Гостиница нам очень понравилась,клубный номер-большой ,с панорамными окнами на верхних этажах .Везде достаточно чисто.Завтраки достойные,есть возможность посещения лаунджа,где до 23:00 можно попить кофе с печенюшками .Расположение нас вполне удовлетворило-10 мин до центра по пешеходной улице с многочисленными магазинами.

Этот отель расположен близко к центру Брюсселя, но не находится в сердце города... Номера большие, есть бассейн. Но в целом отель уже не новый, поэтому выглядит довольно потрепанным. Обычный сетевой отель Шератон-неплохой, но и не прекрасный...

Большие комнаты и кровати в американском стиле. Коридоры были немного потрепанные, в частности, ковры казались грязными. Ковер в номере тоже не отличался чистотой. Фитнес-центр и бассейн были очень хорошими, но было путешествием дойти туда, потому что я жил 9-м этаже, а он был на 30-м.

Мне понравилось пребывание в этом отеле. Рядом с пл. Grand Palace и автобусными экскурсиями по городу. Отель был очень чистым, а персонал очень дружелюбным и отзывчивым. Смутили две вещи: цены на мини-бар и дефицит полотенец, которые и так были слишком малы для тех, кто любит банные простыни. Бассейн был очень хороший, но довольно тихий, я использовал […] его каждый день. Boston Grill and Brussels grills пососедству были прекрасны для еды. Заселение и выселение прошли быстро и гладко, хотя нам попросили внести залог в размере 250 евро на случай, если мы забудем что-либо вернуть в конце пребывание. Мы об этом ничего не знали, и у нас не было в запасе таких денег, поэтому нам разрешили в случае подобных потерь/невозвратов заплатить на месте. Доступ в Интернет для гостей был бесплатным. Великолепные комнаты и дружелюбный персонал. Номер нам достался по хорошей цене, однако публика в отеле мне показалось в большинстве своем элитной. Одна маленькая неувязка была в бассейне, его не отапливали, и когда мы купались был очень грязным. Я упомянул об этом персоналу на следующий день, и они были очень удивлены, сказали, что его чистят регулярно […] и так далее, поэтому я был склонен им поверить, особенно потому, что раздевалки и тренажерные залы, в целом, были безупречны. Местоположение: вокзал Garde de Nord находится в 5 минутах ходьбы от отеля. Оттуда вы можете поехать на север или на юг по всей стране и городу, но и метро располагается почти напротив отеля. Не советую знакомиться с городом на экскурсионных автобусах (если только Вы не любитель таких экскурсий): они продают билеты очень дорого по 10-20 евро за человека. В обычном метро - все хорошо. Нужно только немного пройти - и вы в метро! :) Также есть пирс неподалеку, и если вы приедете в конце июля, вам посчастливится побыть на искусственном пляже (очень хорошая находка) - что очень приятно, хотя они закрываются очень рано. Красивый отель. В бассейне чрезвычайно холодно. Комнаты очень комфортабельные. Персонал очень отзывчивый. Цены в мини-баре были чрезмерно высокими.

Я с семьей остановился в отеле Sheraton в Брюсселе на неделю. Персонал был более чем отзывчивым и говорил на английском свободно (это плюс; те, кто путешествовал по всей Европе, меня поймут). Like all other hotels during Seafood Expo The Sheraton charges top prices. The quality and choice in the Club Lounge didn't reflect the high room charges

Very nice hotel with in-top service. Very professionel and helpfull service by the people employeed there.

This hotel is located very close to the train station - very easy to arrive from airport. Also breakfast and big rooms are great plus in this hotel.

The Sheraton Brussels Hotel was very nice and actually offers King and Queen size beds which I've found unusual for Brussels. Pretty much everything was great, they even offer a fitness facility and an indoor swimming pool (although it is not heated and was freezing.}

We made a last minute booking for a weekend away in Brussels and got a great deal at this hotel. We chose it because the weather forecast was awful and we wanted to know we could stay in and enjoy the facilities if necessary. It was easy to find as it's such a landmark (and beside the metro stop), and the staff were very friendly and polite. They made us feel very comfortable. The room was HUGE, clean, and comfortable. It was in a great location and I will definitely stay there again when I go back to Brussels.

