This hotels location is directly downtown Windsor with all it's amenities. It is a good place for the budget conscious traveler and I most likely will stay here again.

Room did not look like the room on the internet. It was cramped and small. Management is obviously cramped for cash because they had 6 oz plastic cups that look like something a baby would drink out of. Room darkener had several holes in them and shower head needed to be replaced! Honestly, it was NOT worth the money!!

The desk clerk upgraded our rooms because there also was a large group of partyers. That was much appreciated and the rooms were very clean. We plan to stay there again in the future when we attend concerts at Caesars.

Would never come back because first we were not made aware that we have to pay for parking and we also were miss lead that the breakfast was included which was not the case any more.

The room was not clean, dirt in the bathtub, burn marks in the carpet... leaky sink. The hotel was not very busy, but rather than a room with a view of the river and gardens ... we were given a room overlooking bars and trash. Not too impressed. I spent less money on a hotel in downtown Toronto the day before, and had much better accommodations.

I would like to take a moment to fill this out as usually I don't bother. In this case though I think with a little feedback and minor changes the stay would have been rated much better. Condition of the room, layout and cleanliness was very good however the heating fan in Room 803 could use a little grease as it sounds like a car having problems starting. […] The bed compared too many that I have stayed in over the past year was poor and way too firm. The service was good however receiving a call to checkout at 11:10 when check out is 11:00 might be a bit too punctual. Most things were fantastic and overall the hotel was good. the heater failed my first night.I was moved to a different room my second day It was acceptable but the person at the front desk was not apologetic about the inconvenience.The so-called fitness room was very poorly equipped.The treadmill did not .at all.Basically the stay was not worth what I paid for.

Not my best stay. Decor was old, heating one was broken (couldn't shut off), closet had no door, breakfast was stale and uninviting. On the plus side, the desk clerk cancelled my parking fee after complained about the heating unit (the on/off switch was set to on, and broken off!).

First of all the price is right, the room is clean and they also provide a free breakfast . For a short term stay is good.

We were very disappointed with the hotel for the following reasons: 1)Although we had requested a smoking room the smell of stale smoke in our room was very over powering. The beds were made but the pillows were just tossed on the bed. There were burn marks in the blankets. The room was not vacuumed. 2)The hotel listed that they have an exercise room […] which they did but majority of the equipment was not working. 3)Much to our disappointment the hotel charges ten dollars a night for parking. It is an open parking lot. There is no surveillance of the parking lot, in fact one evening that we were there, we had to notify the hotel staff that there was someone lurking around guest’s cars, looking in the car windows and trying the door handles. 4)On a few occasions I went to the front desk to find no staff anywhere to be seen. The hotel was in a perfect location, walking distance to the casino and the bars/ clubs. The halls make the hotel seem older, but the room was just fine. The beds were comfy, refrigerator in the room, and the shower was average. If you pay a little extra fee you can even get a nice room facing the river. Great view out the front door of the Detroit skyline. Hotel adequate. No restaurant onsite, other than the breakfast spot. When I needed service (a part missing on the coffeemaker), the service was prompt and helpful. Try the Lebanese food a couple of blocks up Ouellette Street!

There were lots of dusts behind the side table (around the telephone plug). No wireless is provided in the room. Staffs are very freindly though.

The hotel needed some upgrades .The tiles and grout in the bathroom had some dark mould looking growth on them . We were not able to control the temperature in our room during the night. The dining room needed some more lights in it. Finally , the continental breakfast needed some fresh items eg.bread.

The parking lot is very small and you have to pay to park that's if you can even find parking, the rooms very outdated, they have a weird smell. If your going out to party all night the location is great! The beds were comfortable, service of staff ok

Parking is a risk, youre better off trying to find parking elsewhere downtown. They don't explain at the beginning that the parking you pay for is open to the public...so if you are there on a busy night its up to you to find parking if there lot is full. Which defeats the purpose of paying for parking in advance. Then when asking about it they shoo […] you off as though its your problem not theirs...they were quite rude about the whole situation. I wont be back to this hotel, not just for that reason...the hotel is old and outdated. Подробнее

I do not recomand this hotel to anyone. We checked in to our room and the heat was not working so we went downstairs to let the person at the front desk know that the heat was not working and he said he will send someone to fix. No one showed up. Very disappointed.

When we first arrived in our room, there was a cigarette butt on the floor, it was a non-smoking room! I think the beds were at least 15 years old, they still use the old style mattress covers under the sheets, and the bedcovers were very dated and pilly, you just couldn't relax in the bed, you felt like you were sleeping in someone else's dirty sheets. […] The TV was ancient, as was the furniture. The flags on the exterior were all tattered and my husband was accosted by two homeless (I assume) men in the parking lot at night around 10pm, after he forgot something in the car, luckily he wasn't hurt, the lighting was terrible. All in all, we will never go back, the staff were very unfriendly, and we were very polite. The only good thing was the view of the Detroit skyline. Подробнее
