Останавливались в этом отеле на 5 дней. Все понравилось. Прекрасное месторасположение, в самом сердце Амстердама. Обслуживание на высоком уровне. Хорошие завтраки, чистота в номерах. Все очень доброжелательны. Ни одной отрицательной эмоции за всю поездку.

Превосходное расположение прямо рядом с дворцом на площади Дам и в нескольких минутах ходьбы от магазинов и центрального железнодорожного вокзала. В отеле проводился ремонт, и декор внутреннего интерьера коридоров был немного устаревшим, но, в целом, номера были чистыми и обновленными, и обслуживание было хорошее. отель расположен в центре, на главной улице, где происходит все интересное, очень хорошие номера с балконом, чистота и гостеприимство персонала отеля. Очень близко к железнодорожному вокзалу, торговым улицам и местам, которые стоит посетить.

Моя пятая поездка в Амстердам, и каждый раз я останавливаюсь в разных отелях. Без сомнения это был мой любимый отель. Идеальное расположение, чрезвычайно услужливый и дружелюбный персонал, я не могу перестать нахваливать это место. Чуть более дорогой, чем большинство отелей, но, по моему мнению, он того стоит.

Красивый отель, близко от всего. Обслуживание за завтраком можно было бы улучшить, но разве кто-то приезжает в Амстердам, чтобы позавтракать?

Мы недавно останавливались на 5 ночей в Свиссотеле в Амстердаме. Нам действительно очень понравилось. Номера были очень современные, чистые, комфортабельные, хорошо оснащенные и довольно большие. Они были большого размера даже по американским стандартам. Сотрудники на стойке регистрации постоянно были веселые и услужливые, что было большим плюсом. Завтрак […] был превосходный и по разумной цене. Спортзал был хорошо оснащен для отеля, к своему удивлению я смог выполнить большую часть своей обычной программы упражнений. И цена была очень разумная. В то время в отеле происходил ремонт мест общественного пользования, поэтому кое-где были видны следы незавершенных работ. Возможно, они снизили стоимость проживания в это время, хотя это особо ни на что не повлияло. Расположение стоит упомянуть. Прямо на площади Дам. Что означает очень удобное расположение с прямым выходом на площадь и ко всем местам вокруг нее. Также это означает, что место молодежное, много людей и все расчитано на туристов-бэкпекеров. Энергия вокруг вполне позитивная и счастливая, ничего опасного нет, но если вам нужно более благородное или престижное окружение, то вам не сюда. Вспомните Таймс-сквер в Нью-Йорке. Подробнее

Отель правда ОЧЕНЬ дорогой. За те деньги, что я заплатил, я ожидал ГОРАЗДО большего. Номер был, в действительности, очень стандартный. И в дополнение к высокой цене, содержимое мини-бара не входило в стоимость номера, 3 фунта стерлингов за банку кока-колы! Отель находился прямо в центре города. За исключением некоторых небольших косметических штрихов в связи с ремонтом, было чисто и красиво. Номер был маленьким, но очень комфортабельным, и в нем было все необходимое. Выбор гипоаллергенных подушек - милый жест. При возможности остановлюсь здесь в следующий раз, когда приеду в Амстердам.

Despite early morning arrival, room was ready within an hour. Reception staff was great and very professional - within a day, they knew our names and greeted us throughout the stay always making sure we had everything we need. We stayed for two days, then did a side trip to Salzburg, and returned for another two days. We stored our excess luggage at […] the hotel while gone at the hotel. Location is excellent - once we figured out the tram system. From Central Station, it was easy to get a 48 hour Tram Pass (just outside the station) and catch either the 4, 9, 16 or 25 Tram to Dam Square where it stops right in front of the hotel (about only 3-4 blocks from Central Station but a decent walk nonetheless with luggage)! Business and Fitness Center on 2nd Floor were wonderful. The hotel is around the corner from Dam Square so not right on top of all the activity. The only complaint is that having booked a double room with a double bed we were given single beds pushed together.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Perfect location, walking distance to central station, Dam square and others spots. We got a good a deal for the nights without breakfast, but we had breakfast at nearby places every morning. Can really recommend the hotel and if next time we go to Amsterdam we will most likely stay at Swissotel.

Very pleasant stay. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful with booking trips, restaurant recommendations and transportation. Very easy to reach, most centrally located hotel. Its equipped with different commodities that might make your stay very pleasant. I strongly recommend this hotel and not only for business travel. Price is very good for all that offers.

