Хороший отель со всеми удобствами и очень учитвый персонал. Наше пребывание в отеле было очень комфортабельным.

Душ не выключается. Персонал откликнулся довольно быстро. Проблемы с действительно горячей водой. Иногда долгое время бежит. Я сказал персоналу об этой проблеме, но они не были уверены, что смогут починить - и не починили.

Мы остановились здесь на 6 ночей и думали, что все будет прекрасно, так как я был в этом отеле некоторое время назад. Они перепутали мое бронирование и хотя комнату бесплатно поменяли, проводили уборку в ней всего дважды после повторных напоминаний. Это было очень грубо. Обслуживание на самом деле зависело от того, кто дежурил в этот вечер и, к сожалению, […] только 2 работника могли по-настоящему помочь. Остальные были немного неприятными и не могли помочь. Я бы порекомендовал этот отель из-за его месторасположения и в случае, если вы планируете только спать и принимать душ. За такую цену, следует подавать как минимум мини-завтрак или чашку кофе, но вы должны дополнительно заплатить за это в ресторане при отеле. Хорошее месторасположение далеко от Беверли Хилз, но довольно близко от кафе и магазинов. Немного шумно ночью и даже рано утром. Хорошее оборудование для занятий фитнесом, дружелюбный, готовый помочь персонал. В отеле есть приятный ресторан с довольно хорошей едой. Персонал был очарователен и я ужинала там оба вечера.

Во-первых, очень старый отель, во-вторых, паркинг стоит 20$ за ночь! В-третьих, я лучше останусь в Marriott за такую цену и хорошо позавтракаю!

Прежде всего я бы хотел сказать, что отель взимает с вас 20$ за парковку в гараже отеля. Моя поездка была деловой, поэтому наличие интернета было для меня важным фактором. Отель предоставляет вам маску для сна и беруши, но извините.. если вы платите за высокооцениваемый номер, я на самом деле не предполагаю, что буду надевать беруши, чтобы иметь возможность поспать. И последнее (самая большая проблема), я вернулся и домой и обнаружил, что они взяли с меня 30$ непонятно за что. Я напрямую связался с отелем, чтобы они смогли обосновать мои дополнительные затраты. Но если верить админитратору, никто не мог принять мой звонок. Они дали мне номер телефона, по которому я могу получить ответы на свои вопросы. Никто не взял трубку. Я оставил информацию для обратного звонка, но уже прошло 3 дня, а мне никто не перезвонил. В следующий раз я просто остановлюсь в Mirriott через дорогу, в котором я должен был остаться в первый раз. came in for a quick business trip. had no hot water for both days of my shower. no excuse for that. will not recommend or stay here again.

The staff has obviously been well trained. They are all friendly and helpful. I sat in the bar for a while and repeadedly heard out of the ordinary questions from guests that the staff handled with a very CAN DO attitude. Price is off!

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Beverly Hills for 7 nights and it was the worst hotel of our entire trip. We found the staff to be extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, even rude at times. The room was disappointing, and in much need of a re-model. The photos make the rooms look a lot nicer than they are in real life! We asked to pay for a roll away […] bed for 2 nights so that some friends from out of town could stay with us. We arranged it at the reception with a young man behind the desk who said there would be no charge for this and would have it in our room that night. When we returned to the room, there was no bed. Once we contacted the front desk staff, they said they could not fit an extra bed in the room due to fire regulations. So after a few HOURS of debating back and forth, they firmly said there was nothing they could do. They even ACCUSED US OF LYING about arranging the bed! The young man who we spoke to said he had no re-collection of us coming to him earlier that day and asking for a roll-away bed, and said we were making our story up. They had nothing to offer us, after our friends had driven 4 HOURS left with no where to sleep!! They basically said they'd give us extra pillows and blankets so our friends could sleep on the floor. It was the WORST EXPERIENCE I have had in all the times I've stayed in LA. I also had a friend who had stayed at the Crowne Plaza Beverly Hills say the same thing about the rooms being worn, uncomfortable beds and lack of staff service. Staff was courteous at the front desk and on the phone when called for assistance with thermostat and for additional coffee. Speaking of which, a one-cup coffee maker? I need two cups myself in the morning, and this was a double room. Additional coffee packets arrived promptly when requested. Food in the lounge and the restaurant was good.

Hotels.com claims there are king size beds. The hotel has no king size beds. Parking is $22 overnight. There is almost no street parking available in the area.

Great customer service. Had fun. Very tuned into there customers, and helped right away.

Great price, clean, would stay again.

No issues to speak of here, the staff are very good and the hotel is in reasonable condition, the bathroom walls sweat because there is limited ventilation during a hot shower but that's not a real issue.

After using hotels.com with this stay it was alot better. you will get the top floor with view and discount parking. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend staying here if you like saving a few bucks.

We were moved 3 times in the 1st hour......all the rooms the same....SO WAY UNDER AVERAGE. Not good area and OVER PRICED.

For an affordable, clean, and comfortable, not to mention friendly atmosphere. Close to all surrounding areas you'd like to visit. Just a few blocks from the famous Rodeo Drive (10 minute walk), this is the place to stay if you want to sight see and see what LA has to offer. Our recent stay at your hotel was very pleasant. The singular most important thing that stands out is the friendliness and courtesy that we received at the registration desk when we checked in. The woman behind the desk who just so happens to be Black could not be more helpful. She immediately made us feel welcome and went out of her way to see to it […] that all our needs were being met. In addition to the assistance that we received in checking in we also found that the staff manning the dining facility most friendly. We used the full breakfast buffet and found the food excellent. The staff throughout the hotel was very friendly and appeared to be well trained in customer service. The front desk staff was excellent for both check in and check out.The 12th floor 'club' room was adequate but not the caliber of decor or ambiance that one would expect. The pool area was clean.

This hotel is in a great location but is in a dire need of a redesign and update. Room was large and fairly comfortable but they need to upgrade the look of the space.

The free WiFi was one of the reasons I chose the Crowne Plaza Beverly Hills, along with the great reputation of Crowne Plaza hotels around the world. Great hotel for business people. Parking is very comfortable and accessible. The rooms are super spacious. Wi-fi is easy and accessible too. The staff is very willing and the business center is a great addition to the stay. My only complaint were the people next door. The hotel was nice. Nothing special, but clean, the staff was friendly, and the people were quiet. The only thing I didnt like was that I had to pay for each and every toiletry that i forgot - i.e. shaving cream, toothpaste, razor, etc. Plus - around a lot of good food, and the street is really quiet so no interrupted sleep.

I like the location of the hotel and for the dollar amount paid, my expectations were met. I was disappointed in the gym. They built a tiny room with old and outdated machines. Hotel is worn but comfy. Staff is nice and the location is great for access to most of Beverly Hills shopping and dining.

Hotel is a little bit old, but clean and locates in a nice area of LA.

I was surprised by the lack of upkeep in this "Beverly Hills" hotel. The towels were like the thin hard ones from sleepaway camp, the internet slow to a crawl (at 2am!), and the rooms, as if they have not been updated since 1962. The worst part was how my room, and hallway reeked of bacon at 5:30 in the morning.
