Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Lewisville - Льюисвилл

I had three different rooms for two nights, all were in good condition. I couldn't figure out the a/c in my room so I was kind of warm at night. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. There is a mall across the hotel in walking distance. The hotel was easy to find off of the highway. Nice place, will stay again! Congrats to the newly weds!!!

I am very disappointed because lack of communication I was not allowed my points to be added to my club membership. I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights my room did not get clean I had to go get clean towels empty my own trash can go get trash bags. I bragged about your rooms to my family and I was embarrassed.

WE TOTALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY. THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN THE SERVICE AND STAFF WERE VERY PLEASANT. THE HOTEL OVERALL WAS VERY RELAXING AND YOU WERE MADE TO FEEL AT HOME. WE WILL BE GOING BACK

Though this Contry Inn is an older location, it is well maintained and clean. It is conveniently located off of SR-121 toll road, and the indoor swimming pool is a bonus year round for kids or the whole family.

We really enjoyed our stay and will stay there anagin. Nice indoor pool. Great staff, very friendly. The breakfast was was wonderful and the coffee was the best. The coffee pots in the hotel were always full and fresh and waiting. Hot cookies next to them.

My wife and I visit this area pretty often. We decided to spend the night and make it a two day getaway instead of the usual one day.Plenty of shopping and browsing in N. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of the property was more like meeting place. There were people in the lobby watching tv and having nice chats about where they were from. It was rather nice and relaxing.

I liked everything about my stay other than the fact that on the first day, I left the room at about noon to do some things. When I came back the room was still not made up from the night before. As if housekeeping completely skipped over me.

I stayed at this hotel with my family and it was a wonderful experience the staff was nice the breakfast was okay and it was clean. Only thing was that the elevator was hot no air conditioner at all in that elevator thank goodness there are only 3 floors, sadly my floor was the 3rd floor but other then that it wasn't so bad.

the only problem was the bed was terrible hard and uncomfortable...i like my plush...and the room was too small when the sleeper was pulled out...other than that our stay was good....

It's not the best place we've ever stayed at for the price but overall we were pleased. It was clean. There was smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway but that's not really the hotel's fault, rather the guests who feel that they must smoke indoors (GROSS). The elevator is loud but does it's job. The tub in our room was slow to drain so that was gross […] standing in the shower with water up to my ankles, however we forgot to let the front desk know about it. Tub could use a little updating. Breakfast was okay. My fruit was gross and the eggs were a bit plasticky but my kids liked it. Sausage was the only edible food for me. My husband had the oatmeal and was pleased. I've had better breakfast at hotels at this price range, but it was free so I shouldn't complain. We chose this hotel over the others in walking distance due to the indoor pool. It was a little too cold for us but we enjoyed the hot tub, it wasn't too hot for my kiddos to enjoy for a short while. We appreciated the towels that were available in the pool area. There are about 6 hotels all within walking distance from each other, if it weren't for the indoor pool, we probably would have chosen one of the other hotels. Overall, we were pleased with our stay, there were no major problems, just little petty things that we are picky about. Location is good, the mall is walking distance, as well as a few restaurants. Breakfast bar was skimpy, the food was dried out, or stale, and of low quality. Bathroom had excessive caulking where handle had clearly been broken out of its seat, they did not een bother to make it look nice or put the chrome brackets back on it.

We had a small bday sleep over at this hotel and we really enjoyed it. It was comfortable and great for the occasion. The kids had a great time, and they enjoyed the hot tub as much as the adults did. The indoor pool was a bit chilly though, but still we had a great time.

The manager on duty--I wish I could remember her name--was so nice! She was super busy and running back and forth between fixing breakfast and working the front desk. She had a smile the entire time and was always so sweet and accommodating! Very nice to have someone like her working out front.

The Country Inn was a pleasant surprise and a very good value for the DFW area. Very upset that I made reservation month and half prior for smoking room and when checked in all smoking rooms were taken. Told they would move me the next day. Had to wait around all morning for room to be ready and then they didn't even help us move to new room. Front desk clerk snippy when I called down to see if new room ready.

Hotel a little inconvenient to get to. We were 'upgraded' to a suite because they over-booked the type of room we requested (two queen beds, nonsmoking on 1st floor). Clerk said she didn't have any more rooms like what we requested. The "suite" (3rd floor) had a king bed with a fold out couch and a set of french doors between the two rooms. It was very […] small and the hallway smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I went back downstairs and told the clerk this was not going to work; I wanted two queen beds away from the stinch of smoke. She (surprisingly) found a room on the 1st floor with 2 queen beds. . . exactly what I'd requested! Not sure why I didn't get this room to begin with! The rooms need to be updated...we had broken floor tile in the bathroom and rusted railing. The indoor pool is extremely small but served its purpose for the kids.
