Had to change rooms at 1am, due to non smoking room smelling like smoke...Front counter clerk was great, but have been professional for the manager to check in with us the next day...Also, we had the do not disturb sign on door til right before 10am...so we didn't get room cleaned or clean towels...Coming all the way from Kansas City,Kansas....I expected […] better stay... This hotel continues to provide the best rates after coming there for the last 4 years. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable! We always get a good nights rest when we stay.

We weren't sure what to expect since this hotel had one of the lowest prices but were more than pleasantly surprised to find that this was truly a great hotel at an even better price. The staff was super friendly and the room was much more spacious than we expected from the outside. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone in the area!

i enjoyed my stay

For the price range this hotel was definitely one of the best we have stayed at. Hotel clerks were were very helpful. There a problem with the internet connection and the hotel printer and they did everything to solve all of our problems. Breakfast was awesome and as good as breakfast at Embassy Suites

It was a nice big room. Friendly staff, decent breakfast, clean, good price. I thought the bed was comfortable. My daughter thought hers was too firm. It was an easy drive into Spartanburg. A little confusing getting from town to the hotel the first time, but not too bad.

This hotel was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a hard time finding the hotel, initially, because of the roundabout in the area, but once we learned how to navigate it, all was well. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved this place...it was affordable, and very nice. The customer service was professional and friendly. You definitely get way more than what you pay for!!!

Great price point, very clean in need of some maintenance repairs.

Even though we had reserved the room weeks in advance we were given a handicap room. Though not a huge problem the bathroom mirror was set very low and hard to see in. Other than that the room was great!

We stayed two nights. They were friendly, helpful, and eager to please. Rooms were fantastic and comfortable. There's a great restaurant right next to the hotel. Great country cooking, and all served on several long hot bars and a salad bar. Can't wait to go back.

The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were clean. The only problem we had was the bed itself. First we booked a king room and were told it was a king room but was clearly a queen size bed. So I went to the desk and told them that it was a queen bed and not a king bed. She said she knew that, they called it a king bed but it was really a queen!! […] That did not make sense at all. All that would have been fine, and just to interject here that I have stayed at many hotels over the years and honestly am not that fussy - but these were the hardest beds I have ever slept on. It was one of those nights that you can't wait to get over! So if you do not mind not getting any sleep then this hotel would be just fine (as long as you are only looking for a queen bed!). I made a last minute reservation to attend a funeral, so location was very important. This hotel was positioned less than 5 minutes from most of the places that I visited during my stay. Moreover, the front desk staff made a great impression. I would visit the hotel again.

Hotel was very easy to find. Located within 5, 10, and 15 min. of great places to eat. The room was very nice with really comfy pillows! And the breakfast was great and a lot more than I was expecting. Hot and cold options and a large dining space. Fantastic price. Would stay here again.

They were very accomodating because we were there for sport event on Sunday afternoon and allowed us a late check out time. This made our stay much nicer.

Room was clean and comfortable. Good value for price. Would stay again.

The staff was pleasant and helpful, the hotel was nice and the grounds were well kept. There were a number of places to eat that were within walking distance. The breakfast was well stocked and had a number of different choices, so it was more than your standard hotel breakfast. All-in-all it was a good hotel for the price. This was a great room for a great price!! Very comfortable and affordable! The continental breakfast was fantastic; excellent variety. The staff was exceptionally nice!! I will definitely stay here again without a doubt!!

From the moment I checked in, everyone at this hotel treated me very well. The hotel itself was clean, well maintained and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. All in all, a great stay.

They have a very honest staff. I left my briefcase in the parking lot annd they held it for me and nothing was taken even though it contained some very value able things.

I had no problems. Felt safe. Nice staff. Decent breakfast but with very few protein choices (Peanut butter was it!).

Stayed overnight on a weekend for a sporting event. Hotel was easy to find, clean, comfortable and I felt safe traveling with my child. Breakfast was better than expected. What surprised me was the true friendliness of staff. Nice job crew! I'll definitely choose this location if travel brings me that way.
