Этот отель очень удобно расположен. К сожалению, сам отель не произвел у меня достойного или приятного впечатления. Машину с паркинга ждали 30 минут, комнаты в отеле не большие и не уютные. Хорошее название и удобное расположение. Мы всегда останавливаемся в отеле Wellington (напротив) и мечтала остановиться в Park Central. очень милая удобная гостиница, чистые и просторные комнаты, понравилась кровать и простая цветовая гамма в комнатах. Единственной проблемой были шторы на окне, которые невозможно было сдвинуть, чтобы избежать солнечных лучей. В целом, хороший отель. остановлюсь еще.

Это замечательный отель. Мы приехали на концерт Леди Гага, и расположение этого отеля было прекрасным.

Я был очень разочарован условиями в этом отеле. Ванная комната была темной, душ разваливался, на плитке была плесень, а в ванной было грязно. Стены были грязные и требовали покраски и ремонта. Дверной замок безопасности свисал из стены. Я никогда не буду здесь больше останавливаться и не порекомендую никому эту гостиницу.

Это была моя первая поездка в Нью-Йорк, и я в полном восторге от расположения отеля и условий… Все, что нужно было обязательно посмотреть, находится в нескольких минутах ходьбы пешком!! Центральный парк, Таймс Сквер, множество музеев и моя любимая улица Бродвей была буквально за углом. Мне понравилось пребывание в отеле Park Central. Мне дали номер люкс. Комната была хорошо продумана, и мне кажется, что недавно переделана. Это был номер 2209. Я сам работаю в отельной индустрии, и хочу отметить следующее: 1) туалетный столик был слегка высоковат, мне кажется, детям будет трудно дотянуться до крана раковины. 2) Я не нашел в комнате […] табличку "Не беспокоить", я не знаю, где она была спрятана, обычно она висит на ручке входной двери с внешней стороны. 3) Когда я выезжал из отеля, на стойке регистрации был всего один сотрудник, мне показалось это очень необычным для гостиницы такого размера. Очень трудно не быть рядом со всем, что необходимо в Нью Йорке. Близость отеля Park Central ко всем достопримечательностям, Таймс Сквер, Центральному парку и магазинам феноменальна. Приятные сотрудники на стойке регистрации. Комната была очень большой по меркам Нью-Йорка. Комфортная двуспальная кровать. Единственное замечание - медленный лифт.

Приехали в 11 вечера после отвратительной 4.5-часовой поездки на автобусе и ходьбы 1 милю до отеля. Все еще 80 с лишним градусов в 11 вечера. В номере, который мы получили, нет кондиционера. На звонок на стойку регистрации никто не отвечает. Сотрудник по телефону был очень добр. Нам нужно идти обратно в холл и получать ключ от новой комнаты. В очереди […] на стойке регистрации из 4 человек, сотрудников сначала 1, потом 2. Мы устали. В новой комнате было получше, но не настолько прохладно, насколько хотелось бы, когда так жарко и душно. Расположение отеля прекрасное, если вы собираетесь в Карнеги Холл или в театр. Цена завышена по сравнению с тем, что предлагается. Я платил столько же за отель W Hotel и жил в значительно лучшем номере.

Прекрасное место для проживания! Отель очень тихий и удобно расположен вблизи от всего, что может быть необходимо. Рекомендую!

Overall, the stay was ok. The hotel was nicely kept in the lobby and in the hallways, but the set up of the room was strange and could use a facelift.

This was our first trip to the NYC area and the hotel choice proved to be a very convenient location. It was near subway stops that are indeed the very best way to bet around the lower Manhattan area. Several eateries near by. The room cleanliness did leave something to be desired. Had to pay to store luggage because unable to check in at 1:00. No shower cap, poor lighting in bathroom, unable to control temperature of room.

Great location! Excellent resturant in hotel. Front desk OK. Rooms adequate. Elevators can be a pain. Long delays during certain times of day. We'll probably stay here at our next visit to NYC.

the location was perfect and I'm shocked we were able to get it last minute at the rate we got.

Spring weekends in NYC are expensive, so I don't begrudge the room rate. But for the price, I expect some basic things. I don't expect to find a toilet bowl brush in my toilet when I check in. I don't expect to see a little cockroach on the bathroom floor in the morning. Yeah, just a cute little one, but I didn't plan on sharing a room! I do expect […] that after my room is serviced I would have new coffee packets (I did not). And, I don't a hotel of this level to farm out it's business center and have to dip a credit card at $1 per minute usage! Seriously, this is pure profiteering. I just had to print out my ballgame ticket from StubHub and it cost me $5. Internet was $14/day, but that is not unusual in NYC. -- Nice location and friendly front desk staff. Rooms were comfortable and reasonably well-appointed. Heating and AC was weak and my room always felt a little stuffy. -- Overall, I would not stay here again. For the money there are better choices. perfect vacation hotel is on perfect location

The location was perfect but when we arrived 1 hour before check-in time we were told there would be a fee for each bag we stored while waiting for a room. When we checked in, on our floor the ice machine was out of order, only half of the elevators were working, and in our room the ironing board and safe were broken and the toilet did not flush properly. […] It took over 2 hours and 2 requests to get an extra pillow. Well, first off, I was given a room with someone already in it? I had to go back to the desk, ask for a different employee and request a vacant room. The room I was given had a nice big king size bed, however the air conditioning felt like a swamp cooler. Not cool given this hotel's reputation.

