Мы были приятно удивлены этим отелем, лучшей особенностей которго было удобство по отношению к нашим потребностям. Сотрудники были дружелюбными и полезными. Кровати были очень удобными. Я очень рекомендую всем этот отель.

Best Western - это простой отель. Персонал был очень мил и порекомендовал превосходный ресторан. Завтрак был так себе. Ничего особенного. Кофе хорош и доступен 24 часа в день, 7 дней в неделю.

Мой муж и я остановились здесь из-за близкого расположения к родственникам, которых мы навещали. Отель находится рядом с великолепным местом где готовят крабов на пару, называется оно Conrad's on Joppa Road… находится примерно в двух милях. Мое четырехдневное прибывание в Best Western- Towson, MD было хорошим опытом и я хорошо провел время. Работники рецепции были великолепны. Они с улыбкой отвечали на все наши вопросы. В Best Western мы дважды ранее останавливались. Этот визит был лучше чем предыдущий, потому что произошла некоторая реконструкция: увеличение холла и изменение внешнего вида. Номер, в который нас изначально заселили, имел запах дыма, так как будто раньше он был для курящих, хотя нам специально сказали что он для некурящих. Когда мы пожаловались, нам […] сказали, что многие номера приспособленные для колясочников имеют такой запах. Хотя нам и сказали что это был не дым, но не проинформировали откуда может быть этот запах. Тем не менее, нам любезно предоставили улучшенный номер без дополнительной платы. Это был хороший номер и мы были очень довольны тем что в нем не было неприятного запаха. Однако, когда мы пошли спать, то обнаружили что кондиционер издает шум как генератор. Мы даже выглянули в окно чтобы посмотреть что это может быть, прежде чем поняли откуда исходит этот звук. К сожалению, было настолько жарко, что даже когда я выставил температуру в помещении на 74 градуса, кондиционер продолжал включаться каждые 10 минут или около того. В целом, расположение было великолепным и мы прекрасно провели время. Я бы вернулся в этот отель. Персонал рецепции мог бы быть более дружелюбным. Ванные могли бы быть немного более чистыми, а в коридорах было очень жарко, температура 93 градуса, из-за чего комнате было трудно остаться прохладной.

We have stayed at this location numerous times before and never had a problem. The hotel does appear to change hands often and in the switching, things appear to be changing. I have been coming to this hotel on Cromwell since before it was a Best Western. The service and personell have much improved. I love the very complete free breakfast. Desk persons are very pleasant. I miss hambergers and a regular menu , but very much enjoyed the Vietnamese Pho dinner.The bed, to me, is one of the very best I have ever slept in. This was a great value for the price we paid. Room was not 100% convenient to our location, but our room was great, breakfast the next day was very good, and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

We were pleased from the time we were greeted by the hotel reception person. She was very friendly and helpful. We asked about local restaurants, and she presented us with brochures from at least 6 places. Our room was clean, linens were clean, everything was just as it was supposed to be. Room was clean, free wifi and staff very friendly. My room had a microwave and small refrigerator. The hallway smelled of old tobacco smoke but the room did not. A Vietnamese restaurant is connected to the hotel but did not try it out. I had an early departure so did not stay for the free breakfast. I would stay again.

The Best Western on Cromwell Bridge Road is a great place to stay. The rooms are large, comfy and my bathroom had been renovated in all three rooms I stayed in. The lobby is outdated and shabby, but the rooms made up for it. Vending on each floor, and ice, and laundry downstairs. Definitely worth it for the low online price I paid.

The whole place was very clean and pleasant. All of the staff members were so nice and made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. Comfortable. Will stay there again!

The hotel was very nice and the free breakfast was much better than the usual free ones. Scrambled eggs and sausages and even make your own waffles. The only issue is the room descriptions are not accurate. Only the king rooms (and probably suites) have a sofabed. The descriptions say all rooms have a sofabed and that was important for us. we have stayed at this hotel many times in the past several years, even when it was a holiday inn. it is MUCH cleaner, nicer, more open now that it's a best western. breakfast buffet is nice, too, & NOT an extra charge. we'll keep coming back.

Check in took a matter of seconds. All of my information was ready to go as soon as I approached the counter. I was in my room before I knew it. Clean room, comfortable mattress. Great stay. I highly recommend

The room is nice but u could have been cleaned better ther was potato chips in the lounge chair in the room.

The Hotel is one of those Hotels that is off a major highway, but not really close to any main attractions. The bar had very limited choices no Miller Lite).The vending machines were a rip-off. We had a smoking room, but no ash trays. It took the front desk 20 minutes to get an ash tray from another room. It was cold that night. Each room had its own […] heating and AC unit. Yet, they turn them off when unoccupied. When we arrived at our room is was 35 degrees F. The hallway to our room was 57 degrees. When I complained to the manager on duty about the room temp, he explained that they shut the units down to save money. Common sense would tell one to turn the temp at 60 degrees instead of turning it off. However, they do not have common sense and could care less. When we turned the heating unit on, it sounded like a freight trainALL NIGHT. The shower was cold. I am prohibited from reporting violent or criminal activity on this post. However, there were some questionable people checking in, my girlfriend did not feel safe, and our floor smelled like a Grateful Dead concert. I would never stay there again. Подробнее

Our room was spic-and-span clean and comfortable. The efficient air handling unit ran quietly--a big plus for us. The exceedingly friendly and helpful staff met our every need. You're five minutes from downtown Towson. Hop on the expressway, and you're in Baltimore in 20 minutes. Five stars!

this is my six time staying in two month, the staff is great

it was ok for the kids to use the pool only.breakfast wasn't good at all,staff was not all that friendly...but it was ok
