Мы остановились в отеле Hotel Graf Moltke всего на 3 дня. И за это короткое время мы почувствовали себя как дома. Номер нам достался маленький , но очень уютный и чистенький. Обслуживающий персонал отзывчивый. В отеле имеется компьютер с бесплатным интернетом (на 1 ом этаже). Очень удобно, мы проверяли свою почту. Расположение отеля нам показалось отличным - в центре Гамбурга, около вокзала, но это ничуть не мешает, вокруг много магазинчиков, аптека. Приятно было и то, что в достаточно невысокую цену за номер, входил затрак, причем очень вкусный. В следующий раз будем останавливаться только в отеле Hotel Graf Moltke. Спасибо.

Бронировали отель с 31.12 по 5.01.12, прибыли в отель в 11.00, заселили нас сразу. Отель расположен очень удобно, от центрального вокзала в двух минутах ходьбы, до центра 10 минут пешком. Номер небольшой, но уютный. Не понравилось отсутствие холодильника и чайника в номере, очень скудное освещение. В остальном претензий нет. Очень приличный завтрак, голодным не останешься.
Location.

Set on the inner Alster Lake, Hamburg's centre is one kilometre from the harbour and warehouse district, currently undergoing renovation. Shopping is centred on Mönckebergstrasse and Neuer Wall. Towers dominate, including the huge city hall and the churches of St Peter, St Jacob, St Nikolai and St Michael. Art exhibitions can be found at the Kunsthalle, the Bucerius Forum and the Deichtorhallen.

We stayed only 1 night (what a shame!) but experienced a through-and-through great stay. - super friendly & helpful staff - neat & spacious rooms (we arrived 5 hours early, due to our flight and got a room immediately - no wait) - great breakfast with huge selection (on Sundays until 12:30pm) - perfect location (5 minutes to shopping, harbor & subway […] station) We'll definitely stay here again soon!! Very conveniently located on one of the best shopping streets in Hamburg, just off Alster. Close to tube stations. The hotel was immaculate and the staff were very welcoming.

having lived in Hamburg for 2 and 1/2 years before, I knew this is the best location - smack center. The hotel is nice, regular rooms are small, but that seems to be the standard almost anywhere in the world these days. I like the fact that you can completely open the windows wide and not be stuck in air conditioned air. "Great Location in Downtown Hamburg"
Centrally located, very convenient, very, very helpful staff. Only complaint is that the buffet breakfast is extremely expensive.
very good location and convenient to Lake Alster and shopping areas. the only problem is that it is very noisy in early morning if you leave the window open.
This is a very nice hotel which is in a great location. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was clean. My only complaint was that my room wasn't read when i arrived at 6pm in the evening. But apart from that I would recommend to anybody as Hamburg is a superb place with lovely people.

Very pleasant and relaxed hotel with terrific staff at all levels, in a most convenient location. Fine range of foods for breakfast, and a lovely bar and cafe on the ground floor. Only let down was very limited selection of tv channels for the international traveller (other than German speaking), but who's watching tv when you're in Hamburg

Recommend also its restaurant where we enjoyed local specialties. Currently a lot of construction activities in the neighborhood which make navigating from the subway station to the hotel a bit more difficult. Otherwise, it's a very good area and the hotel is excellent.

Rigtig dejligt ophold, meget flot hotel, med god service, fin rengøring og Super lækker morgenbuffet. - og super dejligt værelse/Suite for 4 personer - Kanon beliggenhed med shopping uden for døren og nem adgang med U/S bahn til start og mål område for marathon løberne. Helt kart et sted vi gerne besøger igen

Hotellet ligger super centralt.Fin morgenmad. God service.Det er i den dyre prisklasse, men alt taget i betragtnig et godt valg.

Vi og vores vennepar havde 4 super skønne dage i Hamborg. Vi var meget positivt overraskede over det skønne hotel. Servicen er tip top. Meget behjælpsomt personale. Morgenmaden var virkelig lækker og en fryd for øjet og ganen. Vi kan varmt anbefale dette hotel.

Alt fungerede bare - fra vi kom til vi tjekkede ud! Vi kørte direkte i parkeringshuset på den anden side af gaden, krydsede vejen og tjekkede hurtigt ind ved forevisning af reservationsnummeret fra Hotels.com. vi ankom kl. 17 og fik at vide at vores værelse ikke var rengjort og vi måtte vente i 3 kvarter. Da vi ville booke en tid til welness fik vi besked på at de ikke kunne få fat på vedkommende, så vi kunne selv få tlf nr. eller gå hen til et andet hotel og benytte deres spabad og swimmingpool og dagen efter ville de heller ikke forsøge at booke en tid […] til os og iøvrigt forlangte de et uhørt højt beløb for den behandling som vi så til knap 1/3 del af prisen hvortil de svarede, at de ikke kendte til de priser, som var på hotellets 6. sal...ufattelig dårlig service af et såkaldt luxus hotel Подробнее
