Отель мне понравился. Номер убирался регулярно. Белье менялось, мне показалось, каждый день. Притензий к отелю нет. Предраться было не к чему.

Отличнейший отель. Расположение прекрасное: рядом (2 минуты пешком или около 100 метров) метро, которое очень удобно в плане "добраться" до любой точки манхеттана, всего 2 станции до манхэттана и эта ветка пересекается почти со всеми, что очень удобно. У нас был номер с видом на Манхэттан и мост. В номере кофеварка со всеми необходимыми причиндалами, удобная кровать. Отель такого класса на Манхэттане будет стоить как минимум в 2 раза дороже, лино я не вижу необходимости переплачивать, т.к. все очень близко. В следующий раз остановимся в нем же.

Сам вид отеля УЖЕ приятен для глаза.Приекрасное расположение,до всех знаменитых мест рукой (ногой подать).Номер был на 31 этаже,отличный вид на город!! Номера чистые,стоит плазма в номере,белье белоснежное.Рекомендую!!!

Великолепная гостиница. Великолепное расположение. Комнаты очень чистые, декорированы в стиле модерн. Плюс, если вы не думаете, что проживание в центре Манхэттена даст вам подлинный опыт жителя Нью-Йорка, подумайте еще раз - каждый житель Нью-Йорка знает о знаменитой тележке Халяль на пересечении 53-й и 6-й, которая открывается в 9 вечера. Это очень […] вкусно, и это прямо у порога гостиницы. Кроме того, вы всего в нескольких минутах от пробежки по Центральному парку и от пекарни Магнолия, которая находится прямо через улицу. Единственным недостатком являются старые изображения Элмо и Микки-Мауса, которые непонятно почему разделяют сейчас часть 6 Авеню. Избегайте их, и вы не будете ни о чем сожалеть. Подробнее
Потерял время в поисках отеля из-за какого-то фестиваля в трех кварталах перед отелем Хилтон. Вынужден был объехать квартал вокруг несколько раз, чтобы найти дорогу в отель, но не смог. В общем, я припарковался и пошел пешком через главный вход, чтобы выяснить, как мне попасть туда вместе с машиной. В конце концов, мы туда попали. Все это дополнительно […] заняло 30 минут. Я заказал коктейль Dirty Martini в баре отеля. Я и я совершенно не получил то, что ожидал. Оливки "все для отеля Хилтон" были начинены сыром с голубой плесенью. Бррррррр! Комната была замечательная - чистая, большая и удобная. Тем не менее, в комнате был намек на запах сигаретного дыма, хотя весь отель был для некурящих. В ванной отсутствовала система вентиляции (видимо, чтобы препятствовать курению), поэтому требовалось время, чтобы дать зеркалу отпотеть. Также плохо работал слив воды в ванной. Это было самое классное место, и мы чувствовали себя в безопасности в этом отеле. Когда я вернусь в Нью Йорк, я опять остановлюсь в этом отеле. Персонал был очень вежливый и любезный. Все достопримечательности были в пешей досягаемости: Рокфеллер Центр, Радио Сити Холл, театральный квартал, Таймс Сквер, Центральный парк и т.д. Прекрасная гостиница с очень располагающим персоналом. Единственный момент, который меня взволновал, это стоимость парковки, она была очень дорогой и значительно больше, чем я ожидал. Должна быть какая-то скидка для гостей отеля на использование соседнего гаража.

Наша группа состояла из 10 человек, и мы получили билеты на Grey Line Bus тур через консьержа. Она продала нам билеты на многоязыковой тур (который мы не смогли бы понять), а автобусная компания отказалась их поменять. Мы были вынуждены идти обратно в отель и слушать ее оправдания о том, почему она закодировала наши билеты неправильно. Она вернула нам […] деньги только после того, как я потребовал возмещения и сказал, что не хочу слышать никаких ее извинений. Это случилось в четверг, 2 июня, поздним утром. "В отеле Хилтон Нью-Йорк есть все и еще кое-что"
Мы были очень довольны этим отелем. Персонал был действительно отличный, очень вежливый, заботливый и приятный. Наша комната была на 24 этаже, и из нее открывался вид на Центральный парк. В номере был мини бар, на территории отеля - автомобильная парковка, магазины и забегаловки, кафе Старбакс, и опять-таки, все с улыбкой. Как мило. Место, место, место… […] Короткая прогулка приведет ко всем достопримечательностям, включая Таймс Сквер и Театральный квартал. Я определенно остановлюсь здесь еще раз. Единственный минус, который нужно упомянуть, это то, что стены комнаты были несколько тонкими, так что мы могли слышать семью с маленьким ребенком, живущую в соседнем номере.., так что если вы не крепко спите это может быть для вас проблемой. Мы не пользовались услугами отеля, но это хороший отель, и комната была большая, хорошо декорированная, очень комфортная, с большими удобными кроватями. Мне понравилось наше короткое пребывание.

