Nice safe feeling area. Outside hot tub closes at 10 instead of 11 like the room info packet says. Also not all rooms have microwave & fridge, ours had fridge only. Overall room was clean & roomy for the price.

Our stay was wonderful. Everyone was very nice. I didn't pass one hotel staff member who didn't ask how everything was and say hi. The town was great with easy access to 85 and75. Everything was as advertised.

I often stay here for work. The service is always friendly and excellent, but the hotel itself feels a bit tired. The food is ok if you don't feel like going anywhere - there's a good bar and a good restaurant opposite.

We stopped for a Sat eve on our way to Florida. The hotel was perfect. Inexpensive, and right across the street from the charming village area where we had a late dinner. Would definitely stop here again!

Customer service was excellent from the staff. Otherwise, there could be a few improvements made at the hotel. At check in, we were given a room on the second floor down a long hall, and realized it was a wheelchair-accessible room (noted by the shower with no enclosing walls or entrance way). Also, the tile floor coming out of the shower was slightly […] sloped, presumably for drainage. But, there was no drain in the floor for the water to go. Besides, if someone were in a wheelchair, why would such a room be so far from elevators? We returned to the front desk, and they assigned us a different room. The room was comfortable with a king bed, and a nice layout. There was a mini-fridge inside a cabinet, which came in handy during our stay there. Above that was a little coffee set-up. However, the usefulness of the slide-out tray it sat on was not helpful since the electric cord from the coffee maker was too short (from where it plugged into the wall) to let the machine slide out to pour the water into. We opted at first for the coffee at the breakfast buffet downstairs, but it was really awful - could not drink more than a couple of sips. Luckily, we found a Starbucks just down the block. The pool itself was clean, but the hot tub was green with algae build-up. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, but could definitely use some improvements in a few areas. At this point in time, I would not recommend it - there are other nice options in the area. Подробнее

We were there for a wedding and I thought it was in a nice location. Check in was easy and friendly. The room is clean and spacious so I was pleased. One suggestion, sofa beds are uncomfortable. I would rather have double beds than a king and sofa bed. Conveniently located to stores and coffee.

Only a few complaints: the A/C in our room was rather noisy (but worked fine), and the room itself was very dry (a humidifier would have helped). Otherwise, the room was fine -- comfortable bed and pillows, and super-hot shower -- and the hotel was quite pleasant, with a quiet pool/hot tub area and a decent breakfast buffet. Overall, very comfortable hotel with helpful staff. Convenient location in Vinings. Free wi-fi. Good small exercise room. Good value breakfast. One problem with 3rd floor heating in very cold spell, but speedy response and moved to new room.

The room was in need of repair. Hole in wall in bathroom; tub obviously had been patch repaired. Insufficient lighting in room. Wallpaper peeling in room and obvious patch work done. Did not receive certificates for breakfast which were paid for in advance.

During check-in, I was told that the hotel room was booked through expedia.com whenit was actually booked through hotels.com Secondly I had taken breakfast package and I was told that I had not taken any breakfast option. I had to literally show them the online reservation from my laptop to convince them to give me breakfast coupons. Very pathetic […] experience. Upon arrival, we were told that the room we had reserved (2 queen beds) was not available because the hotel was overbooked. Since it was evening already, we took what was available: a king and a sofa bed. This was disappointing, because I felt that a promise (the reservation) had not been kept. Very nice hotel and room. It looks so quaint from the outside, yet updated on the inside. Staff was friendly. The kitchen was flooded the evening I stayed so the hotel actually arranged for me to have dinner delivered from a local restaurant (which was very good) and covered the cost of my meal for the inconvenience. The young man that appeared to be in charge of the front desk was rude and condescending. Clearly had a problem with booking done with hotels.com or expedia as he referred to it. This hotel is decent in appearence but the rooms need major updating. The AC unit makes horrible noise that wakes you up. The sheets are paper thin and not comfortable. In my specific case, I found an empty bullet shell casing under the sheets. Not worth the rate this property charged and definitely below Marriott brand standards.

I thought due to location and being a Marriot hotel that it would be newer and bigger. I was disappointed that the hotel was older and needed remodeling and was as expensive as it was. I expected better.

I don't have any complaints about this hotel. For the price, it was excellent. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great with great water pressure, the property was well-kept, and the location was not far at all from downtown Atlanta. We slept in both mornings we were there, and the first night, I remembered to put the "do not disturb" sign on the […] door. The second night (check-out day), we did not put it out, and room service came by to clean the room at 9 am. We thought that was odd especially since we were checking out that day at noon. That was the only thing that stuck out to us, but it can easily be overlooked. A friend who lives in Atlanta referred us to this hotel, and I highly recommend it to others.
