Нормальные, просторные номера, лифт плохо работал, запах приемлемый. Гостиница рассчитана на проживающих с автомобилями. По соотношению цена/качество неплохая гостиница.

Великолепное сочетание цена-качество. Завтрак конечно скудноват, но это практически везде в США. Хорошее расположение: тихий район и не далеко от цетра. Остановка зеленого трамвая в 100 метрах. Есть бассейны с обычной и горячей водой. Рекомендую при посещении Нового орлеана!

Проживали с 31 июля по 8 августа. Отель очень понравился. Полностью соответствовал нашим запросам - месторасположение отличное, интересный интерьер гостиницы - старинный, в номерах уборка просто супер - всегда чистое постельное белье и полотенца. Неудобство было единственное - отсутствовал холодильник в номере и слабая связь интернета, но это совсем не омрачнило нашего там пребывания. Перснонал приветливый и дружелюбный. Рекомендую!!!!

"Large hotel, well located"
The hotel met our needs, but was nothing extraordinary. Hotel was clean and is very well located. The elevators are very cool and efficient since you enter your floor in the elevator lobby and the display sends you to the correct car. This hotel was great. It was in a perfect walking location to most things we did. Also short walking distance to Bourbon Street where you will most likely find yourself at night drunk and stumbling. "Convenient but sneaky fees"
Very functional hotel, well run. But no extras without fees... internet $15/night, no free coffee juice or anything but a water dispenser. Surprised that the Ice was available without charge. The big one is when you retrieve your car, the cost is $35,00 per night plus $4.50 City tax... so almost $40/night ! So if you are going... park way out and take […] a taxi to the Hotel. "Close to all must see sights"
Overall good except I was right next to an elevator at the JW Marriot which made it impossible to sleep those three night then moved to Marriot and finally got a chance to sleep until cleaning crew knocked repeatly on the door at 9 am. "Paying for location"
This is a great location, but room not as nice as you would expect for the price. It was jazz fest weekend so it was more expensive than usual. "Bad room"
Surprisingly no bar within the room (no bottle of water available). Wall pretty thin and could hear at 2:am the neighbours having an argument (security was fast enough to arrive and stop them). price too high in regards to the general aspect and comfort of the room (staying at an Holiday Inn would have been a better choice and maybe better service for […] around the same price). Can't beat the location. All of the staff go out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. My main complaint is the room itself...very small and nothing special for the very high price we paid. It was called a "deluxe" room, but I've stayed in better, larger rooms at a Motel 6. "Excellent location"
Great location on Canal Street and Chartres, can step right out into Quarter or to the streetcar service. Easy walking distance to other neighborhoods including CBD and Lower Garden District. Concierge was terrible. When I asked for a breakfast suggestion for Sunday, she said ,"I don't know". Showed no interest, she seemed to be bothered just to be asked a question. Right on Canal Street, the Marriott is close to everything. After a 15 minute walk, we were in the heart of the French Quarter. It took 10 minutes by foot to get to the World War II Museum. The room is comfortable and the hotel staff is friendly and quick to respond to requests. Nice older Marriott. Very small bathroom with low shower water pressure. Housekeeping was a bit below par on responsiveness, but did a good job overall. Web access is daily fee but very fast. 5 Fifty 5 restaurant serves excellent food. Intelligent elevator system is fast, fun to use. Good location if walking city. Street car access super handy. "Elevators: Good news, Bad news"
The hotel was completely booked due to a medical convention. We had had reservations for 4 months but the front desk person said they could not guarantee a king size bed as we had booked through a third party. The room we received was right behind to the elevator so every time the elevator went up and down it made a roaring sound. We went back to the […] front desk where another clerk was fortunately able to give us another room. Actually the seven elevators in this 40 story hotel were great otherwise with mostly express trips. On the downside, other than double beds, you would think that a $300 a night room would have a safe and a refrigerator. Of course, no free breakfast, but a $15 pp buffet. (At an Ashville, NC Comfort Inn we got all the amenities including free breakfast for $55.) All the staff were pleasant and cooperative; one front desk person helped us with our boarding passes after their computer needed to be rebooted. Not a bad little restaurant. Given the hotel's great location (two blocks to Bourbon St and to Decatur St) we give this a conditionally positive review. Watch out for the rooms near the elevator. The hotel itself was very nice, as far as our room and the price we paid, I was not happy with it. We had family that stayed across the street that had a much nicer room and paid half what we did. Our bathroom was small, not enough towells and washrags for our guest, had to call housekeeping. The sink in the bathroom leaked at the top which kept the […] counter wet. It was a nice place to stay! But it wasn't great or excellent like u would think wen u think of a Marriott! I was dissapointed there was no fridge in room for 250$ a night I should have a fridge!
