Очень впечатляет. Персонал изо всех сил старался помочь с вопросами, направлениями и хорошо говорил на английском. Отель был чистым, удобным и, как по мне, имел отличное расположение. За свои деньги я получил отличный сервис. Терраса на крыше была замечательной, но я бы предпочел бассейн или горячую ванну внутри отеля. "Самый современный отель с отличными условиями по соседством"
Очень современный отель с отличными условиями для отдыха (такими как терраса на крыше с видом на город, отличное место для завтрака, зал бизнес класса и вестибюль/бар). Номера были убранными и просторными с очень удобными кроватями. Персонал отеля всегда готов помочь (и они посоветовали замечательный ресторан Basque, который мы полюбили!). "Прекрасный отель на примере Барселоны."
Мы были немного обеспокоены расстоянием от этого отеля до основных туристических маршрутов, но это оказалось благословением, нам понравилось соседство, а сам по себе отель был высшего класса. Наша комната находилась на 2-м этаже и выходила на заднюю часть, так что вида из номера у нас не было, но зато был большой балкон. Любопытно, но на не было мебели […] для веранды, так что у нас не было другого способа насладиться балконом кроме как высовываться. Это отель c очень хорошим дизайном и очень хорошей мебелью от Zanotta, Artemide и т.д. Ниже по лестнице расположен бар и ресторан (хоте вместо этого мы предпочли кафе по соседству). Если вы добираетесь на метро от аэропорта, светло-голубая линия отвезет вас к ближайшей станции (Hospital Clinic). Та же самая линия отвозит вас прямо к Sagrada Familia. Все другие места расположены на расстоянии 2-3 остановок. Дружелюбный персонал и отличные условия для отдыха (понравилась полка для полотенец подогревом и комплект для утреннего туалета, который выдают при заселении ). Подробнее
"Мы были в U232!"
Когда мы приехали в отель U232, мы уже были в Испании две недели. Отель был чистым и ухоженным, но номера были достаточно тесные. Сидение туалета и комод в одной из ванных были грязные, и нам пришлось вызвать горничную. Нам дали два номера на первом этаже. У них не было балконов. Мы распечатали подробную информацию об отеле из интернета, где было четко […] прописано, что во всех номерах есть балконы. Когда мы показали это администратору отеля, она сказала, что ничего не может сделать, и что номера с балконами должны быть специально запрошены во время бронирования. Полотенца не менялись ежедневно. Сейфы были очень кстати. Еда была дорогой, а порции - недостаточными. В основном, мы ели в ресторанах и нам это понравилось. Отель расположен вдалеке от магазинов и достопримечательностей, но не слишком далеко, даже если пользоваться метро (TMB). "Не дотягивает до 4 звезд"
Если Вы ищете настоящий 4-звездочный отель, это - далеко не лучший выбор. Номера очень маленькие, и кровати размера твин, а не дабл. Завтрак - ниже среднего. Единственное хорошее удобство - wifi. С точки зрения местоположения, отель находится близко от метро, но пешком до центра идти слишком далеко.

The hotel couldn't have been better. High quality interior and very very clean. We went for a standard room and it was perfectly adequate for our 4 night stay. "Quiet stay in Barcelona & Near Metro"
Our first trip to Barcelona and this hotel is away from the noise of all the tourist attractions, but just a short trip away via the Metro. The hotel was quiet, which is something we really wanted. "Oasis of peace in Barcelona"
After a long day of action packed sight seeing and happy crowds, it was very nice to retire to our U232 hotel for a long shower in the perfect bathroom and great sleep in soundproof room! Great beds, very clean, right on metro and in a nice local neighborhood where café was 50% cheaper than any more touristic area!!

"Great hotel"
We had a fabulous experience at the hotel. The rooms are very nice and new. The staff was helpful in giving us directions. It's about a 30+ minute walk from many key tourist sites such as La Ramblas, Casa Batllo, La Pedrera, but we enjoyed the exercise. The subway is also right outside the hotel.

This hotel is well appointed and in a good location- close to the metro- which can get you to any site that you might want to see in Barcelona. The metro is so simple and easy to use, we did not take a taxi the whole entire time we were in Barcelona! Our room had a settee at the end of the bed, and a bench against the wall, allowing for additional […] room which was welcome at times during our 5 day stay. The front desk staff was largely wonderful- all spoke great English- one evening staffer on the front desk was not particularly warm or open, he did not even acknowledge our presence as we entered the lobby, but his actions were the exception- not the rule. The hotel offers 2 computers for patrons use, helpful for web-check in, etc--such offerings at no charge were very thoughtful since we had decided to forgo bringing and technology with us on our 3+ weeks abroad. One small, but somewhat important privacy detail- the bathrooms are not completely private, rather they are separated by a sort of 'blind system' between the bathroom and the main room- which do not close.. so if you are trying to allow a spouse to sleep in and keep the light out of the main room- cannot do so. Or if you are traveling with a friend, and might want some privacy in the bath while showering or in the bathroom, etc- there is little privacy--- just making a notation so people will know. Also- there is a Mailboxes Etc business right around the corner from the hotel - useful for sending things home if you do not want to schlep them along them remainder of your trip. This was a great place to stay - the staff were really helpful and had our room ready when we arrived after a long haul from Australia. Would stay there again and recommend it as a really convenient location to all the city - close to buses and metro. Very quiet and well presented.

"BED BUGS!!!"
Would not recommend this hotel. Found a bug crawling on me, under the sheets, while taking a nap in the afternoon. Saw a lot of fruit flies in the room (at least 4). Worst of all, I caught a beg bug in the morning! I took it down to the front desk and they said, "thank you for bringing it to their attention" and looked at me. I asked them to do something […] about it and they said there is nothing they could do - as I did not book with them directly. Unfortunately, my taxi to the airport was waiting outside and it was early in the morning so no manager to speak with. I had to leave and could not wait around. Needless to say, will never stay there again! After coming back to the US, I saw a review with trip advisor and read about bed bugs back in 2010. What a shame as the hotel was really nice! Подробнее

We stayed at the U232 in Barcelona June 1-3, 2011 and had a great experience. We arrived very early in the morning, hours before check in, but the friendly and helpful staff stored our luggage for us, gave us the wireless code, and a comfortable place to sit and relax. My husband and I stayed here on a recent trip to Barcelona. The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel lobby had a great ambiance- jazz music playing and couches to sit in. The location was nice, too. It wasn't in the middle of all the touristy things, like Las Ramblas, which meant we were able to find food […] and go shopping for decent prices. This was our first visit to Barcelona and this hotel really made it a perfect mini-break. Very clean, modern, spacious and well located hotel. Stylish hotel in a great neighborhood with lots of nice eateries and easy access to attractions.
My husband and I found the hotel U232 was superb. The decor was modern and enjoyable. The bed was so comfortable, a must for me.
