walls were discoloured despite what obviously was a newly done rennovation. I've been in 3 star hotels that have been better maintained, this hotel is barely a three star. One night we felt tired and wanted to order room service, to our surprise we couldn't find the phone! Turns out, they forgot to put one in our room. At least they sent someone up quickly to put one in. It's not like the people before us had absonded with the phone, no the guy actually had to rewire something to get the phone to work, so it was never installed? My wife's phone charger went missing from the room. It wasn't something we had considered worth locking in the safe. We reported it at checkout and the manager found us a "left behind" charger except we will need to use it back home with a plug adaptor. booked through hotels.com for family room. hotel did not have one available but was very helpful in giving us two adjoining rooms. Service was courteous and rooms clean. Breakfast included which was "american " style with good service and plenty of variety. Good location near the metro.