The hotel offered a good room to a good price and the location was excellent for us, since we were there to look at the city centre and all of the sights. Even with a crowded street out front, out room located in the back was very quiet and we had the window open all night. We rented bikes from the hotel and had a wonderful day trip around the outer parts of Amsterdam, the ones you never see if you just walk. There were many good restaurants around, one of which we just have to share: CAU - an Argentinian meat restaurant across the square (about 200m walk) offered one of the best meals I have ever had. excellent hotel in the heart of Amsterdam, exceptional value

It is simple. If you pay more then avarage, you expect more. The swisshotel is not that bad, free coffee on the room is actually kind of nice. But if the bathroom floor looks and is dirty and the room looks like it should cost you at least 100 Euro per night less then its clear that you are not that satisfied with you choise of accomodation. I have […] been to 79Euro per night business hotels that are way better then the swisshotels. Its not that I am the most detail oriented person (like my girlfriend who is much more dissatisfied with the hotel then I am) but it was obvious that you can not take that kind of money for this hotel. The Swissotel in Amsterdam is ideally located near all the Central city attractions. The Centraal train station is 10 minutes away. The Flower Market is close by. You can walk to a broad range of restaurants. The hotel is clean and modern by Swiss standards with comfortable beds, superb bathrooms and large windows. The staff is professional and helpful […] and can speak any language needed to help the guest. I was able to get help with directions to a local market and restaurants. A very nice hotel, very clean and comfortable. The location was outstanding. Close to everything. One little bad point was that my room was looking out into a shop stairway where people were always looking in but didnt spend much time in the room so wasnt to bad. I would stay here again but would ask for a room with a view.

We enjoyed our stay at the Swissotel, has everything you need. Staff friendly and helpful. Very good location on Dam Square. Excessively priced internet but they have a business centre with three computers and printer which was handy. Can hear other guests coming and going and cleaners in the morning - rooms could be better soundproofed.

Great hotel. Wonderful and helpful staff. Great location. Only gripe is that there isn't an electrical outlet near the bed (I use a breathing machine to sleep). Had to move the bed across the room to plugin my machine.

Step out of hotel into the middle of everything fun and exciting. Look out your window and see the hustle and bustle of the city. Internet room stayed stocked with yummy treats. We had 2 types of apples, mixed nuts, white and dark chocolate, PLUS unlimited orange juice and water.

Great hotel to stay at! Clean and right in the middle of Dam Square, which is right in the middle of everything! The junior suite i got was amazing, huge room and completely comfortable, exactly what i needed to end my wonderful stay in Amsterdam. The staff was freidnly and the connecting restuarant was great at delivering room service fast and tasty! […] I would defintiel;y stay here again and probably get the same room, that room was just so nice, they have pillow serive too, which i fell in love with, their support pillows are great, i need to go buy me one! The shower was perfect, adjustable height of the shower head and it wasnt a fixed one so it was great when i washed my long hair, i could use it handheld! The hotel is in a very noisy neighborhood with street musicians with amplifiers playing outside the windows until 2 or 3 in the morning. the expensive internet systme only allows one isp address so you can not use your computer and your iphone - a truly stupid system that limits the hotel as a business hotel. very dissappinting.

The hotel staff where very friendly and polite, room was comfortable but on the very small side, no where to unpack the case and store clothes or the suitcases. The in house safe was locked by a previous occupier and only the Manager could reset but he was obviously very busy and we had to wait a few hrs for it to be reset. Other than that, the room […] was clean and comfortable with lots of little touches that made you feel welcome - bottles of water and mints left on bedside cabinets, little essentials like nail files etc left in the bathroom. Great hotel, great location. I would stay again. The only down side was the noise from the workmen below. So if your about to go make sure your not on the first floor at the back of the hotel.

I consider myself as a traveller who has travelled extensively and the staff of Swissôtel Amsterdam is one of the best I ever met. Location is excellent. The room was big and confortable, airconditioned with a city street view. We got two free bottles of water every day (except Sat) and we got a Bowl of Fruits from the general manager at the first night […] and a welcome letter. I liked it. The hotel offers a terrific location right on Dam Square with lots of action right at hand. Restaurants, bars and shopping abound in the area. The service is excellent and the executive rooms are nice even if gkod Internet access ios pricey. Stay away from the exorbitantly priced laundry service.

It was fantastic weekend. The hotel is in very good position.About 10min walk from the Central station,and around the corner of the Dam Square. Rooms are small but comfortable with the tee and coffe machine.Very nice and clean.Just outside you have tram stop so you can travel whereever you want to. It is a very good place to stay.

The only reason this hotel does not get a perfct score is that the building itself has a very shoddy appearance. When I first got on my floor I got teally concerned but the room itself was very nice. took my girlfriend away for her birthday and i chose this hotel as i stayed there in december and enjoyed my stay and this time was just as good and my girlfriend was well impressed with the hotel and its location, if i ever go back to the dam again i will stay here.

Arrived only to be told they were overbooked even though my room was pre-paid. Said they would pay for a taxi and send me to the Radisson Blu. Waited nearly an hour for the cab, by the time we checked in at the Radisson nearly all restaurants were closed and we walked forever to find one that would serve us. our room was very nice, however the public spaces are under a remodel. daytime noise and workman running around. staff was excellent. morning breakfast very nice. wifi signal very spotty. i had to sit in the hallway to get reception. i would stay there again after remodel is complete.

Staff was very friendly, and helpful. When asked about the breakfast (which was 20 EUR), directed me down the street to a bakery where I could get better food, for MUCH cheaper. convenient location. quality is somewhat lacking. elevator doors have peeling plastic - very unattractive. breakfast was only so-so. getting someone's attention to serve coffee was VERY difficult.