Все в отеле располагало начиная от стойки регистрации до горничных. Комната была очень чистой. Отель идеально подходит для проведения встреч.

The room was appropriate and generally comfortable, with large-size drawers for personal items, and met expectations except the web site indicates that coffee and tea is available in the room. No more. The desk indicated that the hotel was in the process of removing all the coffee-tea makers from rooms. The hotel does not have a restaurant open to serve […] dinner and the Starbuck's Cafe attached stops serving at 5:30. The bar was open but not adequate for a guest wishing to have dinner. "Good, but not great"
The hotel is old, the rooms need updating, the towels need a good washing, and it is overpriced but you can't beat the location. It's right in the heart of Manhattan where all the action is.

I loved this hotel. The location was perfect, the rooms were large (for NY) and clean, and the service was phenominal. I read reviews about the elevators being slow, but we had no trouble with that at all. My girlfriends and I stayed there for a mini-reunion/girls-trip and we LOVED the bartenders in the hotel bar. The room was a lot smaller this time compared to our last stay. We we near the service elevator and could hear it all night long!!! There was also tooth paste on the wall. But over all it was fine.
Very nice for a weekend stay. Clean room. Wasn't impressed with iron and ironing board which was needed after my flight.

Location was great. Hotel was clean and friendly. Beds were pretty narrow making it uncomfortable sharing a bed with another person. Hotel restaurant was very expensive...$34 per person for a buffet breakfast. We ended up getting breakfast at the Deli & Grill across the street from the hotel.

Hotel worked beautifully for our stay - close to everything in Midtown and Subway stops. Great price due to the fact that the hotel is quite dated in decor...that said, it was a wonderful value. I would definitely stay there again. Try the White Martini in the downstairs bar - delicious.

Awesome family getaway! Only rated it 4 stars because I have never been to a 5 star hotel and I imagine they do something amazing that I don't even know about.

This was my first time in New York and I had a wonderful time. The Hilton hotel is located right in the heart of Manhattan. I had a wonderful time and was very pleased with the hotel.

The Hilton has a good reputation. Hotel is centrally located to many venues-restaurants, museum, historical sites and office. Was able to mix some business with family vacation. Staff is very professional, helpful and nice.

Lovely Hotel only fault it was a family room with four people with only three towels supplied.
Room was very, very small. Smallest room I've ever stayed in anywhere.

Great location, close to many must see sights. Hotel itself is of average standard compared to others from same chain. Room was clean, however, toilets/restrooms in public areas (ground up to 5th floor) were invariably in a disgusting situation.

Just spend three days in this hotel with the four of us (two kids, 8 and 10). Had a room with two queen beds. For the four of us it was just fine, although queen beds are always a little to small for a family with two kids. But that has little to do with the hotel, more with our budget :). We had breakfast in the Deli around the corner and did almost […] everything walking. The hotel is very central to a lot of nice things: Times Square, 5th ave, Central park. We even walked to the Empire State (get the express pass: it saves time!). For us, New York is a city where you don't spend time in the hotel, so we didn't get a lot of experience with it: beds and room are good/great; staff is friendly, doormen are very friendly and give good advice. "Really nice"
I've stayed in quite a lot of hotels in New York. This stay was for one night with a girlfriend. It was the least expensive hotel I could find with two Queen beds. I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby was huge and beautiful, the room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice, I asked for late check out and they gave it to me for free […] until 4pm. This hotel was not expensive at all and it was absolutely beautiful. It was immaculately clean and decorated very nicely. Everything about it was wonderful.

"Good hotel in an excellent location in Manhatten"
I would have give this hotel a perfect rating but they forgot or neglected to clean our room on one occasion. Other than that it is a great hote in an excellent location. The staff is friendly and they work hard to keep you happy. Room service was good and the food was very good.
