Considering the area of town, this is a very nice hotel and the price is right.

I booked the room because my husband was traveling and the airport is literally across the street. It has a bar area and an indoor pool. Super cute! My husband and I loved it so much we already went back. Nobody was traveling, we just really enjoyed our stay there.

There are other hotels close by that are new and I am sure better all around. We stayed on Thanksgiving weekend and the hotel was full. We decided to stay here because it had an indoor pool and my kiids love to swim. When we checked in they did not mention that there was a wedding Friday afternoon/evening or Sat morning/afternoon and the pool was closed. […] We asked if we could go to another property and they said no they did not do that. The staff was rude and did not care one bit. I have to imagine that other people wanted to swim as well since it was a busy weekend. The rooms were not that clean and we only had two towels in a double bed room. So we had to call and wait for towels. Stay at the Hampton or Holiday Inn they are just as close and new. Upon arriving and checking in the front desk Manager was not friendly, explanations very unsensitive and flatly needs to retire. I don't like the idea that you make a reservation then have to put up your credit card for an automatic charge to your card and if you don't use any essentials in the room service you will get credited the extra charge. I […] don't feel you take first then give back what a waste of bookeeping. I can see they have your credit card swiped in case there are any additional charges but don't charge then credit if not used very untrustworthy. Of course the front desk manager was not very happy answering questions. I still do not have my credit card bill to see all was credited and charged correctly. I did say to the front desk manager he would hear from me directly if the extra charge was not credited very poor management rule. Second it being 106 degrees outside the second floor felt the same way no air conditoning and the room was 98 degrees it took all night to cool down to 85 degrees another not good management decision to try to save money. If you can't afford service close the hotel down because you should not pay per night for a hot room. Подробнее

Although our room had been downgraded from a king to a queen when we arrived at 10 p.m., the desk staff gave us a coupon for two complimentary buffet breakfasts. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Because we stayed in rthe annex, we didn't know about the beautiful indoor pool/fountain/jacuzzi until we were on oir way out!

Gave room cleanliness a 4, because used coffee pod was left in coffee maker. Other than that, all was clean. Found out when booking thru website other than the actual hotel web, we didn't get free buffet breakfast, so the few $$ we saved on the room, we spent on the breakfast ($10ea). Breakfast was pretty good, except for the powered scrambled eggs. […] Had good fruit selection, (yogurt, cereal, pancakes, belgian waffles, biscuits, gravy, bacon, sausage). Showerhead n my daughter's room was broken & they fixed it within 30 minutes, so very prompt response. BTW, they have no elevator, so if you don't do stairs, request a 1st floor room when you book. We had a "lovely" view (NOT!) of the parking lot, so if you book early, request a view of the indoor swimming pool. That was a very nice area with a good-sized pool and hot tub. Wtih not much to choose from in Fresno / Clovis, this hotel is convenientely located with a good on site restaurant and bar. Friendly staff. Rooms are okay (missing a few lightbulbs here and there, but other than that, okay).

The hotel was convenient to the airport, but I expected a better experience. The parking lot was being upgraded and hopefully the rooms will follow. I had to borrow an iron from another guest because there wasn't one in my room and management couldn't find an extra one.

The hotel staff was very polite, courteous, and helpful. My room was okay; however, the bathroom needed updating and was not all that comfortable. The shower head needed to be cleaned. Also, the air conditioner in the room was very loud and noisy. The room could use a little polish. Having said all that, I would definitely stay here again.

The night front desk guy was not very friendly at all, but the shuttle driver was pleasant.The hotel is on the verge of needing yet another renovation. The air-conditioner in the room was very noisy and the windows do not open, so the choice was noisy or stuffy- you pick

the recliner was broken?no tissue paper,did not have enough toewels for the family..could not sleep till about 2:00 a.m. The breakfast was not very good.

Room was in the inner circle and our sliding glass door opened up directly to a restaurant/bar. So you couldn't really open the blinds or everybody eating dinner/drinking would be right there. Also, the bar was loud at night making it difficult to rest. Location near the airport is great...it's walking distance. Maybe 300 yards to get to the entrance […] to the airport. Подробнее

Hotel is older but has been remodeled and has great character. I loved the pool area and wished I had brought my swimsuit. Great little work out room & loved the restaurant bar area, it is always nice to not have to drive anywhere to get something to eat after driving all day! Only recomendation would be to upgrade the TV's & Movie Service was not able […] to pause the movie & that would have come in handy when the kids called to say good night.
