Grand Hotel Esplanade Berlin - Берлин

Плюсы - не такой изолированный, каким его описывают в других отзывах. Он расположен всего в 10 минутах ходьбы от станции метро Nordofplatz и в 2-х минутах от Tiergarten.Все достопримечательности достаточно не дороги и в пределах досягаемости. Номера большие, тихие и чистые. Бассейн отличный! Прекрасная кровать и замечательный душ (хороший напор горячей […] воды). Минусы - остерегайтесь дополнителных затрат. 15 евро за ром с колой это конечно возмутительно, но 6 евро за бутылку воды на вашем комоде, просто смешно (нет, это, конечно, не бесплатно). Завтрак - просто грабеж. По пути к метро есть пара небольших кафе, где вы можете хорошо поесть, без ущерба для кошелька. Ужасно то, что бутылку воды стоимостью в 6 евро, горничначная однажды забыла поставить в одном из наших 3-х номеров. При заселении, на счету вашей карты будут заблокированы 150 евро. Убедитесь, что блокировку сняли. Мне пришлось звонить с жалобой на то, что они не сняли блокировку по прошествии недели (за три номера). Также, за один номер было произведено несанкционированное снятие, они не могли объяснить почему. Все должно быть отменено. Восемь дней спустя, я еще жду. Если вы путешествуете с семьей - помните, что это бизнес-отель. Но тем не менее, вы сможете найти проституток в этом районе. Но это безопасный район, никаких домогательств со стороны женщин не было. Прекрасный отель. (В первом отеле, в котором мы останавливались не было чае-кофе машин) Номер великолепный, отличная ванная, комфортные кровати).

Моя жена и я посещали Брюссель, Баден-Баден, Мюнхен, Берлин и Кельн этим летом. Мы останавливались только в 5-ти звездных отелях. Хотя они были очень красивыми и роскошными, это было наше последнее приятное размещение. Основной причиной этому было расположение. До станции метро U-Bahn, с ограниченным количеством сообщений, идти пешком около 9-ти минут. […] Номер был очень просторным и прекрасным, был отличный бассейн. Недавно останавливался в Espalande - это, безусловно, отель высокого качества, но в нем чувствуешь себя несколько изолированным от настоящей ночной жизни, и даже от магазинов, что более важно. Я был вынужден взять такси, чтобы встретиться с друзьями в Митте и мне пришлось идти 15-20 минут, прежде чем я нашел магазин или ресторан поблизости. Сам отель, […] определенно хороший, как и ресторан/бар - однако официанты были, кажется слегка перегружены, хотя посетителей было не так много, обслуживание иногда было медленным ( мне пришлось отказаться от напитка в баре в 7:45 вечера, хотя там никого не было, просто потому отсутствовал свободный бармен). Другой странностью было одеяло на моей кровати королевского размера: оно было очень коротким, мне пришлось перевернуть его, чтобы укрыться полностью..смешно=) Если бы я останавливался с подругой, мы были бы вынуждены попросить еще одно одеяло, на другую сторону кровати. Это прекрасный отель, в современном стиле. Номера и вид были отличными. Сервис безупречен, хотя немного дороговато. Бар Harry's New York стоял на ушах в пятницу ночью. Консьерж был внимателен. Рекомендуем этот отель и будем останавливаться здесь еще.

Мы полюбили этот отель! Персонал был очень добрым и расторопным. Бассейн - настоящий бонус, а SPA дорогого стоит (вы должны ходить голым). Мы завтракали прямо за углом, в кафе Эйнштейн. Оно было замечательным, очень рекомендуем. Кофе и пирожные в отеле - удачная покупка. Когда мы в следующий раз приедем в Берлин, наверняка остановимся здесь.

Отель Grand Espalande - действительно заслуживает 5-ти звезд. Номер был прекрасным, персонал приветливым, многочисленные удобства. Единственным недостатком было то, что далеко от развлечений. Мы останавливались в этом отеле зимой, поэтому долго гулять было немного холодно. Однако это вполне доступно в течении остального времени года.

We thoroughly enjoyed our sray at the grand hotel but unfortunately the weather was foul and it was quite a waklk to Nollendorf platz bahnhof. Apart from that inconvenience everything was O.K.

The hotel itself was just fine but location was a bore. When we arrived we were told that our room was not good but we could upgrade it for an extra payment; a bit strange - and the room was perfectly fine. Very confortable place to stay. Breakfast a bit expensive and we were disapointed the first night when we have been told that we would have a double bedroom instead of the twin one we had requested.

What an amazing experience. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very, very nice and it is obvious that this hotel is newly decorated. Outside there is at all times a taxi ready to take you anywhere you'd like to go. The pool area is great and super relaxing. I was shocked they had a tanning bed.. I loved this hotel, the only issue i had was that it is in Germany.. I absolutely did not like Germany and I will never go back.

We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel over the New Year. From the moment we arrived, we received cheerful, polite and very efficient service. The room was bright ,clean and very comfortable. This is a very nice hotel in "die Mitte". Almost everything was good, except that you need too walk for 10-15 min to the Underground. It is not recommended to take taxi downdown because of the traffic.

Location is not perfect, it's not walking distance to any sights. Checkout staff is not over friendly. Conciege service is very good.

The hotel was of a very good standard but kacked charm It felt like a businessmans hotel. Also location was not ideal as it was located in the Diplomats area and was approx 500m from the underground and on a side line.

