This hotel was unbelievably loud. People fought day and night and you could hear everything. I was working 12 hrs a day and did not get good rest. Seemed to be only 1 person on duty most of the time. Will never stay at americas best value again!

ROOM WAS OK CARPET IN VERY BAD SHAPE CIGARETTE BURNS STOOL IN BATHROOM VERY CRAMPED SPACE THE ROOM HAD A TV BUT NO REMOTE CALLED DESK BUT DID NOT RECEIVE ONE

For the price it was good. Kitchen wasn't fully stocked. Had one pot to cookk in and pop machines didn't work. It was very clean and staff was hreat.

Ok for the price. Bathroom was very small, sink was too. It was quiet and I got a good nights sleep.

We were given a room and by the time we got there and looked around, we received a phone call stating we were given a non-smoking room by mistake, we had requested a smoking room. So we went back to the office & were given a another room for smokers, The carpet, the couch, chair were all stained and very dirty looking, felt uncomfortable sitting in […] the main room as I felt very unclean in that room. Ice machine is in the office only, long way from where I room was. Location was convenient, but was also surrounded by 3 other hotels which is where we will be staying next time. We reserved and payed for a Queen Suite on the ground floor pool side. My wife and my self both have problems walking very far so we wanted a place we could park our motorcycle and walk to the room and the pool a short distance. When we arrived they put us in a first floor double room. Not a suite and it had 2 double beds. When we called the desk they […] tried to tell us this was an upgrade? I don't think so. We finally argued with them and called our booking company and got a King suite on the second floor. In a 2nd building way away from the pool. The Pool was never used since we so far away and kids we running wild all day and night. On the second day we left our towels outside for exchange and they took them but didn't bring any new ones. We finally had to get the night clerk to bring us up some at 10 pm. This place will never see me or my money again. Подробнее

We have three kids and it is hard to find a hotel that can comfortably house all of us in one room. Now we had to find somewhere that would also let us bring our small dog, Bailey. He was welcome and we were able to have plenty of beds for the whole family. HUGE Kitchen with full size appliances, central heat and air, parking close by room. We booked two non-smoking rooms. One room was clearly a smoking room and reaked of cigarettes. The other room, the air conditioner didn't work and we sweltered all night long. The place was run down and not well cared for at all. It was convenient to our location which was why we chose it. We would NEVER stay here again.

I guess I should have paid more. When they include "suite" in the title of the hotel you would think they would at least have one or two comfortable chairs in the room.

Got a room in Tulsa, Oklahoma, air conditioner couldn't keep up and staff lied about having a hot tub, got there and there wasn't one, very disappointing!

The place was located very close to food and shopping and other major hotels and motels. The price was great because all I needed was a place to rest for the night. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. I would come back to them if I should ever need a place to lay my head again while traveling. My husband and I needed a place to stay for the night as we had some work being done in our home. By us being locals and didn't need the room for any lengthy amount of time we decided to go as economical as possible but still wanted a decent level of comfort. We arrived to check in during the evening hours. Upon entering the lobby we saw a line of 4 […] people waiting to check in. There was only 1 desk clerk working who was EXTREMELY slow!! Roughly 30 minutes of waiting it was finally our turn. Just as the clerk started to take our info there was a gentleman waiting at the other end of the desk who asked for towels. The clerk told him he would have to wait until he finished the check-in. My husband then interjected to tell the clerk to go ahead and get the towels for him. The clerk stated it would be a time consuming process since the towels weren't separated. He then checked us in SLOWLY. Once he finished by this time there were several others waiting to check in. The gentleman waiting for the towels stepped forward when we were done assuming he would get service. The clerk rudely told the man he would have to check in the others in line. The gentleman then got angry (rightfully so) and started demanding service. We walked out to the two of them going back and forth. My husband and I didn't go directly to our room for the night. One we did return, completely exhausted and ready for bed, we climbed to the 3rd floor to find out our room key didn't work. Went to the office to correct the problem. The clerk on duty at that time said he was made aware by the previous clerk that our keys wouldn't work because he told us the wrong room number. As we hiked back to the correct room we opened the door to a room that looked like something straight from a low budget trash movie. The curtains in the livingroom were hanging by very few of the hooks. The sofa looked like it had been pulled from a dumpster. The carpet was utterly disgusting!! They don't have them in the rooms, and the one at the desk doesn't work. The maids have some, so if you need one, ask for it as soon as you arrive. Check-in took way too long, especially since the room was already paid for. The lobby is rather uninviting. The hotel itself is huge, apparently used to be a big apartment complex. So the rooms have kitchens […] which is nice for an extended stay. It'll take you a little while to learn your way around the place. Housekeeping didn't clean our room after the first night. Maybe they just don't clean rooms every day. I didn't really care, but some clean towels might have been nice. Also there were no hand towels. Two bath towels to a room. Water dripped into our bathroom (tiny) from the apartment above. We asked a roving housekeeper for another packet of coffee, but she didn't have any. You can get a cup in the lobby till about 9. There's no breakfast. The bed was not the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in, and it was nice there was a TV in the bedroom as well as the living area of the suite. A car was stolen from the parking lot the second night we stayed there. The hotel was convenient to the Expo Center, but if I ever go to Tulsa again I think I'll pick another place to stay. We arrived late on the 23rd of March and after checking in, we went to get our bags out of our vehicle and upon getting on the elevator we were imediatley overcome with a terribly strong smell of marajuana in the elevator. to say the least it was a little unsettleing. After we got into our suite we found that the ceiling in the bathroom closest to the […] front door was leaking water and making a mess on the floor, however it was not an emergency as it was not a flooding type situation. It mainly was just keeping the tile wet and was not effecting the new carpet that had recently been installed in the room. At ten at night I would not have expected the manager to come up and want to see it and interupt our preparations for getting ready to go to bed, having been up for over fifteen hours I was ready to go to bed. When the night manager showed up at ten fifteen he wanted to see what was going on and at that time the young lady staying in that room was in that bathroom taking a shower. the manager acted as if it were an emergency and insisted on seeing what was goin on. I absolutely understand his wanting to know what the situation was but I did not appreciate his short and impersonal and non sympathetic attitude for our needs which were to get settled for the evening and go to bed after a long day of bein up. The hotel was substandard even for the price. My iron lack the amenities stated on your website. I had an ironing board, but no iron. No continental breakfast, just a coffee pot. I stayed two days. The suite was very roomy and comfy. It was stocked with utensils to cook with. The area is safe and close to entertainment. Check in was simple and quick. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Great quality room for the price.
