The hotel was next to the airport and was super clean since the minute I walked in the door.

Not bad considering how close it is to the airport. Never had any problems with jet noise. The only problem was the front entrance was closed for work being done. Not real crazy about having to pay to park. That should be included with purchasing the room. I enjoyed the hotel. I was not aware that parking ($12 per day) had to be paid for when booking. Also, the hotel is located next door to a pretty large cemetery. Other than that, it was a clean and quiet stay.

The staff was very friendly. Allowed me to check in super early (the room I wanted was available). They have luggage check in - so I checked out early and picked up luggage after my meeting ended 6PM or later. Only issue was parking. 12$ , asked for a refund, the group I was with had stickers. Best holiday inn ever. It feels more like a resort. They charge for parking , if I'm paying to stay why do I have to pay parking. Spacious king suite with separate bed room

I stayed here for a quick turn around trip and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms/staff/facility was. I understand why it's only rated a 3 star hotel, but besides being a 'basic' hotel it drastically exceeded your usual 3 star hotel! I would for sure stay again. The food was quite good as well.

I was incredibly impressed by this hotel. I came for a conference and ended up bringing my husband and 4 month old. They were extremely courteous and brought me a crib in the middle of the night with no problems. AWESOME food, lovely staff, clean & comfortable hotel. Free shuttle to and from airport.

The Holiday Inn and Suites is a great inexpensive option near Atlanta's Hartsfield Airport. The Front Desk Staff was friendly and helpful, the Lobby was attractive with a nice bar and complimentary computers. The rooms were spacious though needed blinds on the windows. The complimentary shuttle service was a plus.

My stay was very first class. The interior was very modern and clean. The front desk staff were extremely professional. The only down side was paying for parking.

Loved the room and hotel super nice on the inside and out..bar and restaurant was great food was good..bartender even walked a bottle opener up to my room...the girls at the front desk and lounge were all great. My only gripe was no fridge in the room and a $50 hold on my debt card..oh the $12 parking sucked but other then that, great.

Very nice place, but wasn't aware that you were required to pay to park. Also, they don't offer shuttle service other than to the airport so only option if you don't have a car is taxi or walk.

The hotel was, I think, renovated not a new property, but it is a high grade renovation, and the staff well trained and hospitable. Nice cafe/lounge area, nice internet area. Bright, spacious lobby. Large, quiet room. Good airport shuttle service, 10 minutes ride from the domestic terminal.

We had a group meet up at the hotel, and the staff went beyond anything I expected to take care of us. The hotel is clean, the rooms are great, and the airport shuttle service is great.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness most of all. My husband and I had a wonderful romantic getaway. The atmosphere around the hotel was great. Restaurants nearby made it easy for us to have even.more of a good time..i would definitely return.

Talk about friendly excellent customer service! Every staff member we encountered worked so hard to please us. The hotel was clean, new, very comfortable and a great price. We especially appreciated the restaurant on site and the food kiosk in the lobby. We will return.

My husband and I went to ATL, GA for New Yrs Eve 2013. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Atl North for only one night. I was pleasantly pleased with this hotel. It was neat and clean and the room was very comfortable. The only problem I had is that they did not have a fridge or microwave in the room we had. Even though we only spent one night, we like to […] bring food to save money and the fact they do not serve a continental breakfast, those items were really missed. They did however, have a restaurant inhouse. I also did not like the fact that we had to pay an additional $17 for The City of College Park Tax and a parking fee. Hotel clerks were not helpful at all when I checked in and were rude - very surprised as that had not been my experience with Holiday Inn previously. Had pet and they wanted a $100 deposit and it said $20 on Hotels.com site. Had the clerk call […] the manager on the phone. The manager refused to speak to me directly and made no concession for the mistake in pet fee - poor, poor customer services and will not stay again at a Holiday Inn as that was a lousy experience having driven all day and looking forward to relaxing and some sleep. シャトルバスが、往復ともになかなか来ない。　シャトルバスにモーテルのロゴがないので分かりにくい。　周りは、あまり治安の良いところでなない。　設備棟はまずまずだけど、眠りが浅いひとには、バスルームの換気扇のおとが気になるでしょう。
