Отель мне понравился. Номер убирался регулярно. Белье менялось, мне показалось, каждый день. Притензий к отелю нет. Предраться было не к чему.

Отличнейший отель. Расположение прекрасное: рядом (2 минуты пешком или около 100 метров) метро, которое очень удобно в плане "добраться" до любой точки манхеттана, всего 2 станции до манхэттана и эта ветка пересекается почти со всеми, что очень удобно. У нас был номер с видом на Манхэттан и мост. В номере кофеварка со всеми необходимыми причиндалами, удобная кровать. Отель такого класса на Манхэттане будет стоить как минимум в 2 раза дороже, лино я не вижу необходимости переплачивать, т.к. все очень близко. В следующий раз остановимся в нем же.

Проживание бронировали по акции, поэтому было совсем неудивительно, что окна выходили на соседнее здание, стоящее впритык, Но в любом случае возвращались в отель только для ночёвки, поэтому не было особо времени смотреть […] на улицу. Отель очень удобно расположен, в самом центре.Персонал очень отзывчив и исполнителен.. Мы очень довольны свооим проживанием в этом отели. Всё соответствует описанному в Hotels.com,что бывает в наше время не часто.
"Недалеко от театров и Таймс Сквер"
Расположение и персонал очень хорошие. Тем не менее, отель находится на 8 Авеню, прямо над метро. Шум, от которого, был неприятен. Стены и потолок грохотали каждые 3 минуты, пока под землей проезжал поезд метро. Отель старый и нуждается в обновлении. В отеле замечательная охрана и дружелюбный и заботливый персонал.

Обожаю этот отель!! Очень дружелюбный персонал, чистые, современные комнаты отличного размера, отель расположен недалеко от 3 станций метро и Таймс Сквер, но не так переполнен, как гостиницы на Таймс Сквер. Буду останавливаться только здесь, когда приеду еще раз в город! Консьерж был тоже очень любезен.

Приехали поздно - не получили ни еды, ни напитков; в комнате должно было быть 2 кровати, но была только одна. Она была маленькая, грязная и пропахла дымом... Возмутительная стоимость одной ночи была слишком велика для уровня качества этого хилтона. По соседству затрепанная часть Таймс Сквер. В общем, полное разочарование и плохая ночь. Великолепное место! Примерно в 2 шагах от Таймс Сквер и неподалеку от метро. Комната была достаточно большая для 4 человек и очень чистая. Я остановлюсь здесь еще раз, когда в следующий раз поеду в Нью-Йорк.

Кровати королевского размера и холодильник в номере были оценены очень высоко. Если в ваши планы входит посещение шоу на Бродвее и участие в жизни площади Таймс Сквер, это место нельзя пропустить. Очень удобная кровать. Только окна в трещинах. Мы жили на втором этаже. Был слышен уличный шум, к тому же отель расположен прямо над метро! Рекомендую более высокие этажи.

It was a great location! I was very pleased to be surrounded in Time square at walking distance...practically next door. Not so happy about the room accommodation. Although our room was comfy, stylish and clean....I had no choice but to stay in a double bed room when I had specifically requested king size bed NOT two queen beds. We often stay here and we go to New York a lot. The rooms are larger than most and there is good closet space and drawers enough to put away whatever you bring. The location is on the edge of the theater district (walk to theaters, Carnegie Hall, even Lincoln Center is possible if you have comfortable shoes) with tons of good restaurants and with great […] subway service. The rooms are pretty quiet too. Internet is free and there's a fridge in the room. That said, don't expect luxe. The rooms/hallways are a bit worn (not run-down, just not daisy-fresh.) It was awful. I was on the 2nd floor. When I got to the room and saw complimentary ear plugs, I should have gone back and asked for a higher floor. The Subway and Street Noises broke through the ear plugs and high volume white noise machine. I was aware of every minute of the night. Awful sleep if any. "Perfect location"
Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, fantastic location to broadway and all the major attractions. The only drawback if you could call it that was that it didn't offer a guest laundry facility which when you are travelling for an extended period of time is convenient. The free internet was fast and reliable.

We had 2 fire alarms, a bit before 6am and then one around 30 minutes later. The alarms were bad, the subsequent 'all clear' messages took a long time too, so the sleep (we arrived very late night before) experience was not great to say the least. This hotel is very close to everything. We walked every where except China Town but the subway station is very close. Nice fresh market next door. You can eat every meal there for cheep plus buy snacks if you want. Everything was a walk away. The hotel was very clean and comfy. The only thing I did like was that our view was into an office in the next building but I guess thats New York! We could see some of the street but thats it. So the higher you can get the better! "Hilton Garden Inn Times Square - Great Location!"
This is a great hotel for visitors to Manhattan. Close to area attractions (i.e. Central Park, Times Square, theaters, restaurant row in Hell's Kitchen) and the subway system. "Amazing stay, I walk away with new memories"
From the moment me and my fiance checked in we were taken care of and treated with kindness, respect and attention from the staff. We were in an AMAZING room the views were breathtaking (and I live in NYC and have seen the sights all my life but still was impressed by the views from the hilton) We decided to rent a hotel room to watch the premiere of […] "mad men" and when we checked in we ran to the tv and were sad that they didnt have AMC, the channel it would be playing. I even called from the fitness center asking "is there AMC on this TV?" and the guest service agent responded "you wanted to watch madmen too Im terribly sorry we dont have that channel" Her friendliness made me laugh and I completely forgave the hotel for not providing the channel. You would think since that was the reason we rented the room we would be disappointed however the night spent at this hotel was one of the best experiences ever. The restaurant downstairs has fantastic food and set a romantic mood for me and my love, the hostess even lent us champagne flutes to bring up to the room where we enjoyed a bottle. This turned out to be a fantastic evening, it was super quiet at night and the bed was rediculously comfortable, best sleep we have ever had at a hotel before. It's just steps away from the sights and sounds- but it's not right in the heart of the action which is nice because you aren't bombarded by the crowds when you walk out of the hotel.
