Гостиница расположена в хорошем месте. Рядом много крупных магазинов, метро и не далеко достопримечательности. Номера в гостинице очень маленькие, указывается номер на 2 человек, но там еле-еле можно разместиться

Наше пребывание началось так себе. Карта-ключ от комнаты не работала, когда мы поднялись в номер. Потом, готовясь принять душ, я повернул выключатель вентилятора в комнате и понял, что вентилятор не работает (жене не понравилось то, что я там кое-что сделал), и наконец, когда я взял полотенце со стойки, я заметил, что на нем есть коричневатые пятна. […] В ту ночь, когда мы добрались до кровати, простыни были грязные!!!! Сейчас я не хочу ничего говорить о плохом обслуживании, потому как расположение отеля великолепное и отель сам по себе очень чистый. Мы были в 10 минутах ходьбы до Таймс Сквер и примерно столько же до Центрального парка. Кровать была удобная, и я едва мог слышать шум за пределами комнаты, которая сама по себе была приятной. В целом, я остановлюсь здесь еще раз, но только потому, что отель очень удачно расположен и цена за номер разумна (по меркам Нью-Йорка). Подробнее

Необычайно удобное расположение. Обилие ресторанчиков на любой карман в пределах пешей досягаемости. Отель исключительно чистый и удобный. Персонал вежливый и профессиональный. Проверьте здание General Electric на перечении 51 улицы и Лексингтон. Другого такого здания нет!

Отель находится в очень хорошем состоянии, комнаты приятные, чистые и т.д., но имейте в виду, что поужинать вечером (на месте или взять с собой) после 10-11 вечера можно только в нескольких местах в округе, что весьма необычно для Нью-Йорка. Отель великолепно расположен, но та комната, которую вы здесь получите, будет чрезвычайно мала, это как комната в ночлежке, ее едва хватило мне с моим багажом.

Великолепное место для меня. Комната чистая, удобная и тихая. С меня не взяли денег за просмотр фильма, после того, как я сказал, что выключил его через несколько минут. Консьерж рекомендовал мне замечательного парикмахера.

Отель вероятно является типовым сетевым отелем в большом городе. Комната приятная, расположение замечательное (мы хоть заплатили по тарифу выходного дня, расходы в будние дни были бы ужасающими), но все слегка бездушно и вяло. Персонал не особо гостиприимен, слишком занят размещением жалующихся постояльцев!

Довольно стандартное место, но претензий нет никаких. Чувствуешь себя в безопасности, чистоте и комфорте. Я жил в "номере петит", который, да.., был маленьким, но меня, приехавшего по делам, устроил. Этот отель удобно расположен в центральной части Манхэттена, стоимость номера достаточно разумна, учитывая конкуренцию в Нью-Йорке. В отеле очень хороший фитнесс-центр с достаточным количеством современного оборудования, чистого и в рабочем состоянии.

Это был неудачный опыт. Отель великолепно расположен и довольно опрятен. Холл, Консьерж и персонал - все были любезны. Бар очень дорогой. Два ресторана и Старбакс находятся в нескольких минутах ходьбы от отеля. Кроме этого, это все что я могу порекомендовать! Комната была ужасна. Стены были толщиной с лист бумаги, весь автомобильный шум с улицы был […] слышен, а когда в соседней комнате сливали в туалете или принимали душ тоже все было слышно. The location is great and the staff was fine. The bar was insanely expensive, my roomed smelled like cigarettes, the tub was clogged and the room was exceptionally tiny.

My room was a little noisy due a broken window. They claimed to not have another room. I dealt with it. I probably won't be back.

Good location with small size rooms and they need to pay attention to detail in their housekeeping.

I LOVED my PURE room, which had an air purifier in it, and had special accommodations made to make it odor and scent free. The entire room smelled so much different from any other room I've ever stayed in, and I adored it.

Every interaction with staff has been helpful, prompt, and courteous. The room was small, cozy, and neat, despite obvious signs of structural age. However, the walls are thin. Sounds of the elevators and water pipes woke us several times. Other guests swiping their key cards down the hall sound as if they are swiping at your door. Business trip and having stayed here before the hotel continues to provide a comfortable stay.

Great location, Clean room but need a renovation.Shower was weak. Friendly personal.

