This is an excellent full service hotel that provides everything. The breakfast was great and reasonably priced. The only drawback for us was the sterile and dated décor, especially in the massive front lobby. However, the service and attitude were commendable. Every effort was made to make our stay enjoyable.

The hotel looked great but the bed was too hard, the pillows although you could choose soft or firm, both types were lumpy foam pillows. I checked out a day early even though I had already paid in advanced per Hotels.com without a refund because it was so noisey next the freeway I couldn’t sleep past 4:00 am each morning. Located right off the highway, this hotel didnt disappoint. Other than the somewhat limited breakfast selection, our stay at the Holiday Inn was incredible. This hotel is along the highway in an industrial area of town. The hotel itself is a very standard Holiday Inn, yet the hotel staff was very friendly, accomodating to our misc. requests and truly caring from the restaurant to housekeeping to the front desk.

Our room was VERY clean! The employees were wonderful. We enjoyed a nice buffet breakfast in their dining area. Our check-out time was extended, as one in our party was attending an event. We will return again.

Room wasn't ready by check-in time. Great experience at the on-site restaurant for a quick snack while waiting to for room to be ready. Previous guests towel was still hanging from shower curtain. we arrived well after midnight and the front desk staff was awesome....He got us right in and said if we needed anything to just give a call...It was so wonderful that we will book there again next year....wooo hooo...and the rooms were well stocked and CLEAN!!!

We had a quick stay here after a concert. The hotel is beautifully appointed and very clean. Front desk service was friendly and efficient. We had a late bite in the bar. Delicious. Overall, a good choice and we would go there again.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. The ice machines were tucked back into a niche by the elevators, which was a nice touch that kept noise down. The only drawback was that the brunch options seemed pricey.

Some friends and I decided to stay the weekend becasue we were attending a concert at the nearby Comcast Center. Being 2 exits away made the choice easy based on price/location. The room was clean and comfortable, when we finally got the room. We had requested an early check-in prior to the concert, but they were not able to accomodate us. Not a problem […] at first. We would just check in after the concert. The problem was that 50+ other concert attendees were in the same situation and there was only one guy behind the front desk. I felt sorry for the guy. The next morning I could not check my email because the WiFi signal was so weak that I couln't stay connected. We were in the end room in the wing. That might have had something to do with it. The breakfast was a reasonable price, but most things were fairly cold and the service was pretty slow for how few people were eating. We will likely stay again becasue of the location, but they could do better to accomdate people for events. This must happen for every concert I would think. Подробнее

We were disappointed. We got there 30 min before checking time and were told they would have to charge us a fee. So we said we would be back after event. When we returned to checkin, the two rooms that were requested-2 double beds in each. But when we got to rooms they each had one bed. I called the front desk they said they would check on rooms.
