The hotel was fun, funky, and fesh. I enjoyed my stay. It had a young and modern vibe to it. The staff was friendly and helpful, the restaurant was pretty good (as far as your typical 'hotel gormet' is concerned) and I was overall very pleased. The hottub however was really gross -not recommended.

The good: The hotel is as beautiful as the pictures describe. The rooms were clean. The bad: The receptionist had zero personality and was not friendly at all. She changed us from 2 adjoining with 2 beds each to a king and a double. When I asked her to please put us in 2 - 2 beds because we had 4 adults and 4 children (as my reservation indicated), […] she acted agitated, as if I was bothering her. Now for the ugly...I choose to stay in nicer hotels so that I can enjoy a good nights rest with my family...that certainly did not happen in this hotel. The noise got progressively louder beginning at 11pm until around 3am...yelling and screaming - coming from the main lobby area, people literally banging pot lids together, etc. Perhaps we picked the wrong time to go. Perhaps it was "party all night, sleep all day" weekend and we weren't notified in advance. Either way, I was extremely disappointed (and tired too). Подробнее

Beautiful, recently remodeled hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. We were delighted with everything except the beds, which were disappointing to of us. We did not sleep very well in them. If they improved that the stay would be perfect. The breakfast buffet was very nice.

This is a beautiful hotel. From the minute you walk into the lobby, you appreciate the elegance of the hotel. All of the staff whom we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. We arrived around 3:30 in the afternoon and checked in quickly with no problems. The only reason I gave room comfort a 4 would be that we personally think the bathroom could […] be larger. It is quite cramped and we're just used to being able to spread out a bit more. NOT a reason to not book this hotel by any means! There is a mall within walking distance and there's about any type of food you're looking for 5 or 10 minutes away. Ask at the front desk and they have a printout of restaurants and bars in the area along with the addresses and phone numbers. We were here on our wedding anniversary and just the atmosphere of the hotel alone was romantic. We would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Подробнее

Beautiful, if slightly dated, architecturally speaking, hotel. Entering the massive lobby and ascending the glass-enclosed elevators is a pleasant but rather long journey to your room. Every convenience you'd expect, nicely updated and lots of room. VERY comfy pillow-top type beds, loads of pillows. Friendly staff...the only complaint was the desk clerk […] Dellie, who was very friendly and seemingly competent, told us reakfast would be served "from 6am tomorrow morning" (we checked in Friday evening). The next morning, Saturday, no breakfast available until after 7am. Having to catch an early flight, we did without. Not even coffee or tea. We had booked the breakfast-included rate. What a fantastic place to stay. Staff was great and room was super clean and large. We ate breakfast there once and it was very good. Will stay here again without a doubt.

The room was clean and comfortable. The facilities were excellent. My children enjoyed the indoor salt-water pool and my wife loved the gym and spa. Located near great shopping and entertainment venues.

This is a beautiful hotel! My only complaint is that there was a few hairs in the shower. Other than that, the location was excellent, the service was amazing, everyone was friendly, and the entire place was gorgeous! My kids (5 and 9) thought it was the fanciest place on the world. Lol

If you think you can check into your room on time, this isn't the place for you. The front desk staff were incredibly unfriendly and ineffectual, I had to call in to get results.....Check in time was 3:00, we got our room at 4:15 and had to rush to make it to our event at 4:30.

Wife and I stayed here overnight after a performance at the Cobb Energy Center. Very convenient, very close! If you're attending a convention, it's attached so you're good. The hotel lobby is the most impressive thing about the hotel. You can basically see everything, including the floors from the inside. Beautifully decorated and modern. Bar is there, […] coffee, restaurant... but by the time we got there at 11:30 it was all closed so they aren't like bars on the street. The room wasn't very impressive. It was like stepping back in time about 10 years. We stayed in room 327 on the third floor, and it was small, had a handicapped shower, and the decor was outdated. They are renovating the floors above. I don't know if they are moving from the top down, but they should. BUT, the bed was super comfortable, the tv is big (even though LG's suck) and I paid for breakfast with our stay which was an awesome deal. Would have come to forty bucks without it! Breakfast was tasty buffet with excellent service (Aquasia you are The Man! Sorry if I got your name wrong!), and really sold us on going back... with a stay on a higher floor. ;~) Подробнее

My stay at the hotel was good but could have been better. My room was very clean and the beds were the best beds I have ever slept on. The services needs alot of improving in my opinion. The ladies that clean the rooms were very nice and respected your privacy, but the services for breakfast and the bellmans were need to go back through training to […] learn how to talk and service the guest. The lady at the breakfast area had a nasty attitude with me because my name was not on the free breakfast buffet list, and looked at me like I was stupid and couldn't afford this service, so I had to call Expedia to make a complaint about the situation and after the front desk and this lady were told by Expedia that I suppose to get free breakfast with my stay their attitudes changed. The bellmans didn't even help me with my luggage checking in or out. They did open the doors at the hotel but I bet it was just because of my beautiful wife. I arrived late so there was no valet to park our car. The worst thing was the loud noise from remodeling. It began early in the morning and interrupted our sleep. It made it impossible to enjoy the experience.

Very nice hotel with great staff from the front desk to the bar waitress. Arrived late, asked front desk person to hold our bags while we went to the bar for a late snack and drink. It was a nice end to a long day and our next day was more of the same.

My family and I stayed there for 2 nights and had the continental breakfast that the hotel provided. My family and I choose to eat at the buffet and the breakfast tasted very good. I must admit I was suprisingly pleased. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean but outdated. But the overall stay was nice.

We had a hard time getting the temperature in the room comfortable, but heavy comforter and blankets kept us warm if it was too cold. Recommend getting the breakfast package. For $10 you really can't beat it. A little far from the airport, but worth the 30 minute drive to be in such a nice hotel.

This place is ritzy! I attended a 2 day conference in the attached convention center. Hundreds of us spent about 3 days in this hotel with a few taking a quick trip to the mall which is a 7minute walk across the pedestrian bridge. Our event will be there again next year and I can't wait!

Stayed here for a Friday-Saturday tech conference. The conference facilities were great with one exception -- WiFi is not free in the hotel rooms and (for our conference) was not available in the conference facilities. This was an inexpensive regional conference which did not have a budget for purchasing the facility WiFi for all attendees, so YMMV […] depending on the conference. The lobby had free WiFI though. The room was great and furniture comfortable. Big plus was extra outlets (for laptop, etc) available by the desk and armchair, although no outlets were available bedside to charge my phone at night. The room was clean except on first entering I noticed a few hair or two in a corner of the shower, but that was minor and cleaned properly the next day. The hotel and conference spaces featured very large indoor spaces that were great to just be in. Walking out of your room, the "hallway" is really a balcony looking out on the full hotel height open air lounge. There were no long & claustrophobic hallways normally found in hotels. Plenty of seating in the lobby/lounge and attached mall and restaurants are great. The lady working the front desk at night told me there was a free airport shuttle every hour on the hour starting at 6am; however, she did not tell me the shuttle does not run on weekends. Fortunately I was up early enough on Sunday check-out to discover this and make other arrangements. I would definitely return to this hotel given the choice. Подробнее

It was in a great area with lots of shopping and restaurants. Easy access to the interstate and other main roads in the area. Rooms were clean and the hotel staff were excellent.