Top quality hotel in Berlin. Great room and most of the staff are very helpful. You will have to get a cab or take the bus to get to any action spots. If the Concierge gives you directions, double check them. The hotel was exeptionally clean, the only critisism I have is that on all of the occassions we visited the restaurant or bar, the staff seemed to take a long time to acknowledge us. Our stay at the Esplande exceeded our expectations. I travel frequently around the US, and quality of the hotel and the rooms at the Esplanade exceed any hotel I've ever stayed at in the US. The service is absolutely exceptional. Whenever we ordered something for our room like a hot water pot or laundry service, the staff was at our door in about […] a minute. When booking this hotel I had to rely on the hotels webpage and the general rating given to this hotel. I could not find any customer reviews for this hotel. I was pleasantly pleased when the elevators opened I saw the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint I had with checking in was with myself. When I booked the room, I thought […] I had booked a junior suite. Well, I must have gotten it confused because I had booked a City Comfort room. This was a family vacation and I needed an extra bed for my fourteen year old son. The receptionist imformed me that someone bring up the bed. When I stepped into the room I could not see where the bed was going to go. The housekeeping staff arrived shortly after and reconfigured the room and put up the twin size roll-a-way bed. Amazingly enough, everything fit nicely and my son was very confortable with his bed. The room was nicely done and looked exactly like the picture on the website. The hotel is within walking distance to everything and there are cabs always outside the hotels. The only downside to this hotel was the maintainence and upkeep of the city park area. When we first arrived grass and shubbery was a bit overgrown in the park and the statues in the park has been spray painted with graffiti. On day two, we noticed that the city workers had cut the grass and the hedges. The hotel has a three resturants, bar and lounge area. The food was good but expensive. They serve a breakfast buffet every morning with a lot of options to choose from. The hotel also have a spa, solarium, and pool. The only facility I used was the pool. It was smaller than I initally expected but nice. We actually had the pool to ourselves. Towels are provided and the longe area had nice comfy lounge chairs. Did not have any issues with the hotel but found it to be in a seemingly isolated and discouraging no other restaurants nor shopping were immediately around the hotel.

The employees were all excellent and very helpful, with very good English skills. It was clean, and very nice. But it was very expensive! They charged us 10 Euros for a liter bottle of water! The rest of the food and beverages were also quite high, so we ate in other places. It was a long walk to some places, but the bus and tourist "hop-on hop-off" […] bus was close. Friendly staff, clean room/bathroom, comfortable beds and a great cocktail lounge! I will be going back to Berlin sometime soon and will be sure to use this hotel again.

Enestående flott hotell. Fine romslige rom. Rent og ryddig overalt. Service av ypperste klasse. Mye hotell for pengene, synes vi. Frokosten var var ikke inkludert i prisen, men absolutt verd pengene. Bedre hotellfrokost har ikke vi smakt noe gang! Det er lite med resturanter og butikker i umiddelbar nærhet av hotellet, det er den eneste minuset jeg […] kan komme på. Hotellet har fantastiske værelser og vores var kæmpe stort med de skønneste senge og et dejligt badeværelse med badekar. Personalet var meget søde og servicemindede. Træningsrum og swimmingpoolområdet var super fedt. Brunch var dog ret dyrt og ikke nær så godt som vi har oplevet på et andet hotel. Was uns gut gefallen Hat: Zimmer waren modern, groß, Betten komfortabel, große Badewanne, gute Geräuschdämmung des Straßenverkehrs durch die Fenster. Das Hotel liegt zwischen Ku`damm und Potsdamer Platz sehr central, Tiergartennähe. Man kann Fahrräder ausleihen.Was uns nicht gefallen hat: Der Pool ist sehr raffiniert fotografiert. In Wirklichkeit ist […] er sehr klein, man kann gerade mal untertauchen, die Umkleidemöglichkeiten sind einen Stockwerk tiefer. This is a beautiful hotel. We had a Parkhouse suite - and was really pleased. Large bed, huge bathtub with surround music, the shower was heaven - with a fountain from the ceiling. Location […] of the hotel is not that bad. Its a good 10-15 min walk to both Kurfurstendamm and Potsdammer Platz. But when you go to a town like this you, you have to be in for some walking - LOTS of history and things to do and see. For relaxation at evening - Harrys Bar is delightful. Ett hotell som jag gärna återvänder till. Bodde i en executive svit med två väninnor och fick ett fantastiskt boende för lite pengar. Nytt och fräscht med bra service. Trevlig uteservering och bar. Trivsam spa-avdelning med fitness-maskiner. Gångavstånd till Kurfustendamm och shopping. Mitt emot Bauhaus museet som är värt ett besök. Nöjd gäst.

Vi hadde 5 dager på Grand Hotel Esplanade. Vi boode på en suite og det var virkelig verdt pengene. Stort rom, flott usikt og vidunderlig bad. To TVer, kaffemaskin, stero etc. Beliggenheten forsåvidt sentral. I nærheten av alt uten at det var noe i rett ved. Det er allikevel servicen på hotellet som gjordet den største forskjellen på oppholdet. Vi trengte […] Consiergens hjelp til noen ting og de imponerte virkelig. Mkt bra boende, det som drar ned ngt var att de tar betalat för allt extra såsom wifi och tv. Frukosten var i dyraste laget (26 Euro/person) - men de var snabba att halvera den kostnaden när de såg att vi tyckte det var i saftigaste laget.