I've stayed here a couple of times, mostly because of price and location. However, there is always an issue. This time I stayed, the front desk clerk charged me twice for the room and when I spoke to them about they simply stated "It's okay, it will go back into your account in a couple of days." No apologies until I spoke to a manager.

Good and efficient check in. Cleaning and services where ok. The Hotel situated near fifth avenue and all shopping stores. Near to Central Park. Traditional american breakfeast at nearby restaurang. (Raffles) Rather expensive for breakfeast, but good service.

The employees are great - extremely nice and helpful. The restaurant, which also provides room service, is very good. I will definitely stay here again. The only negative thing that I have to say is when I first checked in, the bathroom could have been a little cleaner... but it wasn't too bad, and after that everything was great!

Petite room is just that...

Confortable and clean for the short stay. I had one problem with room service, the menu was not accurate and the food appeared too cool for being freshly prepared.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, quiet and convenient - and the price was right. When I asked if I could check out at 1 rather than 12, they were totally fine with it. And though they didn't have a room ready for me when I arrived at 1pm, they had one at 2 - even though check-in time was officially 3. And there's even a Starbuck's in the lobby!

we booked 2 rooms at this hotel during Easter weekend time 2012. I was completely satisfied with the customer service I received from the doorman to the receptionist. Everything was clean and acceptable from the lobby perspective. however, once I walked into our single full size bedroom I realized how small the room was. i guess for the price i paid […] i should have expected it. Even with a discounted price, it was too much for an old walk-in closet size room. Could not recommend to a friend.

Rooms in New York are never a value for the price but this very samll room was far below the three and half star rating as advertised. I was given a room on the forth floor beside a hugh A/C blower which came on loadly every half hour. Since I was tired from only four hours sleep the night before and an early morning flight I went straight to bed. I […] was awaked repeatedly by the blower. This was the third time I stayed in this hotel in the last two months. It is reasonably priced for my business trips. The last two times I visited, the hotel staff "upgraded" my room. I would have liked more desk space for my laptop and printer but, the accomodations were sufficient. I chose this hotel because it was a 5 minute walk to the office where […] I met clients. This hotel is centrally located and within easy walking distance to 5th Avenue and Grand Central Station. Expect to pay an additional charge if you want access to the int Ernest.

This is a great hotel. The service was very considerate and upgraded my room based on their excess availability and because my room wasn't ready when I arrived to check-in, even though I arrived hours before scheduled check-in time. The quality of the room was very clean and modern. The only drawback is that the wifi is relatively expensive.

This hotel was in a neighborhood of hotels in Midtown. It is within one block of 5 other hotels, so this is a very busy tourist area in midtown. Liked: Great location; 3 blocks from 6 train, 4 blocks from Grand Central and 4,5,6 S, 7 and Metro North trains. My colleagues and I were very satisfied with our stay for the most part but the internet hindered our ability to get some work done. A very important presentation took hours to upload. It was problematic. Otherwise, we were happy with the convenience for our meetings, cleanliness, service, sushi, and more. On our last day we were accosted in the hallway outside our room by two maids yelling at us saying "You are nasty people, nasty nasty. You have no respect" because there was trash on the floor in our room. It was nothing that was a big deal and our room wasn't cleaned for 4 days prior. A representative at the hotel told us that the maids could not […] be disciplined in any way because they are union workers. So I guess that means the maids can do ANYTHING. They can steal my things or be rude because since they are union workers there are no consequences. I am not comfortable in a hotel that allows employees to have no consequence for their actions. I am on the road about 90 days per year and have NEVER been treated this way in a hotel. I spoke with the general manager of the hotel and he was nice and apologized, but there is still no excuse for any hotel employee to act the way they did. Подробнее

We got this room very last minute (the day of) and got a spectacular deal. We signed up for a "petite double" room (my husband and I are pretty small people...so we don't mind the close space), but when he went to check in he requested an upgrade. We got one free of charge. It had a lovely bathroom, and a small pop-out window that we kept open all night. Minimal noise because we were so high up. I'm used to European hotels, and this room really had that feel (with a bigger bathroom). We loved every second we were there. Lexington Ave. is a great spot to be in. Small bed for 2 people. Old hotel. Rude people in reception at night - some have problems with english accent. TV was broken and took 10 minutes each time to turn on - they did not repair or change it. Low quality for the price
