Очень приличный отель по соотношению цена/качество, с отзывчивым и внимательным персоналом.

Жили с семьей - жена и дочка 15 лет - в отеле 7 дней. Отель понравился. Он небольшой, старинный, но в нем как раз шел ремонт, и нас поселили во вновь отремонтированный номер. Номер небольшой, но все необходимое в нем есть. Очень порадовало качество wifi-соединения с интернетом. Вполне адекватный континентальный завтрак, но без излишеств. К сожалению, мы разобрались с доступом к дополнительным услугам: фитнес-зал, wending machine, etc. только в последний день. Отнесем это на недостаточное знание нами языка. Еще недостаток - ремонтные работы продолжались и довольно поздним вечером и доставляли некоторый дискомфорт. Но, в целом, повторюсь, отель понравился.
Location.
The Hilton Toronto stands in the center of Toronto's financial and entertainment districts and is less than one kilometer from CN Tower and the SkyDome. Eaton Center shops are also located less than one kilometer from this property.
Hotel Features.
Zen ambience and evocative stone décor distinguish Tundra Bar and Restaurant, where international fare and traditional game dishes such as caribou, moose and pheasant accompany an extensive wine list. Leather seating and dark-wood paneling provide the ambience at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, noted across the continent for its steak preparations. Ovo's nautically themed bar offers coffee, sandwiches and pastries, with wireless Internet access at each table. Pub-style Barristers Bar invites patrons to laze on leather sofas while partaking of pizzas and burgers. Corporate matters can be handled at the Hilton Toronto's business center that offers video conferencing and computer workstations with high-speed Internet access. A range of meeting and conference rooms are configured in classroom, theater, U- shaped and H-shaped designs. Property amenities include an on-site convenience store, car-rental desk, florist and beauty salon. Recreation is offered at an indoor/outdoor pool and at the well-equipped fitness center.

Tundra - Fine-dining restaurant offering contemporary Canadian cuisine. Daily breakfast and dinner served; lunch served Monday–Friday.
Ruth's Chris Steakhouse - Independently owned and operated international steakhouse. Intimate atmosphere. Prime cuts of beef. Nightly dinner served.
Barristers Bar - Locally popular gathering place. Bar menu, cocktails. Open from late morning to late evening.
OVO - Lobby-level café. Bagels, muffins, fruit, coffee drinks, other light fare. Open from early morning to early afternoon.

The Hilton offers an indoor/outdoor pool, a sundeck furnished with lounge chairs, a spa tub, sauna, and small fitness room. Guests also receive complimentary passes to a larger fitness center two blocks away.
Seasonal ice skating is available at City Hall, a block from the hotel. During summer months, Lake Ontario (six blocks away) offers running and cycling paths, fishing, sailing, and other recreational opportunities.

Only in one night to go to the theatre. Enjoyed the stay. Not really very sound proof though. You can hear everything that is happening in the hallway.A lot of security when we came back in for the night. I would book it again though for location and price.

Stay and service was great. Bathroom shower was not cleaned well, clumps of hair and a used bar of soap was found.

What a wonderful time. The staff was very polite and helpful. We were minuits from everywhere, and had a wonderful time. I would go here again. I loved the indoor/outdoor pool.
It was very good clean and nice. But wow expensive to buy anything for dinner or lunch 22$ for a grilled cheese sandwiches I don't think so

"The Hilton Downtown Toronto - Great place to stay!"
The service was really quick...everything from ordering up a fridge to getting our car from the valet. The hotel is close to everything downtown as well so very convenient.

The room we got was spacious and clean and of course beautiful. Bathroom was stunning and large glass windows which gave the room a warm feel. View wasn't that great because theyre doing construction from where we stayed but overall definetely recommend this hotel and price was fairly reasonable.

Absolutely wonderful and classy hotel. Very clean and comfortable everyone is always nice. Beautiful view of Toronto and would recommend to anyone. Very fair prices and room size was exquisite!

We found Hilton Toronto perfect for our long weekend. Really friendly and helpful staff who were consistently on top of their game. The location is perfect between the entertainment district, shopping and transport though we had the pleasure of fine weather so walking worked for us. "My misplaced cell phone"
I left my cell behind in the hotel room when I was rushing to the airport. I found out about it after I was in the air. When I called the hotel security, they were able to secure it and send it back to me. I'm very grateful for that. The only disappointment was the shipping cost me $ 100.00. Why is it so expensive?
"Service at the Reception Desk"
The service at the hotel reception desk is not satisfactory and professional. The receptionist who helped my check-in was somewhat rude and bureaucratic, the kind of service you cannot expect at a prestigious hotel.

I just got back from a conference in Toronto where I stayed at Hilton. The hotel was very nice. Staff was very friendly - I was welcomed several times. All my needs were met. Even the waiting staff at Tundra (their restaurant) was nice and efficient. My only complaint is that there should already be free wifi in this day and age. "Hilton Toronto"
I spent 3 nights in the Hilton Hotel in Toronto. All I can say that it is a great Hotel, in a great location. I was very satisfied with everything except the internet service in the room, which was not free and a little confusing. But after complaining it was straightened out to my satisfaction.

The hotel was as expected very good. Food is great and reasonable in the Tundra restaurant. The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions and bus and rail service, you do not need a car when you visit this hotel.

Not very happy here. this was the first hotel I have stayed at in over 5 years where wi-fi was NOT included in the room fee. OK. Whatever. I will pay your fee because I have to do some work. What? The hotel was quiet, extremely well maintained, friendly service. The rooms were modern, spacious and comfortable. I would visit this hotel again, for buisiness stay and for a romantic getaway. It was also a great deal for the quality!

What could have been a bad experience was corrected. We had an extremely loud party on our floor. When I reported the noise I was offered a move and then very shortly the hotel security dealt with the disturbance. The remainder stay at the Hilton was a good experience. "Perfect experience"
Walking distance of most must things in downtown Toronto. Affordable underground parking. Excellent service; the crew at Hilton Toronto is very polite and professional!
