InterContinental Sydney - Сидней

После некоторого разочарвания при заселениии, так как не было соседних комнат, в качестве компенсации нам предоставили бесплатный завтрак. Это того стоит. Отличное расположение, замечательный вид. Некоторые сотрудники были бесполезны, однако другие делали все для нас.

Отель Intercontinental в Сиднее - недалеко от знаменитой Сиднейского Театра Оперы и Ботанического Сада. Хорошо оборудованный 24-х часовой тренажерный зал. Питер, Фил и Эли - эти консьержи забронировали для нас потрясающий ресторан ( ресторан Otto на Finger Wharlf был замечательным). Замечательное местположение - возможно лучшее, если вы хотите быть близко к Сиднейскому Оперному Театру. Прекрасно обставленные лобби на первом этаже и мезонин. Отличное менб на завтрак, а также отличное обслуживание от персонала. Хотя мы жили традцатью этажами выше, шум от мусоровозов с улицы был очень резким, что заставляло меня и моего компаньона […] просыпаться несколько раз за ночь. Также, несколько раз мы могли слышать детский плач, доносящийся из одного из соседних номеров. Очевидно, звукоизоляция нашего номера была довольно плохой. Хороший, чистый, аккуратный отель, в 5-ти минутах ходьбы от Серкулар Куэй (там же Оперный Театр и мост Харбор). Дорогой, но приятный лаунж-бар, нет бесплатного интернета. Будем счастливы остановиться здесь снова.

Мы заплатили надбавку, чтобы лететь с Quantas, однако и полет был плохим и обслуживание, не самое лучшее начало для нашего отдыха! Однако персонал в Intercontinental был потрясающим, всегда был рад помочь. Сам отель чистый, питание обильное, включая обслуживание в номере, консьержи также делают хорошую работу. Прекрасный отель, было бы приятно проводить здесь все праздники, особенно хотелось бы остановиться здесь на рождество. Атмосфера был приятной, мы чусвтвовали себя легко и комфортно благодаря персоналу - они были очень услужливы, вежливы и отзывчивы.

Отлично, позитивно, роскошно, полезный опыт. Мы чувствовали себя важными гостями от моменты прибытия до отъезда.

Always a great place to visit. Hotel was in a great position as we walked to all the areas we wanted to see.

Was on level 27 with harbor views and was amazing.

The stay was excellent from start to finish, with staff well trained and friendly. Exception was one of the waiting staff who must have been having an off day at breakfast on Friday morning - her attitude was the only thing that spoiled an otherwise perfect time.

I'll be back. I love the view.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Intercontinental. The room was spotless and spacious and the decor was elegant. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff polite and professional. We will definitely return on our next trip to Sydney!

The Intercontinental occupies a converted 1930s office building with restaurants and public spaces allied to a modern accomodation tower within easy walking distance of Circular Quay, the Opera House and within walkign distance of the central business district and opposite the mainPark..Convenient for rail access to the airport via Circular Quay station. […] Good modern well maintained facilities. Staff share duties with the hotel school that occuie spart of the original building so excellent service. Mixture of business and tourist clientele though mostly the former. Friends from Wales introduced us to the Hotel some 15 years ago, it was very impressive then and I must say has improved over time. The standard of service, meals and gneral hotel are excellent. I doubt any other hotel in Sydney could beat it.

While we found the hotel staff and service to be exceptional we were let down by the outdated room.

Lovely hotel in a good position. However the charges for wi fi connection were high and we were not told that calls to mobile phones were charged as long distance so we paid over $ 55 for three short local calls. We stayed at this lovely hotel for my husbands 60th But unfortunately was not long enough. Next time we will make it longer.

Our stay at the hotel could not be faulted. From the time we arrived we were treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt like royalty. The room we had was well appointed and the view overlooking the harbour was magical. We ate in the restaurant at the buffet. The buffet supplied extremely high quality, healthy […] and exquisite food. The wait staff were friendly, helpfull and most obliging. The view we had from the dining area made us feel as if we were in Paris. This was a much needed break after spending almost 7 months by our sons side in the brain injury unit. this experience enabled us to feel detached from all this for a night. Spectacular hotel, location and service

This is a great hotel for visiting all that the circular quay has to offer, the Rocks, the Opera House, the Domain. The original architecture of the foyer adds to ambiance. Staff were very friendly and eager to please. Reception arranged a late check out. The Club Lounge at the top of the hotel has the best views of the Botanical Gardens, the Opera House and Harbour Bridge.

Hard to fault, I was there over a busy two days and sadly wasn't able to take advantage of any of the facilities, but the room was clean and comfortable, the location central, the staff I encountered were polite and helpful and the rate I paid competitive.

My husband and I stayed at the Intercontinental for our first trip to Sydney. The location cannot be beat. The staff was professional, friendly, and quite helpful. This is a great hotel. We found the rooms to be impeccable and the staff very courteous. It is one of the nicest hotels that we have stayed in in a long time. Their suggestions for meals out were very helpful.

Great view and great room. We did not have breakfast included with our price. To purchase breakfast was very expensive so just took our own. View from the pool upstairs was incredible.

The Hotel exceeded the norm in friendliness and assistance. The room service was exceptionally good and prompt. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) recently stayed at the InterContinental Hotel in Sydney - beautiful hotel in an ideal location. Fantastic concierge service. Would highly recommend this hotel. Kids loved the pool.

I am sure we got this hotel at a special rate but nevertheless, it far exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable, fantastic location with views over the botanical gardens and a really really great attitude from the staff from bellboy to Manager. Highly recommend.