Very disappointed. This is touted as a 4 star hotel, but the rooms are in desperate need of updating. The bathroom floor is grimy, room is dimly lit, beds are old, the toilets you have to flush 3 or 4 times, and most disappointing is the non-functional air conditioning. Had temp. on max cool when I went to bed and it was like a blast furnace. I woke […] up gasping for air and drenched with sweat. Since I paid a total of $400 for this room I expected much, much more than that even though it is NYC. It was no use complaining and switching rooms because I got in late and by the time I packed and was ready my shuttle was there - - - but I did mention the air conditioning problem to the maid. On the way down from the 11th floor, I asked two other couples if they were as disappointed as I was in this hotel, and it seemed they had the same laundry list of issues I did - - - one even switched rooms which wasn't much better for them. Considering the location, price, and comfort of this hotel room I would say it was an excellent value, despite the fact that it could use a facelift.

Perfect location to stay and see a Braodway musical, tour Rockefeller Center, MoMa, Times Square and Central Park. We were able to check in @ 1:30, which gave us extra time to sight see. We stayed two nights and look forward to returning next time we go to another Broadway production. $10 (plus tip) taxi ride from Penn Station.

I know this hotel from being a NYCMC member. All the new or improved items, ie. the outdoor tables, fresh bakery, etc. make a nice place even better. Thanks HDC.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room clean and nice. Excellent location.

Disappointed. Checking in was a nightmare. Took way too long. The next morning my guests had no hot water and had to visit me to take a shower and prepare for the day. They ended up staying at my apartment and the hotel was not used Friday or Saturday night.

Location of the hotel was fantastic!!! Convenient to everything! The condition of the room was fair. Not well equipped for a business traveler. Lack of outlets especially near the desk area. No hot water one of the mornings. The room was not very clean.

The hotel was well located. However, the services were poor and the room was too simple. Internet was slow.

The hotel is a perfect balance of location, price, cleanliness and service. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable. We will stay at this hotel when we visit next time.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Park Central New York Hotel for a weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. This hotel is a few blocks from Central Park and Times Square and there is a Metro stop directly outside of the doors. That's about all that we were impressed with. We were confirmed with a Superior King, and entered our room to find two double beds. The phone in the room did not work, so I had to call with my cell phone and was placed on hold for over five minutes and they sent an employee to our room with keys to our new room. It took over twenty minutes to receive the new keys, and the elevators on the floor we were placed on did not work. We were told this was the last Superior King available and that we would have to use the elevators that were on the other side of the hallway. On top of that, the phone in the hallway was constantly ringing in the morning and woke us up. We were less than impressed with the accommodations and the quality of service. The room smelled of urine my entire stay so I kept the window open and the noise kept me awake all night. Therefore I had a lousy stay!

This hotel was awful. Smelled like feet in hallways. Dark and disgusting! Elevator was PITCH BLACK when door closed! Not four star at all. Glad I was only there one night.

I visited NYC and stayed at this hotel alone 7 years ago and suggested it to family and friends when we were planning a March Break visit...we weren't looking for pool and fancy restaurants. Location is absolutely tops and our rooms were just fine. Lobby and tourist info were lacking and parking was expensive (no one mentioned the package for parking […] when we booked). We had connecting rooms which was nice, but it looked as though the connecting door hadn't been opened recently as there was a disgusting amound of built up dust all along the door frame....looked like mold. We used the glasses provided with ice bucket, and were never given fresh ones (despite asking for them), weren't given fresh wash towels the […] 2nd day either. It looked as though housekeeping simply made up the beds and that was it. The condition of the rooms was very bad....stains on the walls, and celings up to including a dead bug that had been smooshed on celing in bathroom! It had never been wiped away...that is truly gross. I spoke on the phone with a supervisor, who was very nice (can't remember her name) and relayed this information including asking for the glasses to be sent up. She agreed with all that i said, and apologized. She offered compensation, to which I declined as that was not why I was calling. I did accept a late checkout, which was nice. However, even though she promised tohave glasses and towels sent up immediately.....none ever arrived. I was incredulous!! I remember that when I used to work for Omni Hotels (also worked for Westin), the Park Central was an Omni, and we used to dub it "the Park Central Dump" because the rooms were reputed to be in such poor condition. apparently, things haven't changed much.