Location is great. The room was spacious, clean but dated. The concierge was always busy and didn't seem to care that much. He was supposed to bring our luggage up to our room but when his shift was over he left without saying anything. We had to ask the new concierge to bring our luggage up ourselves. Everything great, wifi internet access only in the lobby but lan cable in the room. Thats rather a big hassel.

The hotel is very nice and located about 10-15 minutes (walk) away from the centre of the town. We had a lovely room on the 24th floor with panorama view od the Brussels. Lush breakfast but slightly cold.

Good value. Large, clean rooms with a 'Green' option to forego housekeeping. Breakfast not included for us, but there's an Exki nearish by on the pedestrianised Rue Neuve where you can get a continental breakfast for €2 (except maybe not on Sundays). Otherwise not a lot of breakfast choices nearby, except for a pricey Illy attached to the hotel. We […] appreciated the hotel's proximity to the Brussels-North station, where you catch trains to Antwerp etc. The Grand Place is walking distance, so you don't feel at all isolated, even if the Sheraton isn't strictly speaking 'central'. The very near metro station, Rogier, accesses 2 quite common/useful lines. Although I'd have preferred breakfast were included, I recommend the Sheraton and would stay there again if the rates are as agreeable as they were for us over the New Year. Подробнее

the hotel front desk was really terrible first they said after we already check- in already for 3 hours they said the rooms was not ours that they committed a mistake and it was for some other guest then they block the key cards for our 2 rooms. then when we went to complain why we can"t enter the room the manager instead of assisting us to get inside […] even embarassed us by trying to demand our passport which we cannot give coz they were inside our room safety deposit box. and lastly when we are checing out of the hotel we were completely shocked when they ask us to pay for the 2 rooms which we have already payed thru hoterl.com. 8 of us went to celebrate my son's 3rd birthday. The hotel is a stone's throw from restaurants, shopping centres and the main tourist attractions (Mannekinn Pis and Grand Place etc). Good location for walking or taking the tube to the centre. Some of the reception staff were rude and had no flexibility or customer service. I was travelling with children and they wanted to charge adult price for breakfast and basically said 'take it or leave it'

good location- 3 blocks away from the Brussels North station and about 1/2 mile walk to the Grand Place. The staff was courteous, and lobby was friendly with free wifi and desk top computers for use. Whie the room was quite large, the decor could certainly use some updating, as it is more 1990 decor. Otherwise, it was well worth the money.

This is a nice, big, business-class hotel, convenient to the Gare du Nord, where the airport shuttle gets into, and with all the amenities you would expect, including (rare for a European hotel), a passable gym. We had a great time at this hotel; 2 adts & 1 9yr old booked the Club Rm & thoroughly enjoyed the Club Lounge, fitness center w/pool, & comp brkfst included. Well worth the price & location. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were super clean. Everyone spoke english properly and location was great. Wonderful place to stay!!!

The hotel is centrally located, which makes it easy to get to shops, trams or train stations.

A very nice hotel. Comfortable and quiet. Our bathroom was a bit tired, but I am sure the more expensive rooms are fine.

This hotel was extremely well maintained and clean. The room was a standard and had a king size bed, sitting area, and flat screen tv. It was 3x the size of the "typical" hotel room. It is in the perfect location if you are there for business or if you want a quieter hotel while on vacation. Hotel stay was ok. Room was big but got warm both nights and we could not turn the temperature low enough. If you want to be within walking distance of most everything or right off the Rogier metro stop - this is the perfect hotel. Clean, comfortable, and close to the Gros Markt, this hotel has all the comforts of home in the heart of Europe. convenient to train station- easy to get here from the ariport. location is fantastic as it is walking distance to all the main attractions fantastic value for money and really enjoyed my stay there. The only fault is that it is slightly noisy during the night. the staff at the hotel are very helpful.
